人工智能时代的主体性之忧:法理学如何回应

近代以来,人超越于他物的主体性得以确立,其内容包括不可侵犯的人格尊严、自主决定、在社会和政治生活中具有重要性以及基于自身目的利用自然。然而,人工智能已经从以下方面挑战了人的主体性:冲击了人格尊严的基础,削弱了自主决定,降低了人在社会生活中的重要性。因此,亟需法理学基于整体性反思和价值视角予以回应。法理学应采取的立场包括:注重人的道德主体性以彰显其独特性,明确反对赋予人工智能法律人格,坚持对人工智能涉主体性应用的合法性审查。     

推进公职人员政务处分法治化

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是维护国家统一、促进民族团结、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要保障.学校作为促进各民族师生交往交流交融的重要场域,肩负铸牢中华民族共同体意识的时代重任.铸牢中华民族共同体意识视域下,民族文化进校园的时代内涵主要体现在汇聚中华优秀文化精华,推动中华民族优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化进校园以及增强中华优秀文化认同,建构从文化认知、文化自觉到文化认同、文化自信的教育路径.文章从心理学的知情意行四维度出发,提出铸牢中华民族共同体意识视域下民族文化进校园的实践路径,即学校通过系统学习中华民族优秀文化,强化共同体认知深入开展爱国主义教育活动,激发共同体情感全面升华'五个认同'情感体验,增强共同体意志和聚焦促进民族'三交'实践活动,推动共同体实践,建构多位一体的民族文化进校园教育实践体系.
