俄美关系现状及前景

今年来,因美国在东欧部署导弹防御系统而引发俄美各种矛盾骤然激化,俄美关系降至冷战结束后的冰点。美国对俄罗斯持续不断的挤压使俄国内反美情绪上升;俄综合国力的提升使它敢于同西方针锋相对。然而,俄美关系不会重新回到冷战,而正在形成非敌非友、对抗加合作的模式。俄美关系的未来走向在很大程度上取决俄国内政治的发展演变。     

马动脉炎病毒的血凝性研究

在RK-13细胞上培养的马动脉炎病毒(Equine viral arteritis,EAV)在4℃、室温和37℃条件下,用多种动物的红细胞进行血凝试验,病毒在不同温度下均可凝集小鼠和鸡的红细胞,但不能凝集牛、绵羊、山羊、马、猪、豚鼠、仓鼠、兔及鹅的红细胞.将病毒用吐温-80和乙醚处理后,血凝活力会显著增强,其HA效价比未经处理的病毒高4-8倍,且血凝像更加清晰.处理病毒的最适条件是在冰浴状态下用终浓度0.6-1.25 mL/L吐温-80振荡处理15-60 min,再加1/2体积的乙醚振荡作用5-15 min.     

对当前发展消费信贷的几点思考

当前我国发展消费信贷在消费者、市场和宏观经济环境、商业银行等方面存在着各种制约因素,为此政府和银行应该采取积极措施,促进消费信贷的发展,使消费信贷成为我国经济增长的重要推动力.

两岸产业合作目前的形态与模式形成的根本原因,除了两岸间密切的经贸关系外,更是由两岸共同处于的东亚生产网络所驱动的。在全球金融危机之后,两岸间产业合作开始共同面对亚太区域经济整合、全球价值链重新布局的外部压力,同时由于两岸经济实力和比较优势的变迁,两岸间产业开始逐渐由互补走向竞争。当外部与内部经济环境同时发生变化时,两岸产业合作的传统模式面临挑战和选择。     

Exploring Gender-Specific Trends in Underage Drinking Across Adolescent Age Groups and Measures of Drinking: Is Girls’ Drinking Catching Up with Boys’?

Underage drinking is among the most serious of public health problems facing adolescents in the United States. Recent concerns have centered on young women, reflected in media reports and arrest statistics on their increasing problematic alcohol use. This study rigorously examined whether girls’ alcohol use rose by applying time series methods to both arrest data, Uniform Crime Reports, and self-report data from Monitoring the Future, a nationally representative long-term survey gathered independently of crime control agents. All self-reported drinking behaviors across all age groups show declining or unchanged female rates and no significant change in the gender gap, while the official source displays a steady narrowing gender gap and some increase of female arrest rates for liquor law violations. Results indicate that social control measures applied to underage drinking have shifted to target young women’s drinking patterns, but their drinking has not become more widespread/problematic. Girls’ increased alcohol use and abuse is a socially constructed problem, rather than the result of normalization of drinking or more strain in girls’ lives. Future underage drinking policies and practices that apply legal intervention strategies to less chronic adolescent drinking behaviors will increase the visibility of girls’ drinking.     

Activists playing a dual role: identities,organizational goals,and public relations practices

• This study explores the relationship among identities, goals, and public relations practices of an activist organization through in‐depth interviews and document analysis. Findings suggest different levels of the participant organization's identity in communication with its different audiences. In playing its dual role (as a “public” to its target organizations and a “public communicator” to its own publics), the organization acts as an honest representative voice and a credible source of information to both parties, a process that requires a balance position compatible with its mission. Its public relations practices were found to be consistent with the identities it appropriates and the values it respects.

30年来涉台经济研究的研究范式与方法演进——基于历年《台湾研究集刊》所发表论文的分类分析

本文以近30年来《台湾研究集刊》中发表的涉台经济研究类论文作为对象,对其中所采用的各种范式方法加以分类归纳比较,分析该领域研究范式和方法的时间演进特征。结果表明,20世纪80年代涉台经济研究的范式注重文献信息的丰富程度,主要采用数量描述和文献归纳方法,但逻辑论证的精度不足;20世纪90年代更为关注研究的实用性,倚重逻辑推理和理论演绎方法的运用,逻辑深度有所加强,逻辑精度也有一定提高;2000年以后则同时向实用性和理论性两个方向发展,既注重研究对于实践的指导意义,也开始引入主流经济学中的经验研究范式用于理论检验和创新。各种研究范式和方法互为补充参照,由此才能不断推进涉台经济研究的科学化进程。     

IMF新金融监管机制及其局限性

2007年6月15日，国际货币基金组织（IMF）执董会通过了新的《对成员国政策的双边监督决定》（以下简称《2007年决定》），取代了1997年IMF制定的《关于汇率政策监督的决定》。这是国际货币基金组织采取的一项新举措，改变了过去对国际汇率监管的框架。
