IN China, oral history is something that attracts the public＇s attention because it provides more details and different perspectives on otherwise veiled information and supplements gaps in historical archives.     

日本血吸虫钙调神经磷酸酶B基因的克隆表达及表达产物的免疫保护效果的评估

为掌握日本血吸虫钙调神经磷酸酶B亚基(CNB)特性并评估其作为候选疫苗分子的潜力,采用PCR方法扩增日本血吸虫CNB基因,构建重组质粒pET-28a(+)-CNB,在大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中诱导表达,并用His-Bind亲和层析纯化获得重组蛋白rCNB。Western-blot结果显示,rCNB能被该重组蛋白免疫小鼠血清识别,具有较好的免疫原性。免疫组织化学分析表明,CNB主要分布在日本血吸虫虫体的睾丸、卵巢等生殖器官中,在表膜中也有少量分布。用重组蛋白rCNB结合ISA206佐剂免疫BALB/c小鼠,结果 rCNB诱导小鼠产生了27.93%(P0.05)的减虫率和42.93%(P0.01)的肝减卵率。结果表明,日本血吸虫CNB具有一定的免疫保护效果,为深入研究日本血吸虫钙调神经磷酸酶的生物学功能奠定了基础。

ACCORDING to monitoring by environmental departments, over half of China＇s seven major river systems are polluted, 90 percent of the country＇s urban water areas are heavily contaminated, the quality of 50 percent of urban water sources falls below the national standard for drinking water, and 40 percent of all water sources in the nation are not potable.
