领导者情感智能的认识和应用

情感智能在领导实践中具有重要的现实意义。领导者在领导过程中要加强自身建设，客观认识自我，完善自我，把握自我，做自己的主人；同时要运用情感智能，关注人的多层次需要，协调好各方面关系，调动多个积极性，促进愿景目标的实现。     

地方政府实施商标战略的省思

近年来,国内掀起了一股实施商标战略的热潮,多个地方政府制定并颁布了实施商标战略的规范性文件。然而,地方政府实施商标战略的目标以及地方政府实施的＂重金奖励驰名商标＂、＂政府优先采购驰名商标及著名商标称号获得者的产品＂、＂鼓励商号与商标的一体化＂等商标战略措施都值得省思。     

Labour militancy in Taiwan: Export integration vs authoritarian transition

Since the 1980s, the Korean state has witnessed significant challenges from big business (chaebol) as well as from organized labor and popular sector. Regime transition has influenced the social and political relations between the state and big business. Thus the central argument is therefore that the developmental state has gradually eroded as the power and capability of the developmental state was increasingly affected by economic liberalization and political democratization. At the same time the state and big business are increasingly connected within more institutionalized networks. The argument will be advanced that the traditional relationship between the state and big business, which was characterized as one of state domination and the subordination of big business, has been changing more radically than the statist analysts presumed.     

经济共和主义——“人民共和国”的经济政治学

"人民共和国"的性质不仅应该体现在政治生活中,还应该体现在经济生活中,它要求实现一种非排斥的经济,包含了共有、共治与共享三层含义.经济共有意味着在坚持"天下为公"的原则下,根据不同的条件,处理好公有与私有的比例,实现一种平衡的混合经济.经济共治意味着减少经济生活中形形色色的排斥现象,经济体系应该将尽可能多的公民容纳进来,尽量减少失业.同时,参与这个经济体系的公民不应该被另外的公民所支配,努力消除垄断.经济共享意味着共和国的公民共同创造出来的财富应该由他们共同分享,首先保证每个人能够有一些基本的好处,其次在合理的不平等分配中贯彻机会公平原则.

TRIPS协定下药品试验数据保护的政府义务

TRIPS协定第39.3条为成员方政府设置了保护药品试验数据义务的最低标准,成员方在遵循基本义务的前提下,在药品数据保护制度的制定和实施中仍有一定的灵活度和自由空间,不同成员方可以采取不同的立法模式。无论从履行国际义务的层面,还是从促进我国制药产业的创新与发展的角度来说,药品试验数据保护都是政府需要承担的义务和职责。应在现有的法律规定下,结合我国行业发展情况的实际,研究制定进一步的实施细则。     

Perceived public condemnation and avoidance intentions: The mediating role of moral outrage

The effects of intrapersonal emotion on consumers' behavior have long been studied, but the effects of interpersonal emotions on public's intentions remain poorly understood. People often get angry when they observe injustice with others but not themselves. Drawing on emotions as social information theory, we investigated how perceived public condemnation (knowledge that other also condemn a particular norm violation by an organization) affects the moral outrage of public and their future intentions toward the organization. A quantitative study was empirically examined through a sample of 107 users of a leading riding service in Pakistan. Data were analyzed through statistical tools (IBM SPSS & AMOS 21). Finding shows that perceived public condemnation was positively correlated with moral outrage and avoidance intentions of individuals. However, moral outrage mediates the association between perceived public condemnation and avoidance intentions of the public. The implications highlight the importance of a community's social norms and values to gauge the organization's reputation in people's eyes.     

沃尼妙林在猪体内的生物利用度及药代动力学研究

选用体重20kg左右的大×长二元健康阉公猪8头,按双周期、双交叉试验设计,进行静脉注射及内服沃尼妙林(10.5mg/kg)的药代动力学研究。采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定猪血浆中沃尼妙林的浓度,用3P97药代动力学程序处理血浆药物浓度-时间数据。结果,健康猪静脉注射给药的药时数据适合一级吸收二室模型,主要药代动力学参数为:t1/2α=0.21h±0.07h,t1/2β=3.09h±1.09h,Vd=3.64L/kg±0.43L/kg,CLB=0.83L/(kg·h)±0.29L/(kg·h),AUC=12.93mg/L·h±4.57mg/L·h。健康猪内服给药的药时数据适合一级吸收一室开放模型,主要药代动力学参数为:t1/2ka=0.76h±0.05h,t1/2kel=2.19h±0.31h,tmax=1.70h±0.04h,Cmax=1.35μg/mL±0.06μg/mL,AUC=7.34mg/L·h±0.52mg/L·h,F=56.62%±3.75%。结果表明,沃尼妙林在健康猪体内的药代动力学特征是:内服吸收迅速,血药浓度达峰时间短,药物峰浓度高,绝对生物利用度较高,但有效血药浓度维持时间短,药物消除较快。     

中美"两国集团"构想的由来及可行性分析

中美"两国集团"(G2)构想自2008年6月正式提出以来,便受到中美学界和媒体热议.该构想的出炉具有深刻的国际体系和中美双边关系背景,也与美国次贷危机逐渐演变成全球金融危机和经济衰退大有关系.构想的提出对推进中美关系具有一定的积极意义,但认知结构、经济共生结构和国际权力结构等三方面的制约因素决定该构想目前尚不可行.
