洪森关于柬埔寨人民民族民主革命的理论和实践

洪森认为,他的关于柬埔寨人民民族民主革命的理论是他最重要的理论奉献。柬埔寨人民党70%以上的重大决定源于这个理论。该理论的核心是,柬埔寨的特定国情决定了柬埔寨实现社会主义将是一个漫长的历史过程。在此过程中,民族资产阶级不但不应被消灭,相反必须让其存在和发展,并在经济生活中扮演重要角色。无产阶级政党不应放弃对国家的领导权,要警惕和防止资产阶级随着其经济力量的壮大,逐步取得干预和主导国家政治发展的地位。按照洪森的这个基本理论观点,人民党在柬埔寨开拓了独具特色的发展道路,她不但推动了国家经济的长足发展,也将国家政权继续掌握在实质上的无产阶级政党手中。     

The International Migration of Talent and Talent Security

There are basically three different types of internationally mobile talent： industry talents, professionals, and talents of the social sciences and culture. There are seven different factors underlying the international migration of talented people： the global income gap, the pursuit of personal worth, requirements of national development, technical innovation, industrial agglomeration, language and cultural compatibility, and immigration policies. The international migration of talent increasingly highlights the issue of international talent security, and has a far-reaching impact on personal safety, as well as national and global security. Therefore, cooperation on international talent safety issues should be strengthened in order to establish a more regular order to the international migration of talent, and to reduce the negative effects brought about by it, so as to promote economic globalization and sound economic and political progress in the international community.     

试论我国资源物权立法的不足与完善

资源物权作为重要的财产权 ,要求自然资源法应以传统物权法为理论基础 ,根据自然资源所特有的经济属性和生态属性 ,构建我国的资源物权制度。本文从资源物权制度的体系化设计、自然资源所有权主体、资源物权的变动、不动产资源物权的登记制度等几个重要方面对我国现行资源物权制度进行了反思与探讨 ,并在传统物权理论的基础上 ,提出了对策方案。     

冷战后印度一新加坡关系透析

印度与新加坡在历史上有着密切的联系。在冷战时期由于深受两极格局的制约、双方外交政策取向差异之影响,双边关系发展缓慢。自冷战结束后,印度与新加坡的哉略联系明显增强,在政治、经济、安全等领域合作日益加深。经济利益的追求、安全战略的契合、对恐怖主义和海盗活动的关注成为印度和新加坡战略合作的主要因素。     

Identification of forensically important sarcophagid flies (Diptera: Sarcophagidae) in China, based on COI and 16S rDNA gene sequences

Insects attracted to cadavers may provide important indications of the postmortem interval (PMI). However, use of the flesh flies (Diptera: Sarcophagidae) for PMI estimation is limited as the species are often not morphologically distinct, especially as immatures. In this study, 23 forensically important flesh flies were collected from 13 locations in 10 Chinese provinces. Then, a 278-bp segment of the cytochrome oxidase subunits one (COI) gene and a 289-bp segment of the 16S rDNA gene of all specimens were successfully sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis of the sequenced segments showed that all sarcophagid specimens were properly assigned into four species (Boerttcherisca peregrina [Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830], Helicophagella melanura [Meigen, 1826], Parasarcophaga albiceps [Meigen, 1826], and Parasarcophaga dux [Thompson, 1869]) with relatively strong supporting values, thus indicating that the COI and 16S rDNA regions are suitable for identification of sarcophagid species. The difference between intraspecific threshold and interspecific divergence confirmed the potential of the two regions for sarcophagid species identification.     

Fabrication of compound nonwoven materials for soft body armor

The primary objective of body armor research is the development of low-cost, lightweight, wearable garments that effectively resist ballistic impact. This study introduces a material intended to reduce nonpenetration trauma by absorbing energy from ballistic impacts. Layers of web were made by low-melting point polyester (LMPET) on unaligned fibers of high-strength polyamide 6 (HSPA6). A compound nonwoven fabric was made by laying high-strength Vectran filaments between two layers of HSPA6-LMPET web. The new fabric underwent needle punching and thermal bonding to form a composite sandwich structure. The new fabric was subjected to a falling weight impact test and a ballistic impact test. The results indicated that the material with the new design reduced maximum indentation depth by 8%. Furthermore, soft body armor made from the material with the new design would cost less to produce and would weigh 22.5% less than conventional soft body armor.

论罪犯自我改造的主体性

罪犯的教育改造是双向互动的过程,监狱干警对罪犯所施加的强制性的教育改造内容,只是外部影响因素,罪犯自我改造的主观能动性,才是提高教育改造质量的关键.为此,在罪犯教育改造中,应确立罪犯的主体性地位,充分保护罪犯合法权益,以激励罪犯的自我改造.     

Free Fatty Acids Composition in Adipocere of the Kwäday Dän Ts’ìnchí Ancient Remains Found in a Glacier*

Abstract: Adipocere is a postmortem decomposition product consisting of mostly a mixture of free fatty acids (FFAs) that are formed because of the hydrolysis of triglycerides in adipose tissues. This article describes a simple and robust method for the extraction, identification, and quantification of FFA commonly found in adipocere using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC/MS). This method was applied to analyze tissues from Kwäday Dän Ts’ìnchí, ancient remains discovered in a retreating glacier in the Tatshenshini‐Alsek Park, British Columbia, Canada in August 1999. The lyophilized tissues were grinded and extracted with hexane. The trimethylsilyl fatty acid derivatives were analyzed by GC/MS, and the relative abundances of myristic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid, and stearic acid were determined. Milligram per gram levels of saturated fatty acids were found in the tissues of the ancient remains, while the levels of unsaturated fatty acids, such as palmitoleic acid, were found to be negligible. The results provided further evidence of the existence of adipocere found during forensic examination of the Kwäday Dän Ts’ìnchí ancient remains.
