贫困大学生的问题分析及思想政治教育模式的构建

贫困大学生是高校大学生当中不容忽视的一个特殊群体,他们容易产生自卑消极心理、学习压力大、文化环境不适应、人际交往障碍等问题,贫困深刻影响着他们的学习和生活,更严重危害着他们的身心健康,他们承受着巨大的压力。因此,构建针对贫困大学生的思想政治教育的济困、排忧、励志、磨砺模式具有重要的意义。     

共同饮酒法律责任实证研究

通过对我国涉及共同饮酒的142个侵权案件的判决理由进行类型化分析发现,根据法院判决对注意义务的认定,可以区分为"危险防范义务"、"安全保障义务"、"法定附随义务"、"一般注意义务"等。通过在法理上对这些注意义务的来源进行辨析,其均存在一定问题。在与此相关的侵权案件审理中,法官通过扩大注意义务范围对社会交往规则进行调整,以司法政策为导向的过错认定有一定弊端,应当在侵权案件审理中坚持司法克制。     

基于小白鼠实验的新型膨胀阻燃低密度聚乙烯复合材料烟气毒性研究（英文）

利用小白鼠试验来研究新型阻燃低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)复合材料的烟气毒性,探寻材料烟气毒性最大不至死浓度,根据相关标准判断材料毒性所属级别,并比较研究不同燃烧状况下阻燃LDPE复合材料产烟毒性.从烟气毒性实验可知,有焰燃烧比无焰燃烧具有较小的烟气毒性.同时利用火灾性能指数和火灾发展指数对阻燃LDPE复合材料的火灾安全性进行评价.研究结果有助于优化设计环境友好、综合性能优良的阻燃低密度聚乙烯复合材料.
