China's latest Marriage Law amendment illustrates how tradition contributes to China's modernity. Traditionally, a house was a necessity for a marriage in China. This is because in ancient China, marriage secured the continuation of the family line and provision for ancestors. In modern China, the one child policy and soaring housing prices collectively force the "three families" to buy a house for the new couple. However, what happens when the couple divorces? Shall the house then be considered community property? The 2011 Judicial Interpretation of the Supreme People "s Court of Several Issues on the Application of the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China, provides that where real estate is purchased by the parents of one party, and after the party's marriage is registered under the party's name, such real estate shall be deemed as a gift given by the parents to the party and the party's personal property. This interpretation represents a compromise between tradition and modernity.
The article will firstly introduce the marriage system in ancient China, illustrating that under the doctrine ofli, the real purpose of marriage was to be a bond of love between two (families of differenO surnames. Retrospectively, this secured observance of ancestral rituals in the ancestral temple, and prospectively, continuation of the family line. The house was a necessity for marriage because one of the six ceremonies required for marriage under li was the procession, and then welcome of the bride at the groom "s home. (Other ceremonies involved a matchmaker securing a proposal, matching auspicious birthdates, exchanging gifts between the bride's and groom's families, setting an auspicious wedding date, honoring ancestors and deities, and having an elaborate banquet).

传统研究认为阶层限制和家校沟通的缺位极大地限制了寒门学子的向上流动。“底层文化资本”说虽予以反驳,并呈现了底层独特文化资本的力量,但无法解释资本发挥作用的关键因素何在。本文选取中部高考大省原国贫县建档立卡户的6位考取精英大学的寒门贵子及其父母为研究对象,通过深度访谈,深入探究了他们学业成功背后的实践逻辑。研究发现,对教育改变命运的“信”和对教师无条件的“从”是底层文化资本发挥作用的密钥。这种“信”和“从”源于农民阶层在结构、资本受限的不利境遇下形成的“误识”,这种“误识”使其在主观上减弱了社会结构限制,避免了“读书无用论”和“读书无望论”的侵扰,从而仍旧保持着对读书传统的信仰和追求,最终取得学业成功。  相似文献

In this study, the Raman spectra of 21 phenethylamines were obtained using far‐red excitation (785 nm). The distinguishing ability of Raman for phenethylamines, especially for phenethylamine regioisomers and structural analogues, was investigated. Here, the evaluation of a cross section of Raman spectra demonstrated that all types of phenethylamines were distinguishable, even for certain structural analogues with high spectrum similarity. Raman exhibited high distinguishing ability for phenethylamine regioisomers that differ in the substitution position of halogen, methoxy, alkyl, or other substituted groups; as well as for structural analogues containing different groups, such as furanyl, 2,3‐dihydrofuranyl, halogen, and alkyl substituted at the same position. The Raman spectra for homologues with differences in only a methyl group were found to be highly similar; however, their spectra demonstrated small but detectable differences. Four analogue mixtures and 59 seized samples were also analyzed to study the practical use of the Raman method in forensic field. 95% of the seized samples were correctly identified, which significantly validated the ability of Raman method in identifying the correct isomers. Accordingly, this study provides a non‐destructive, high‐throughput and minimal sample preparation technique for the discrimination of phenethylamines.  相似文献

在新作《山本》中,中国当代作家贾平凹集中展现了作为一种认知与表达方法的神话对日常生活史的介入,从而为神话与历史的辩证关系提供了一种新型观照视角。与其他作家着力于创造意识形态属性明显的集体性或个体性神话不同,贾平凹试图还原神话在人类日常生活史中的本真状态,突出其作为人类知识与思想来源的背景作用,以及以“互渗”形式促成人与万物实现互联的重要特质。作为一种方法的神话,也体现于其通过具有神性特质的人物设置,构建日常生活的神话空间,继而形成一个整体性的稳定神话系统。贾平凹在《山本》中不仅表现了神话视阈中日常生活的和谐流动,也展现了现代革命与权力神话对传统神话时空的侵蚀、压制、重组,以及由此引起的日常生活的断裂,作家借此探讨了传统神话由生而灭的历史过程。神话视角的切入,使贾平凹获得了神话视阈的观照,并在日常生活的漫流中发现神秘与朴实兼具的现实生命质感,重塑了一段亦真亦幻的历史。  相似文献
