The 10th Executive Council of CAFIU was elected in April 2009.In the past two years,focusing on the overall state diplomacy,and under the guidance of its leadership and the support of the Executive Council members,CAFIU has made thoughtful plans and active explorations in external relations in a solitary and down-to-earth manner.

在国际金融危机发生后,东盟最发达的金融国家新加坡凭借自身的体制优势,迅速采取措施,不断完善金融监管体制,成功化解了金融危机的冲击。本文总结借鉴新加坡金融监管体制改革的经验,提出对东盟其他国家的启示。     

Some Thoughts on China’s International Strategy

The nature of China’s peaceful development requires that its diplomatic strategy reflect both the spirit of the times and its own fundamental characteristics. China should assess its relations with the outside world with fresh ideas, creative thinking and be prepared for flexible maneuvering in handling practical issues.

The World in 2014:Peace and Development

Strategy of Rebalance to the Asia-Pacific in Obama＇s New Term and US Ideological Export

Since the beginning of his second term, Barack Obama has made some adjustment to US strategy of rebalance to the Asia-Pacific.The adjustment is aimed at adapting the US to the new features in the post-flnancial crisis era, the new developments in the Asia- Pacific situation and the new changes in the overall US strategy, and it also serves US strategic intentions to dominate the regional affairs, acquire and safeguard its own interests and counterbalance China and it also serves US strategic intentions to dominate the regional affairs, acquire and safeguard its own interests and counterbalance China and prevent it from playing a leading role in the region. It is worth noting that the adjusted rebalance strategy features the purposefulness of US ideological export.
