基层公安机关维护社会政治稳定能力创新研究

在构建和谐社会的国家战略下,基层公安机关在维护社会政治稳定方面发挥着重要的作用。但是现阶段基层公安机关维护社会政治稳定的能力仍然存在着不少问题,严重制约了基层公安处理社会问题的质量和效率。对基层公安机关维护社会政治稳定能力的创新进行研究,需要将维护社会日常稳定和处理群体性纠纷两个方面作为分析基层公安机关能力创新的重点,分析存在的问题并提出改进的建议。
