现代科技证据适用研究

科技证据以现代科技为依托,能够获得许多通过传统取证方法无法获取的证据材料,对查清案件事实具有重要的意义。科技证据的运用经历了曲折的过程并逐渐得到认可。为了更好的运用科技证据开展证明活动,须认清科技证据的证明力,进一步完善科技证据的适用条件和程序。
