“左”右之辨:源流·语义·教训

“左”与右这一对范畴是从政治思想领域“左”的与右的两种错误的思想倾向和政治路线中抽取或抽象出来的 ,将其置于革命时期、建设时期及改革开放新时期这样三个不同的时间坐标之中 ,可以看到其含义也呈现出一个具体的历史的变化过程。尤其是以改革开放时期的开始为界 ,这一对范畴在逻辑依归上前后有着显著的区别。毛泽东和邓小平为此提供了分析的经典范例。“左”右之辨的学术理论方面在于分析这一对范畴之含义的具体的历史的发展 ;其实践的或实用的方面在于通过总结历史经验 ,将这一对范畴严格限定在政治领域 ,以免其进入社会生活领域 ,酿成“词的暴政”     

Searching for a New Cultural Identity: China's soft power and media culture today

The paper argues that China's global expansion and calls for its use of soft power are provoking an ideological crisis which is becoming one of the most critical challenges of the present time. Revolutionary ideology legitimated the rule of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for 60 years, but it has become increasingly at odds with the rapid socio-economic development that began 30 years ago. This paper examines four aspects of contemporary Chinese culture: first the discrepancy between the CCP's ideological rhetoric and its pragmatic policies; second, the fragmentation of the state, the intellectual elite, and the grassroots population in terms of cultural expressions and values; third, the consumer culture which has unleashed materialistic desires; and finally, the emergence of a ‘post-80s’ generation urban youth culture amidst these tension and contradictions.

近几年来,我国频发的食品安全事故反映出政府监管的严重不足,即单靠政府的监管不能确保食品安全,因此,应积极发挥食品行业协会的自律作用,以形成食品行业内部的问题自行解决的氛围。为此,应进一步增强食品行业协会的独立性,促进食品行业协会自律职能的有效履行,加强政府对食品行业协会自律的监管。     

传染性法氏囊病病毒抗体间接ELISA检测方法的建立

为了建立传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)抗体间接ELISA检测方法,本研究首先将VP2基因分3段(部分序列重叠),分别为VP2(1~600)、VP2(376~975)和VP2(751~1350),并根据大肠杆菌对密码子的偏爱性进行优化,将优化的3个VP2基因片段分别克隆于原核表达载体pET28a(+)中,转化E.coli Rosetta(DE3)感受态细胞,经IPTG诱导后,进行SDS-PAGE和Western-blot,结果3个重组VP2蛋白均获得了表达。用纯化的3个重组VP2蛋白rVP2(1~600)、rVP2(376~975)和rVP2(751~1350)分别作为包被抗原,建立了IBDV抗体间接ELISA(rVP2-ELISA)。用rVP2-ELISA、IDEXX-ELISA(IBDV)及中和试验对96份临床血清样本进行检测,结果显示,3个重组VP2蛋白建立的IBDV抗体间接ELISA检测方法、IDEXX-ELISA(IBDV)与中和试验比较,相对敏感性分别为97.1%、61.8%、58.8%和100%;相对特异性分别为85.5%、82.3%、83.9%和25.8%;符合率分别为89.6%、75.0%、75.0%和52.08%。本研究为研制IBDV抗体间接ELISA检测试剂盒(以重组VP2蛋白作为包被抗原)奠定了基础。     

中国农资连锁商业模式探究

农资连锁经营作为实现规模经济效益的一种现代商品流通方式,必将成为农资零售的主渠道。现阶段,中国农资连锁的类型主要有三种:一是以制造商为主体的农资连锁;二是以邮政三农服务站为代表,利用原有渠道导入农资产品销售的农资连锁;三是以经销商为主体的农资连锁。以经销商或流通商为主体的农资连锁虽然规模还比较小,但发展前景较好。目前,农资连锁的盈利模式主要包括进销价差盈利、产品组合盈利、"过桥过路费"、集采、规模采购、类金融模式、数据、买断产品、包销、独家代理、平台盈利、资本市场。     

Perceived Citizen Cooperation, Police Operational Philosophy, and Job Satisfaction on Support for Civilian Oversight of the Police in South Korea

While civilian oversight in matters pertaining to police accountability is commonly found in law enforcement agencies in Western countries, this concept is fairly new to many emerging democracies. This study examines the origins and development of citizen oversight of the police in South Korea. Using a sample consisting of 406 surveyed Korean police officers, this study further examines the effects of individual factors and organizational characteristics, such as police operational philosophy, citizen support, and job satisfaction, on officers’ perceptions of civilian oversight of the police. The findings suggest that, although South Korean police officers are generally ambivalent about the role of civilian oversight, there is a strong relationship between organizational characteristics and support for a civilian role in police oversight.
