政府主导型展会发展路径初探——以中国—东盟博览会为例

近年来,中国会展业发展迅速,政府主导型展会占据主导地位是现阶段中国会展业的突出特征。但有些政府主导型展会由于不了解展会发展的内在市场规律,造成一些展会经贸成效不显著、政府资源浪费严重的现象。本文以我国发展较成功的政府主导型展会中国—东盟博览会为例,分析其取得成功的优势,并以其为借鉴对政府主导型展会的发展提供初步建议。     

Administration of Justice and Multimodality in Media: Semiotic Translation,Conflict and Compatibility

Law as one sign system can be recorded and interpreted by another sign system—media. If each transaction in court is taken as a sign, it can be interpreted or transferred by different signs of media for the same purpose, though with different effects. This study focuses on the transformative effects of the semiotic revolution in media on law. The present research revealed that the evolution of media has driven the administration of justice to pay more attention to the process of court proceedings. This research also discusses the semiotic conflict and compatibility between the sign subsystems within media upon interpreting the administration of justice. In addition, disequilibrium between different sign systems highlights the consequent need for intersemiotic translation, consciousness and evaluation as part of decision making on court domains.     

Power,Transparency and Control: Hong Kong People’s Adaptations to Life

This paper attempts to examine how the concepts of power, transparency and control are perceived in the life of ordinary Hong Kong people, and how the latter have been adapting to their perceptions and evaluations. The 2008 global financial tsunami and its aftermath will likely have a serious impact on their values. Hong Kong people’s experiences may in some ways represent those of modern men, especially those in East Asia. Democracy is premised on the ideal that life is meaningful through political participation. For most Hong Kong people, this is too demanding an ideal and they instead opt for economic power at the micro-level to secure an optimal measure of control over the socio-economic aspects of their own life. But even this objective has proven extremely difficult to fulfil because of the asymmetry in power between the individual on one hand, and authoritarian regimes, big businesses, organized interest groups, etc. on the other. Very often exit is not a viable option. There may be a tendency to seek satisfaction from religious pursuits, voluntary work, or other external agencies.     

试论多元化纠纷解决机制的法理特征与困境

多元化纠纷解决机制是现实社会中解决矛盾与纠纷的重要手段,承载着解决民事纠纷的重要功能。其表现在法理上的特征值得仔细研究,对其司法调解中的限度问题值得关注,尤其是当前法治中的现实困境对纠纷解决机制也产生了不可忽视的影响。     

不动产登记簿错误之类型与更正登记

不动产登记簿错误可以分为权利事项错误与非权利事项错误。权利事项错误意味着登记簿上对不动产物权的归属和内容的记载不正确,而非权利事项错误则是指那些不涉及物权归属和内容的登记簿错误。二者在是否会对物权构成妨害、是否导致善意取得以及更正登记的程序上完全不同。我国《物权法》第19条区分了这两类错误,并确立了不同的更正程序与要件。当不动产登记簿上存在权利事项错误时,应由利害关系人行使更正请求权请求登记簿记载的权利人同意更正。如果权利人拒绝的,更正请求权人应诉请法院或仲裁委员会解决该民事争议。原则上,只有法院、仲裁委员会的生效法律文书才属于证明登记确有错误的证据,登记机构才能据此进行更正登记。但是,对于非权利事项错误,权利人可以通过提供证据证明登记确有错误而申请更正登记,登记机构也可以依职权进行更正登记。     

Author gender identification from text

Text is still the most prevalent Internet media type. Examples of this include popular social networking applications such as Twitter, Craigslist, Facebook, etc. Other web applications such as e-mail, blog, chat rooms, etc. are also mostly text based. A question we address in this paper that deals with text based Internet forensics is the following: given a short text document, can we identify if the author is a man or a woman? This question is motivated by recent events where people faked their gender on the Internet. Note that this is different from the authorship attribution problem.In this paper we investigate author gender identification for short length, multi-genre, content-free text, such as the ones found in many Internet applications. Fundamental questions we ask are: do men and women inherently use different classes of language styles? If this is true, what are good linguistic features that indicate gender? Based on research in human psychology, we propose 545 psycho-linguistic and gender-preferential cues along with stylometric features to build the feature space for this identification problem. Note that identifying the correct set of features that indicate gender is an open research problem. Three machine learning algorithms (support vector machine, Bayesian logistic regression and AdaBoost decision tree) are then designed for gender identification based on the proposed features. Extensive experiments on large text corpora (Reuters Corpus Volume 1 newsgroup data and Enron e-mail data) indicate an accuracy up to 85.1% in identifying the gender. Experiments also indicate that function words, word-based features and structural features are significant gender discriminators.     

新生代农民工的生存窘境及其对策

新生代农民工是城市中的新兴群体,研究表明,新生代农民工同老一代农民工相比,他们的心理定位、外出动因、职业选择、消费方式等均已发生了根本性的变化,但他们的生存状态并没有太多改善,城乡二元化结构、社会保障的不健全、现实与理想的巨大差距等导致了大量新生代农民工问题的产生.这些势必会对和谐社会的建设产生重大的影响.本文着重思考了解决新生代农民工问题的对策,如改变城乡二元制结构、建立健全农民工社会保障制度、加强教育培训、加强人文关怀等等,以期为解决新生代农民工问题提供借鉴.     

囚在富士康——富士康准军事化工厂体制调查报告

富士康准军事化的工厂管理体制其本质是劳动的严重异化,本文以马克思主义的劳动价值观为理论视角,根据第一手实证资料调查研究了富士康的生产管理体制,发现它与马克思对早期资本主义原始积累的观察是一致的,其绝对剩余价值的生产同样是通过延长劳动时间、克扣工人工资以及制造各种形态的血汗劳动来实现的。富士康工人感觉工厂像监狱,其原因在于富士康着力打造了一个以绝对服从和惩罚性的制度为特征的法家式兵营社会。     

当代青年的择偶标准及其性别差异——对1255则征婚广告的内容分析

通过对《现代家庭》杂志2000年1月至2010年10月所刊载的1255则征婚广告进行内容分析,并与1990年的统计结果对比发现：性格与品德已成为青年择偶时最为关注的因素;健康、对感情的重视程度、户口、住房等因素发挥着越来越重要的作用,被关注的程度上升;年龄因素仍很重要,排名第二,但已有淡化之势;身高、婚史状况、受教育程度、职业、事业心等因素的关注度呈现下降趋势,尤其事业心作为隐性潜能并未被征婚者所重视;兴趣爱好因素至少在通过征婚广告择偶的人群中被忽略;性别是影响择偶标准的一个敏感因素;在许多择偶标准上,男女存在显著差异。     

金融危机后我国房地产抵押贷款证券化监管研究

抵押贷款证券化对健全金融市场、改善银行资本结构、增加房地产业的流动性起到了重要作用。同时,由于监管不力,证券化过程中的违规操作促发了2007年以来的次贷危机。本文拟探讨在全球金融危机的背景下,根据我国现有金融监管体制和房地产市场的发展,如何建立完善的监管体系,在保证金融体系安全稳定的同时,促进抵押贷款证券市场的健康发展。
