中西医结合治疗葡萄膜炎32例临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗葡萄膜炎的临床效果。方法:治疗组32例(38眼)分为肝经风热型、肝胆火炽型、风湿夹热型、阴虚火旺型[1],分别用新制柴连汤、龙胆泻肝汤、抑阳酒连散、知柏地黄汤加减同时配合西药治疗;对照组26例(34眼)单用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组为58.8%,两组的总有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗葡萄膜炎效果优于常规西药。     

363例重型颅脑损伤患者术后早期治疗分析

目的 观察重型颅脑损伤患者术后早期综合治疗的最佳时间窗.方法 将363例重型颅脑损伤术后患者按病程＜1个月、1～2+个月、2～3+个月及＞3个月分成Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组,分别进行综合治疗.并在入院时和出院时分别进行Glasgow昏迷评分(Glasgow coma scoring, GOS)和Glasgow结果评级(Glasgow outcome scoring, GCS).结果 Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组GOS评分和GCS分级显著优于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05,或P<0.01);Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组,Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组GOS评分和GCS分级比较,差异无显著性.结论 重型颅脑损伤术后1～2个月早期综合治疗是非常重要的.

This article answers a myriad of questions that program providers and communities might consider when developing a divorce education program for parents. Questions and answers are considered for the following areas: a) purpose and objectives; b) needs assessment; c) curriculum development; d) program support; e) personnel matters; f) money matters; g) program participants and participation; h) special needs; and i) evaluation. Communities that build consensus around these issues are more likely to develop successful programs.

经济发达镇行政管理体制改革的思考

随着我国城镇化进程的快速推进,部分乡镇迅速发展成为经济发达镇,但传统的乡镇行政管理体制使经济发达镇长期处于责任大、权力小、功能弱、效率低的艰难境地,严重制约了经济发达镇自身的建设、发展和管理。本文在总结经济发达镇的基本特征的基础上,分析了经济发达镇的行政管理体制中目前存在的主要问题,并根据广东、浙江、山东等地在推进经济发达镇行政管理体制改革中的实践经验,对我国经济发达镇的行政管理体制改革提出相关对策建议。
