复杂性视域下阿马蒂亚·森发展观的多维审视

复杂性科学提供了一种新的思维方式和方法论,被人文社会科学的学者广泛重视,它具有动态多变性、非线性、自组织性、非加和性、不可还原性等特征。阿马蒂亚·森在质疑以简单性思维为基础的传统发展观基础上,立足于开放社会的复杂系统,用复杂性思维去探索发展问题,提出以人为本的发展观、能力发展观、自由发展观,超越了传统发展观的机械论、还原论等局限,对中国避免西方发达国家弊端,实践科学发展观不无裨益。

俄罗斯的＂中国威胁论＂有其历史和现实原因,它是反华、侵华的历史残余,同时又有着较深厚的现实土壤,其内容比西方的＂中国威胁论＂更为广泛和具体。我们在制定对外政策时,应当对俄罗斯的＂中国威胁论＂给予重视,并采取相应的措施。     

中俄“伞”型区域经济合作新模式的构建机理

中俄两国是参与东北亚区域经济合作的重要主体，多年来两国的经贸合作水平不断提高，地区间合作不断向纵深发展。随着中国振兴东北战略与俄罗斯东部大开发战略的提出与实施，两国以往区域合作模式的局限性日益凸现，这必然要求中俄区域合作新模式的出现。     

俄罗斯私有化——理想与现实的碰撞

上世纪90年代,俄罗斯为了改变经济停滞不前的现状,推行了大规模的私有化运动。然而,事与愿违,一方面,私有化导致出现的并不是改革者所设想的"外部人控股"而是"内部人控股"的企业治理结构;另一方面,私有化后,国有资产被少数金融寡头控制,导致普通民众产生了对私有化乃至整个经济转轨过程的抵触情绪,降低了人们对改革的认同度。各种利益集团都希望利用"私有化"提供的机会为自己多争得一份"苏联的遗产","私有化"一词在俄罗斯与"掠夺"和"盗窃"几乎成了同意词。因此,俄选择私有化进行经济转轨的现实与改革者的理想并不一致,它是一个由利益集团的相互冲突和妥协决定的动态过程。     

一九四五年上海起义计划的制订与放弃

1945年8月,中共中央曾经有过一个在上海发动武装起义的计划,但10余天后又旋即取消。关于此事,以往学者大多从苏联和舆论压力的角度解析。实际上,除了外部因素的作用之外,这一决策的变化还有其内在的发展逻辑,即中共中央的审慎态度及其对战略重点转移的考量。这一计划的放弃,是中共中央审时度势、权衡利弊的结果。
