2010年的中美关系:回顾与展望——中美关系研讨会综述

2010年12月28日,中国国际问题研究所中美关系研究中心举行了中美关系研讨会.来自中国国际问题研究所、社科院美国研究所、现代国际关系研究院、军事科学院、北京大学、中国人民大学、国防大学等在京高校和研究机构的20余位资深专家学者与会.会议由中心主任马振岗大使主持,外交部美大司司长谢锋到会做形势报告.与会专家就2010年中美关系的发展轨迹及未来走向进行了热烈而深入的讨论.现刊登会议主要观点,以飨读者.     

福州处置“2·25”涉疆抢劫案舆情引导之启示

福州市警方在应对"2·25"涉疆抢劫案过程中,通过积极稳妥的案件处置工作和及时有效的舆情引导工作,化解危机,使涉警负面信息、煽动民族对立情绪等有害信息得以遏制、消除,取得了媒体褒扬、群众拥护、嫌犯认罪、民警满意的最佳效果,有效维护了社会安定。其成功之关键在于把好"三道关":舆情研判、案件处置、新闻发布。该案应对处置的主要启示是:研判决定导向、速度抢得先机、权威提升公信、尺度赢取主动、联动提高效率。     

中国特色政党制度的理论基础探源——以政党理念及其实现为视角

中国特色政党制度有其坚实的理论基础。在中国特色政党制度理论基础的体系中,马克思主义政党理念是＂源＂,马克思主义公有制基础上的民主理论是＂本＂,中国传统和合文化是＂根＂,毛泽东人民民主思想是＂基＂,中国特色社会主义政党理论是＂石＂。中国特色社会主义理论体系与中国特色社会主义政党理论相辅相成、相互促进。     

开展土地承包经营权抵押的法律建议

土地承包经营权抵押是农村产权流转改革的必要组成部分,具有现实需求与可行性。但目前我国法律对其有着相当程度的限制．实践试点中也集中反映出目前法律制度对土地承包经营权抵押支持不足的问题。建议在立法上修改不必要的限制,同时通过修改相关法律规定、建立农村土地承包经营权流转服务中心、引进专业中介机构服务、出台金融扶持政策等多种渠道完善相关法律制度,切实保障农民的合法权益。     

大学生绿色消费观念和行为的实证研究——以南通大学为样本

绿色消费是可持续消费的重要组成部分,是实现经济社会可持续发展和缓解资源环境压力的重要途径。作为未来消费的主力军,当代大学生是绿色消费的重要践行者,对推动和普及绿色消费起着举足轻重的作用。课题以南通大学为样本,对部分大学生进行消费观念和行为现状的实证调查,探讨了大学生绿色消费的特点和规律,分析了大学生绿色消费行为的影响因素和决策机制,提出了推进大学生绿色消费的对策和建议。     

Mindset Clashes

Many people regard the curre nt Sino-U.S. trade friction as an economic eve nt. But in fact, it is economic on the surface and ideological in essence. It arises mainly from the collision between the following three pairs of ideas. First, China's concept of the building of a community with a shared future for humanity is at odds with the America First policy of the Donald Trump administration.     

Caution Against Abuse Of Genetic Resources

The Regulations on the Management of Human Genetic Resources, which will come into force on July 1, will strengthen the management of human genetic resources and encourage their rational use.The document issued by the Chinese Govemment, stipulates the management of Chinese human genetic resources, including their collection, preservation, utilization, as well as the provision of such resources in China to overseas parties.     

Slower But Steady

On October 18,China's National Bureau of Statistics(NBS)released the economic data for the first three quarters of 2019.It showed that the economy grew 6.4 percent in the first quarter,6.2 percent in the second and 6 percent in the third.     

A Battle Not Yet Fully Won

In 1949, before the People’s Republic of China (PRC) was founded on October 1, the average life span in China was just 35 years. Today, it has risen to 77, more than doubling in 70 years.     

Tobacco status,impulsivity, and the five-factor of the PANSS in paranoid schizophrenia

There is consistent evidence that impulsivity is linked to tobacco consumption and to symptomatology in schizophrenia. In the current study, we propose a new integrative model of the relationship between impulsivity, psychopathological symptoms, and tobacco status in patients with paranoid schizophrenia. We investigated 33 paranoid schizophrenia patients and 37 healthy controls using a battery of psychopathological scales included the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV (SCID), the five-factor model of the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS), the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BIS-10), and the UPPS Impulsive Behavior scale (UPPS). Step-wise regression analysis revealed that positive factor of the PANSS and tobacco status contributed positively and significantly to the explained variance of impulsivity. In addition, non-planning impulsivity and sensation-seeking emerged as significant predictors of tobacco status, while smoking predicted non-planning impulsivity and sensation-seeking. Our results suggest that the relationship between sensation-seeking and tobacco use is reciprocal and proposes a new integrative model of the relationship between impulsivity, positive symptoms and tobacco status in patients with paranoid schizophrenia. However, the exact mechanisms for these relationships deserve further investigation.
