尸源性昆虫的法医学研究进展

尸源性昆虫学是应用昆虫学知识解决有关法律问题的法医学分支学科,对死亡时间的推断。特别是腐败尸体的死后间隔时间的推断等方面具有无可比拟的优越性。本文根据国内外近期法医昆虫学方面的研究进展,阐述了尸源性昆虫的研究历史、种类和侵蚀过程,并总结了尸源性昆虫形态学及分子生物学的种属鉴定方法。及近几年来在推断死亡时间方面的具体应用。就尸源性昆虫在法医学领域内的应用及进展进行综述。     

Asymmetric cointegration relationship among Asian exchange rates

This study investigates the asymmetric cointegration relationship among the Japanese yen, the Korean won, and the Singapore dollar using an instrumental variable threshold cointegration test which allows asymmetric adjustment and avoids test statistics depending on nuisance parameters. This threshold cointegration approach clearly provides evidence for a cointegration relationship characterized by asymmetric adjustment toward the long-term equilibrium level. This finding indicates that the long-term equilibrium relationship among the Japanese yen, the Korean won and the Singapore dollar remains stable with asymmetric adjustment. The finding also shows there is a temporal delay in the reaction of the Korean won and the Singapore dollar to the Japanese yen change. Therefore, we conclude that, in the short-term, Korean won and Singapore dollar shocks are important to determine the response of the Japanese yen; the Singapore dollar shock is also important to determine the response of the Korean won; however, the Japanese yen shock is unimportant to determine the responses of the Singapore dollar and Korean won.

Characteristics and prospects for East Asian economic integration: a Korean perspective

In terms of economic regionalism, East Asia lags far behind other major regions. It was only recently that institutionalization of regional economic integration was started among East Asia countries. However, functional economic integration has continuously proceeded among East Asian economies even without a region-wide RTA. This paper analyzes the trends of functional economic integration both in terms of trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) among East Asian economies, and reviews recent developments of economic regionalism in East Asia. It also addresses the prospects for a region-wide FTA in East Asia and draws some policy implications for East Asian countries at this juncture of economic regionalism in East Asia.

Study of the Behaviors of Gunshot Residues from Spent Cartridges by Headspace Solid‐Phase Microextraction–Gas Chromatographic Techniques

Gunshot residues, produced after shooting activity, have acquired their importance in analysis due to the notoriety of firearms‐related crimes. In this study, solid‐phase microextraction was performed to extract the headspace composition of spent cartridges using 85‐μm polyacrylate fiber at 66°C for 21 min. Organic compounds, that is, naphthalene, 2,6‐dinitrotoluene, 2,4‐dinitrotoluene, diphenylamine, and dibutyl phthalate were detected and analyzed by gas chromatography‐flame ionization detection technique. Evaluation of chromatograms for diphenylamine, dibutyl phthalate, and naphthalene indicates the period after a gunshot was discharged, whether it was 1 days, 2–4 days, <5 days, 10 days, 20 days, or more than 30 days ago. This study revealed the potential effects of environmental factors such as occasional wind blow and direct sunlight on the estimation of time after spent cartridges were discharged. In conclusion, we proposed reliable alternative in analyzing the headspace composition of spent cartridges in a simulated crime scene.     

Choosing China: public perceptions of ‘China as a model’

This article examines East Asians and Chinese nationals who select ‘China as a model’ of development. The analysis looks at both macro and micro explanations to show that China's standing as a development model is not in sync with its status as a rising global and regional power. At the macro level, the focus is on country-level patterns, while the micro analysis is drawn from the third wave surveys of the Asia Barometer Survey data conducted from 2011 to 2013 in 13 different countries. The findings suggest that political values, history, geography and socio-economic conditions correspond to different views of China as a model and that those outside of China who select the country as a model are quite different from those in China itself.     

论我国物权法上的担保物权制度

我国物权法相对于<担保法>等民事立法规定的担保物权以及司法实务推进和发展的担保物权制度,有极为明显的制度改善,基本实现了担保物权制度的体系化.物权法丰富了担保物权的类型,完善了担保物权设定的公示制度,扩张了担保财产的范围,完善了担保物权的实现机制,并极大地改善了我国担保物权制度的规范缺失现象.但是也应当充分认识物权法在改革担保物权制度方面存在的不足.     

刑事责任的若干问题

由于认识的不同,理论界对刑事责任在刑法理论中应占有的地位看法不一,在各种观点中,罪、责、刑平行说比较符合我国现行刑法的实际。在刑事责任的阶段划分上,一般认为刑事责任产生于犯罪行为实施之时,经过侦查、起诉、审判得到确认和实现。关于刑事责任的实现方式,以指国家强制犯罪人实际承担的刑事制裁措施的见解为妥。     

中俄开展产业内贸易的可行性分析

随着全球贸易及分工的发展,各国之间的产业内贸易也得到了异乎寻常的发展.尽管中俄属于发展中国家,两国参与国际贸易的动机也不尽相同,但考察中俄双边贸易的发展,可以看出,中俄发展产业内贸易的有利条件远大于不利条件,如中俄地理上临近、经济发展水平相近、需求偏好相似等等,这表明中俄开展产业内贸易的基础条件已经具备.如果两国在扩大规模经营、实施产品差异化战略、提高引进FDI档次和建立贸易制度安排等方面有大的进展的话,中俄两国的产业内贸易将会得到稳步增长,两国的经济实力也将发生悄然改变.
