基于MODIS数据的金塔绿洲地表温度反演

地表温度(LST)是气象、水文、生态等研究领域中的一个重要参数.本文对MODIS数据的分裂窗算法进行了简要的介绍,并利用MODIS数据计算反演了地表温度所需的关键参数:大气透过率和地表比辐射率,然后运用分裂窗算法反演了金塔绿洲地区的地表温度,并与地面实测数据进行了对比分析.结果表明,这一方法能获得较合理的地表温度,符合金塔绿洲的实际地表状况.     

人工智能技术发展对城乡收入差距的影响

人工智能技术在提高全要素生产率方面发挥积极效果，为经济良性发展打下基础。但人工智能技术在为经济发展提供新动能的同时，也可能对就业结构、收入分配等方面产生负面影响。受户籍制度与优先发展工业等政策因素影响，国内城市劳动力技能水平优于农村，且国内收入差距主要在城乡收入差距上展现。使用人工智能专利申请信息构造衡量地区人工智能技术发展指标，实证研究发现，人工智能技术的快速发展扩大了省级层面的城乡收入差距。因此，在积极推动人工智能技术快速发展的同时也应重视人工智能技术发展带给中低技能劳动者的就业压力，着力解决再就业问题，共享人工智能技术红利，实现人、技术与经济的和谐发展。     

立法文本翻译中译者的主体性研究——以《节约能源法》的英译本为例

对比分析《中华人民共和国节约能源法》的中方译本和美方译本发现,中国译者和美国译者在法律文本的词、句、语篇等各个层面均采取了不同的翻译策略或手段,足以突显法律文本翻译中译者的主体性。主体性的发挥要受到政治、意识形态、文化等因素的影响,而立法文本翻译中译者所扮演的主体性角色反过来又会促进或影响翻译目的的实现。     

How Does The Charity Law Respond to Commercial Activities of Charity Organizations?

As commercial activities of charity organizations become increasingly popular, the behavior boundary of charities has changed, and accordingly a blank in supervision occurs. However, The Charity Law in China has not given any response to this phenomenon. In combination with the present situation of the domestic charities and experience of foreign legislation, this paper summarizes the different types of charity activities through typology analysis and proposes the key points to design the rules, then gives suggestions accordingly.
