广州五四运动特征及原因探讨

广州五四运动是全国五四运动的重要组成部分,具有明显的地域特征:首先是参加群体广泛,活动组织化、纪律化;其次是政民关系由合作向对抗嬗变;再次是斗争措施具体明确且各有侧重;四是"外联内动"是运动深入拓展的保障;最后是响应时间早、持续时间长。形成上述特征的根源是,革命传统浓烈,城市地域政治化程度高是群众来源广泛及活动呈现规律特征的重要原因;军政府弹压运动是政民关系嬗变的根源;经济务实态度是斗争措施明确具体且各有侧重的缘由;缺乏新文化运动的洗礼,造成"外联内动"成为运动发展的动力;烈士故乡、同乡情谊、爱国热情等因素助力运动的深入发展。探究五四运动在地方开展时的特征及其原因,可见异于全国五四运动"森林"与"树木"的独特所在,且能还原历史本相;简析"历史土壤"与运动特征间的关系,有助于理解"土壤决定特征"和"特征反映土壤"双重关系的内在脉理。     

Classification and dynamic evolution of public's environmental risk coping actions in China

Existing studies on public attitudes and actions towards sites elections of projects with existing environmental risk usually make simple binary partition and mostly focus on public confrontational actions. Whereas, no attention has been paid to the complexity and dynamic convertibility of public's risk coping actions. This paper constructs an integrated framework for environmental risk coping actions referring to risk social amplification theory and risk protective theory. Through the comparative analysis with three typical projects of nuclear facilities in China, it has been found that there are four different types of risk coping action based on dual dimensions of risk perception and risk communication, namely, acquiescence–support and acquiescence–adaption, belonging to low‐grade risk coping actions, and two high‐grade risk coping actions, prevention–mobilization and prevention–protest. Under specific conditions, the dynamic conversions from low grade to high grade among the four action choice models also existed. Findings of this paper try to provide a theoretical interpretation for getting a better understanding of the public action choices in relation to environment risk. In the meanwhile, policy enlightenment to risk governance for government has also been discussed.     

植物新品种权保护范围的确定

最高人民法院知识产权法庭于2019年12月9日-13日开展集中宣判周活动,对部分有标杆意义的案件集中公开宣判。集中宣判的案件中,既有专利案件,又有植物新話种案件;既有基因工程等前沿科技领域案件,又有医疗器械等民生领域案件;既有裁判规则创新,又有诉讼程序创新。本次集中宣判,是为进一步统一技术类知识产权案件裁判标准、提高审判质效、提升司法公信力和国际影响力、加强对国家创新驱动发展战略和知识产权战略实施的司法保障,充分发挥典型案例的示范引领作用。为了更好地解读相关案例,本刊编辑部约请了最高人民法院知识产权法庭的法官撰写了相关案例的分析文章,于本期集中刊出,以飨读者。     

中国古代思维方式的西方认知

以安乐哲和郝大维为代表的一些西方汉学家从思维方式出发探寻中西文化的差异，为我们比较中西文化提供了一个全新的视角。在他们看来，中国古代占主流的思维方式是关联性思维，这种思维方式对应的宇宙秩序是一种美学的秩序。而西方占主流的思维方式是因果性思维，这种思维方式对应的宇宙秩序是一种理性的秩序。     

新时期高校教师能力建设研究- 兼论教师发展中心建设

高校教师能力建设应是高校组织主动回应社会需求,追求教师个体发展与组织发展双赢的科学管理过程。新时期我国经济体制与教育体制的转型升级对高校教师能力建设提出了新的要求。不同类型的高校应根据新要求,结合自身办学定位与特色,确定适合本校发展需要的教师能力建设目标与内容,进行系统的配套制度建设。教师发展中心作为高校教师能力建设的专门化组织,必须以研究交流为核心职责,打造专兼结合的研究服务团队,针对本校人才培养的突出问题进行项目开发与咨询服务,以克服学术性、独立性、专业性与感召力不足的问题,实现教师个体发展与组织发展的双赢。     

Emotion Regulation Difficulties, Youth–Adult Relationships, and Suicide Attempts Among High School Students in Underserved Communities

To develop and refine interventions to prevent youth suicide, knowledge is needed about specific processes that reduce risk at a population level. Using a cross-sectional design, the present study tested hypotheses regarding associations between self-reported suicide attempts, emotion regulation difficulties, and positive youth–adult relationships among 7,978 high-school students (48.6 % male, 49.9 % female) in 30 high schools from predominantly rural, low-income communities. 683 students (8.6 %) reported a past-year suicide attempt. Emotion regulation difficulties and a lack of trusted adults at home and school were associated with increased risk for making a past-year suicide attempt, above and beyond the effects of depressive symptoms and demographic factors. The association between emotion regulation difficulties and suicide attempts was modestly lower among students who perceived themselves as having higher levels of trusted adults in the family, consistent with a protective effect. Having a trusted adult in the community (outside of school and family) was associated with fewer suicide attempts in models that controlled only for demographic covariates, but not when taking symptoms of depression into account. These findings point to adolescent emotion regulation and relationships with trusted adults as complementary targets for suicide prevention that merit further intervention studies. Reaching these targets in a broad population of adolescents will require new delivery systems and “option rich” (OR) intervention designs.     

刑事公诉机关守护法律的动力探析

检察制度是现代法治的标志之一,检察官更是被称为法律守护人.其拥有很大的权限,侦查权、公诉职能更是其核心部分.对于这些职能检察机关拥有很大的自由裁量权,因而肩负着实现追究犯罪与保障民权的神圣使命,也担负着落实国家刑事政策的任务.但是检察机关与案件无感情和经济上的切身利益,如何才能确保其为维护国家利益和人民利益而尽职尽责便是个十分重要的问题.我认为在于明确检察机关守护法律的动力机制,并加以恰当的引导.这就是我的出发点,我在考察分析了现代法治国家的动力机制后,对于我国检察制度的动力机制提出了自己的看法.

传统工业园的生态缺失,不符合生态文明建设的要求,难以形成资源节约和环境保护的产业结构和经济增长方式。工业园区向现代生态工业园区转变是"两型社会"建设的必然要求,是实现区域可持续发展、经济和环境双赢的重要举措。     

案例教学法在《思想道德修养与法律基础》教学中的应用探析

传统的课堂教学过分强调讲授法的重要性,课堂呈现的是单向"独白"式的价值取向,学生只能被动地接受,教师的单向讲授与学生的被动接受形成了强烈的反差。而案例教学法通过收集在教育实践中的典型人物、事件,并为其提供一个公共的平台,将其引入到课堂当中,促使师生通过讨论、对话、交流与沟通,实现提高《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程教学质量。     

当前国际能源形势及解决能源安全的思路

国际石油供应吃紧,油价不断攀升,世界各国都程度不同地经受严峻考验。各国一方面积极开发新能源和再生能源,一方面为获得石油资源展开激烈竞争。然而,解决能源安全问题的正确途径,只能是通过国际合作,走平等互利、共同发展的道路。
