高等教育成本核算模式探析

健全教育成本核算已成为高等学校办学之急需。界定教育成本的概念,结合实际完善教育成本核算模式,有助于提高管理水平和透明度,提高办学效益。     

侵占罪若干问题研究

侵占罪是1997年我国刑法修订时所增设的罪名。其设立,不仅使司法机关在处理此类案件时有了明文依据,而且对于司法机关快速有效地打击非法侵占行为,保障公私财产安全具有重要意义。鉴于侵占罪在适用中存在诸多疑难问题,文章着重就侵占罪的侵占行为和侵占对象所涉及的若干法律问题作了分析研究。     

The support of Hong Kong Chinese for democratic reform

This research paper has two major objectives. First, it explains the variations in public support for the British-led democratic reform in late June 1994. Second, it attempts to account for why the reform has only received mild rather than overwhelming backing from the local public. The significance of the research lies in the fact that according to comparative studies, public attitudes do shape democratic prospects. It shows that the low priority attached to democratic reform since the handover of Hong Kong can be better understood by referring to the basis of public support for the non-demoncratic political system before 1997. Models of political culture and rational choice are put to the test in comparing their explanatory power for public support of the British-led democratic reform and the rational choice model has been found to be more powerful. The social base of the political reform, as well as the political implications of the research are also discussed in this essay. 猪肝细胞微粒P_(450)体外代谢隐丹参酮的研究

用钙离子沉淀法制备猪肝细胞微粒体Ｐ４５０ 进行了体外代谢隐丹参酮的研究。用Ｌｏｗｒｙ 法测定肝微粒体蛋白含量平均为２ ．４６０ ±０ ．６９９ ｍｇ／ ｍ Ｌ;Ｏｍ ｕｒａ 法测定猪肝微粒体Ｐ４５０ 含量平均为０ ．１７６ ±０ ．０５３ ｎ ｍｏｌ／ ｍ ｇ 。从Ｐ４５０加还原型辅酶Ⅱ的体外代谢系统中分离纯化了２ 个主要代谢产物,经光谱分析鉴定为丹参酮ⅡＡ 与１羟基丹参酮ⅡＡ,并比较了隐丹参酮在猪体内外的代谢差异。     

城中村出租屋治安风险“1+3”治理模式探析——以兰州水挂庄社区为例

本文以分布在兰州市水挂庄这一典型的域中村社区的出租屋为研究对象,在梳理出城中村出租屋存在的诸如法治风险、滋生违法犯罪、容易引发矛盾纠纷、消防隐患和威胁人身财产的安全风险等影响社区秩序和社会大局稳定的治安风险基础上,将城中村出租屋按照分布格局和治安状况等因素进行划区分级,以此为中心,尝试提出城中村出租屋治安风险治理的“三化”和城中村出租屋治安风险“1+3”的治理模式。     

美国19世纪末20世纪初移民与犯罪问题述评——以文化冲突理论为视角

19世纪大量移民涌入美国,他们在促进经济持续发展的同时,也引发了诸多社会问题.犯罪社会学派立足文化冲突理论,结合对当时美国犯罪状况的调查研究,认为美国19世纪末20世纪初的移民犯罪问题,是由特定历史时期、特定经济发展状况和移民大量涌入共同作用而出现的社会现象;是移民在融入美国社会生活的过程中,因文化冲突而产生的激烈社会矛盾的产物.     

电子商务平台MFN条款的反垄断法分析

近年来在电子商务平台领域,围绕MFN条款产生的垄断行为逐渐引起各国反垄断机构的关注,已经涌现出如“苹果电子书案”“亚马逊电子书案”“在线酒店预订(OTA)案”等典型案例。由于MFN条款具有促进竞争和限制竞争的双重效果,各国在规制MFN条款垄断行为过程中面临着适用原则选择、违法性认定依据选择和责任追究等多重分歧和困境。在市场高度集中、信息高度透明的电子商务平台领域,涉MFN条款的垄断行为可能更易达成,危害性也可能更为严重。我国有必要借鉴域外经验,形成对涉MFN条款垄断行为的违法性认定标准体系和追责机制,防范和减轻MFN条款引起的限制竞争效果。     

疫情信息公开的法治反思

新冠肺炎疫情信息公开存在的不足,引发对中央与地方关系、科学与政治关系、公民与政府关系的法治反思。应对疫情信息公开制度的僵化与冲突,须充分发挥中央与地方“两个积极性”,完善中央直管和属地管理相结合的疫情信息公开机制。针对疫情信息公开中科学与政治关系之争议,应合理定位科学家与政治家的角色,促进科学系统与政治系统的相互协同。面对疫情信息公开中公民话语权的保障,应从权力导向转向权利导向,防止政府对公民话语权的不当克减。
