知识产权霸权主义与发展中国家知识产权保护的本土化策略

知识产权国际保护制度中同样存在霸权主义与本土化之争.主要反映发达国家意志的TRIPS实际上是这种霸权主义的间接体现.目前的知识产权国际保护制度对发展中国家的知识产权发展具有正面和负面的影响,相较而言,负面影响更为严重.因此,发展中国家必须团结一致,维护知识产权保护的本土化.     

教学质量评价存在的问题及其对策——以公安院校“教学练战”一体化模式为视角

"教学练战"一体化是公安院校实施的以培养应用型公安专门人才为目标,把"教学练战"各环节有机结合,组成一个完整的教学链的一种教学模式。但是,对教学质量的评价,存在着评价标准不够完整、重量轻质、评价主体不全面及评价功能缺乏导向性等不足。因此,应当采取有效措施,增强公安教育特色,确立多元化评价主体,坚持定量与定性相结合,注重评价结果的信息反馈,不断提高教学质量。
