一个利益至上者的道德关切及其困境——试析《国家间政治:权力斗争与和平》中的道德观

汉斯·摩根索在其经典著作《国家间政治:权力斗争与和平》中使权力、利益等概念成为国际政治研究的基础要素,并就道德议题发表了自己的见解,而后者往往被人们所忽视。本文对摩根索在书中所呈现的道德观进行了理论与例证结合的系统梳理,总结了摩根索道德关切的两条主线,即讨论为什么不应也不能将抽象的道德原则放在政治行动的考量之上,以及辩证地承认道德在国家利益的实现、国际社会共同利益的维护方面所发挥的作用。文章还分析了摩根索在道德问题上的两难心理及其原因,并指出了摩根索道德关切的理论与实践意义。     

The Urgency for an International Consensus on Afghanistan's Reconstruction
