New Power Buzzword

正Efforts on to develop strategic hydrogen energy as part of $1.6-trillion industry When the second phase of a hydrogen energy industrial park kicked off at Yanqing, the district in Beijing that is one of the venues of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in 2022, it was an indication of the growing importance of the renewable energy source in China. The project will provide clean gas for the games, powering 150 vehicles during the event.     

THE POINT OF NO RETURN

With nearly 100 gardens and parklands, it is no wonder that Glasgow is known as the Dear Green Place, the perfect place to host the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties, or COP26. Delegates from some 200 countries are gathering in the British city to discuss ways to upgrade the global response to the world's increasingly profound climate crisis. UN Secretary General António Guterres expressed particular concern over slowing collective action ahead of the meeting. We need to make sure we reverse the trends, not maintain them. It is now clear we are coming to a point of no return, he said.

环渤海区域经济发展的制约因素及对策思路

环渤海区域经济发展能够不断拓展区域发展空间,可以加速中国产业的升级换代,有利于缩小地区差距,促进各地区经济均衡发展。五大因素对环渤海区域经济发展具有较强制约作用:计划体制影响大;产业结构趋同;行政分割导致的地方保护主义严重;区域层次的协调机制缺乏;二元经济结构的大量存在。解决这些问题的对策思路是:建立更高层次的区域协调机制,消除地方保护,促进区域"共同市场"的形成;鼓励国有企业间的合并重组,逐步降低国有经济比重,积极为民营经济发展创造条件;完善维护公平竞争秩序的法律法规,促进公平竞争秩序的形成;树立服务理念,切实转变政府职能。     

网络环境下的高校科技查新途径探析

因特网的出现及电子信息资源建设的快速发展,加快了信息的交流与传播,也给查新工作带来挑战和机遇。解决网络环境下的高校科技查新工作存在的问题,加强文献资源建设、完善检索方法、注重查新队伍建设及建立学科馆员制度,完善高校科技查新途径,已成为新时期查新工作必须解决的重要任务。     

美国侵权法中父母侵权豁免制度变迁之探讨——兼对我国相关规则设计的思考

美国侵权法中的父母侵权豁免原则在经历了一个世纪的历程之后，近年来呈现出一种衰落的趋势。从对该原则的起源、理论基础以及应用现状等方面的分析来看，对于我国相关规则设计具有一定的启示作用，如在立法中不宜采纳父母侵权豁免原则，未成年人应当就其所遭受的父母侵权享有诉权但应当附有范围、类型和程度方面的限制，父母的惩戒权应当予以肯定，禁止父母采用的惩戒方式应当予以明确等。

实现科学发展观,需要辩证地认识和处理好与发展相联系的若干重大关系.同时,要用创新的思维谋求新的工作理念,开创本部门工作的新局面.文章从摆正关系、创新理念、开创工作新局面三个方面作了简要概述.     

农民工权益保护与农民工加入工会的模式分析——以贵州省为例

本文通过对贵州省部分企业、社区、村庄和一些具有代表性的工会组织的调研,在深入了解贵州省农民工权益保护现状的基础上,分析了农民工权益缺乏保障及受到损害的原因,对贵州省促进农民工加入工会及保护农民工权益的经验和模式进行了总结,探索了工会组织维护农民工权益的路径。
