社会资本视角下慈善组织公信力影响因素研究

近年来我国慈善组织的公信力屡遭考验,嫣然基金事件又将慈善组织推到了风口浪尖。信任是社会资本的重要内容,从社会资本理论出发,根据文献梳理,找出慈善组织公信力影响因素主要有信息透明度、合法性、社会网络、内部治理结构以及慈善文化。目前我国慈善组织公信力提升应先从信息透明度与内部治理结构着手,为我国慈善组织深化改革提供了长远发展的突破口。     

绵羊骡马肿瘤间质构造的比较组织学观察

采集绵羊、骡、马肿瘤组织,通过石蜡切片的常规染色(HE染色)、胶原纤维染色(Masson三色染色法)和网状纤维染色(Gomori银染色法)技术,对腺瘤、腺癌、纤维瘤、纤维肉瘤、平滑肌瘤、平滑肌肉瘤和鳞状细胞癌的间质构造进行比较观察。结果显示,胶原纤维的走向和分布具有一定的特异性;网状纤维在鳞状细胞癌的癌巢周边较多,瘤细胞之间未见分布,但在纤维瘤、纤维肉瘤、平滑肌瘤和平滑肌肉瘤的瘤细胞之间均有分布;间质内毛细血管极少分化成熟。上述结果进一步明确了上述动物常见肿瘤间质的构成及其纤维和血管在分布、数量、染色特性和结构等方面的特点。     

男性罪犯社会支持、人际信任和孤独感的关系研究

为了探讨男性罪犯社会支持、人际信任和孤独感的关系,经对黄石市380名男性罪犯完成社会支持量表、人际信任量表和孤独感问卷,可得出结论即人际信任与孤独感呈显著负相关,与社会支持呈正相关;社会支持可以直接影响孤独感也可以通过人际信任影响孤独感水平。所以,人际信任在社会支持和孤独感之间发挥部分中介作用。
