浅谈夫妻约定财产制的修改

新婚姻法对夫妻约定财产制的规定完善了夫妻财产制度,使其更趋规范、合理、公正,具有重要意义。本文就夫妻约定财产制的修改、意义与进一步完善等问题作一初浅探讨,期待能对婚姻法的研究有所裨益。

面对全球城市化的城市管理

在面对日益复杂的城市问题时,我们除了考虑物质性的方向之外,还需要更多地考虑非物质的方向,才能进行有效的掌控。城市管理学科的建立,可以弥补传统城市规划学科的不足,综合地涵盖以上两种方向。本文尝试从学科设计的角度,基于大型复杂系统管理的逻辑,铺陈城市管理学科的架构与内涵。     

HPLC测定爽咽茶中绿原酸的含量

目的：建立爽咽茶中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法：采用HPLC测定炎咽茶中绿原酸的含量，采用C18柱，乙腈-4．0g／L磷酸(10：90)为流动相，检测波长为327nm。结果：平均加样回收率为97．75％，RSD为1．40％。结论：本法操作简便、易行，具有实用性。     

“飞车抢夺”的司法认定

行为人对实施抢夺时伴随出现的被害人重伤、死亡后果,既可能是过失,也可能是间接故意."飞车抢夺"有的属于抢夺行为,有的属于抢劫行为,有的是属于抢夺罪与故意或者过失犯罪的想像竞合,应结合行为人的主观心态和客观行为进行综合分析."飞车抢夺"构成抢劫罪的认定应以典型抢劫罪的行为结构为基础,关键在于认定行为人利用驾驶的车辆的冲力通过物把"暴力"作用于被害人,且不以造成轻伤以上后果为必要,以体现抢劫罪手段行为与目的行为的结合.     

Behind China's World Trade Organization agreement with the USA

The ‘war on terror’ is widely regarded as instigating a major regression within the development of the international system. Processes of globalisation are being challenged, it is argued, by a reassertion of the sovereign power of nation-states, most especially the USA. In more overt terms this regression is represented as a ‘return’ of a traditional form of imperialism. This ‘return of imperialism’ thesis challenges the claims of theories developed during the 1990s which concentrate on the roles of deterritorialisation and the development of biopolitics in accounting for the constitution of the contemporary international order. In contrast this paper seeks to detail the important respects in which biopolitical forces of deterritorialisation continue to play an integral role within the strategies of power that make the war on terror possible. Rather than understanding the war on terror as a form of ‘regression’ it is necessary to pay heed to the complex intertwinings that continue to bind sovereign and biopolitical forms of power in the 21st century. Such an understanding is urgent in that it provides for different grounds from which to reflect on the processes by which international order is currently being reconstituted and to help think about how to engage in reshaping them.     

CBCT技术研究进展及其在牙龄推断中的应用

牙齿是人体最坚硬的器官,不易因外界理化因素的变化而降解、变形,利用牙齿推断年龄已广泛应用于法医学。通过牙齿影像推断年龄是过去使用最普遍的方法之一,而锥形束计算机体层摄影术(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)技术的出现为牙齿三维影像的获取提供了新途径,具有照射剂量低、扫描时间短、成像精度高及费用低等优点。本文综述了CBCT技术的研究进展及其在牙龄推断中的应用。     

Examining the relationship between school suspensions/expulsions and felonies

This paper examines the suspensions and expulsions of students. Using individual student pupil (rather than incident) data, this research examines whether these rates are driven by a few high-volume offenders and whether high-volume offenders become felons. This study uses the number of students at three levels of violations: 0 offenses, 1–3 offenses, and four or more offenses. The authors also examined the relationship between the three groups of violators and committing a felony as a juvenile. The number of offenses per student ranged from 0 to 31. Findings indicated that those with 0 school infractions had no felonies, while the other two groups of violators 1–3 and four or more had a similar numbers of felonies. Implications for developmental models of delinquency are discussed.     

网络民族主义运动与中国的公民外交——以2005年“反日入常签名”为例

公民外交是中国外交的新近发展的一项重要内容。2005年反日入常签名是中国公民,借由网络签名请愿从事公民外交的案例。该活动是由中国社会部门、中国经济部门与离散华人社群所组织的。它们通过跨国联系发起网络签名请愿而进行的网络民族主义运动。同时,该活动由于表达了广泛民意,不仅影响了中国政府,也影响了其他国际行为体,而成为中国公民外交的实例。
