论家庭在戒毒中的作用

家庭是以血缘和亲情为基础的、一个人赖以生存和生活的最基本的组织单位。戒毒，无论接受哪种形式、处于何种阶段，都需要家庭的支持。在不同阶段，家庭的作用侧重点不一。家庭在戒毒中的作用已被理论界和实务界认同。

超高效液相色谱法（UPLC）同时筛选检测吗啡等7种常见毒品

目的建立快速筛选检测中毒者血液、尿液中吗啡、甲基苯丙胺、苯丙胺、麻黄碱、3，4-亚甲基双氧甲基苯丙胺（MDMA）、3，4-亚甲基双氧苯丙胺（MDA）、氯胺酮并定量分析的方法；方法采用超高效液相色谱（UP—LC）-二极管阵列检测器（PAD）；结果峰面积和质量浓度的线性关系良好，分离效果好、速度快、灵敏度提高；结论该方法与传统的HPLC相比能够更好满足实际办案中吗啡、甲基苯丙胺、苯丙胺、麻黄碱、MDMA、MDA、氯胺酮等中毒者血液、尿液的筛选检测并定量分析。     

Complicating Symmetric Peripheral Gangrene after Dopamine Therapy to Patients with Septic Shock

Dopamine is commonly used as a first-line agent in the treatment of patients with septic shock. The use of dopamine rarely causes symmetric peripheral dry gangrene. If the symmetric peripheral dry gangrene occurs in the patient after dopamine injection, it easily leads to disagreement between doctors and patients. A 60-year-old woman who had sudden septic shock was sent to intensive care unit (ICU). She was received dopamine injection according to the routine during treatment. Over the next 3 months, her limbs developed to dry gangrene and required amputation. The result shows that the occurrence of dry gangrene could only be associated with the long-term excessive use of dopamine according to the medical records. Although dopamine is a conventional drug for the treatment of septic shock, the forensic workers and clinicians must realize that vasopressors such as dopamine have been implicated directly or as a contributory cause in dry gangrene cases.

猪细小病毒2型VP蛋白主要抗原表位区的原核表达及间接ELISA检测方法的建立

为了有效监测猪细小病毒2型(PPV2)的抗体水平,选择PPV2VP蛋白主要亲水区及高抗原指数区进行原核表达。以表达的重组tVP蛋白为包被抗原建立了检测PPV2抗体的间接ELISA。优化后的反应条件为:抗原包被浓度为0.8μg/mL,血清的最佳稀释度为1∶100,酶标二抗的工作浓度为1∶20 000,检测的临界值为0.400 5(D450nm≥0.400 5判定为阳性)。特异性试验证明,与猪细小病毒1型、猪瘟病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、伪狂犬病病毒、猪圆环病毒2型、口蹄疫病毒O型血清抗体无交叉反应,批内、批间重复性试验变异系数均小于10%。应用此方法对采自江苏省的480份临床血清样本进行了检测,PPV2抗体阳性率为31%。试验结果表明,tVP蛋白能很好地获得表达,以此蛋白作为包被抗原建立的间接ELISA具有较高的特异性和敏感性,可以用于临床血清PPV2抗体的检测。     

Emerging,and old,dilemmas for food security in Latin America

The present text offers a summary of some of the crucial food security problems in Latin American (LA) countries. This region, like many others in the globe, confronts such as food safety difficulties. The summary offers also an analysis of some technologically based solutions for LA food security issues. As a general call, the present review article calls for a collaborative and transdisciplinary approach to think deeper about how to solve food security problems, putting the focus on enabling technologies within a context of social, market, and global trends to achieve food and nutritional security. The review is positioned far from techno‐optimisms and, at the same time, away from purely economic‐based solutions. Conversely, this review embraces the whole complexity that brings economy‐nature‐technology triad. Embracing such complex relationships between technology, nature and the socio‐economy aspects of food security LA issues. Such complexity also triggers a need for a solution that considers a renewed approach to sustainability in the whole food value chain from production to consumption. Sustainability in the value chain opens up a much‐needed approach to LA food security that broadens, and refresh, our understanding of this fundamental socio‐economic and technical phenomena.     

欠发达地区文化发展的创造性转换——以江苏徐州为例

杜维明教授的文化创造性转换理论,强调中国的文化发展实际是自我以内在方式进行的连续创造性转换.实践这一理论,对探寻适合于徐州这样的欠发达地区的特有的文化发展方式,有效地激发自身文化发展的根本力量,促进落后地区文化协调、全面、可持续发展,具有极其重要的意义.     

中日合资企业控制权转移防范机制研究

合资方式是我国吸收日资的主要途径,中日合资企业既有国际台资企业的共性特征,也有基于中日投资方背景的个性特征。企业控制权之争是中日合资企业的核心问题,中日合资企业的控制权实际体现出股权控制权、决策控制权、运作控制权、研发控制权和专用性控制权等五个维度的特征。中方企业需要重点防范股权控制权、决策控制权和运作控制权向日方转移,同时利用好研发和专用性控制权。     

Why is there no Chinese international relations theory?

There is not yet a Chinese international relations theory (IRT)mainly due to three factors: the unconsciousness of ‘international-ness’in the traditional Chinese worldview, the dominance of the WesternIR discourse in the Chinese academic community, and the absenceof a consistent theoretical core in the Chinese IR research.A Chinese IRT is likely and even inevitable to emerge alongwith the great economic and social transformation that Chinahas been experiencing and by exploring the essence of the Chineseintellectual tradition. The Tianxia worldview and the TributarySystem in the two millennia of China's history, the radicalthinking and revolutions in the nineteenth and twentieth century,and reform and opening-up since 1978 are the three milestonesof China's ideational and practical development and thereforecould provide rich nutrition for a Chinese IRT. In addition,a Chinese IRT is likely to develop around the core problematicof China's identity vis-à-vis international society,a century-long puzzle for the Chinese and the world alike.
