文化:研究宗教与无神论关系的新视角

宗教是一种文化现象,无神论也是一种文化现象。这两种文化现象之间,除了存在对立和冲突之外,还有统一和协调的一面。从文化的视角看,无神论与宗教都是人类发展进程中所创造的文明成果,都是人类智慧的结晶,包含着丰富的科学和人文内容。无神论与宗教以不同的方式和途径表达了对人类的终极关怀,并在一定条件下形成了良性互动的关系。在社会主义建设时期,宗教与无神论可以求同存异,结为盟友。认识到这一点,对于我们正确贯彻党的宗教政策,深入开展宗教与无神论研究具有重要意义。     

浅谈新时期我国公安机关境外追逃问题

随着国际交往的密切,给犯罪分子逃往境外,利用国境的屏障逃避打击创造了的便利条件,从而使公安机关的境外追逃工作受各种条件的制约,面临严峻的挑战。研究切实可行的境外追逃理论和采取行之有效的追逃措施,让境外追逃工作走上科学化、信息化的良性轨道是公安机关当前和今后工作的主要方向。     

双眼视力及其伤残评价作用研究

目的研究双眼视力与两单眼视力的关系,及评价其视力伤残评价作用。方法年龄18~60岁患者1 006名,检测两单眼和双眼最佳镜片矫正视力。结果双眼视力可高于、等于和低于较好单眼矫正视力,三者分别占27.14%、70.78%和1.49%,统计显示两眼视差与双眼相互作用有一定关联(χ~2=54.939,P0.001,r=0.228)。33人单眼视力相同而双眼视力不同。结论双眼视力与两单眼视力、较好单眼视力既关联又有一定不确定性,双眼视力在视力伤残评价中具有特殊作用。     

3D Finite Element Model of Human Knee Injuries in the Traffic Accident

Objective To explore the injury mechanism of the human knee in a traffic accident by estab lishing a 3D finite element （FE） model. Methods The FE model, composed of femur, tibia, fibula, patel la, meniscus, knee ligaments and surrounding soft tissues, was reconstructed by CT scanning data from a male volunteer. Validation was performed by the lateral impact simulation, and the stress and strain re sults were obtained to be compared with those previously reported for injury prediction. Results The re suits derived from the FE model were found to be similar with those previously reported, most of the ligaments and meniscus wounded at 40 m/s collision, which was readily observed. Conclusion The simu lation results generated by FE model can be effectively used for the injury mechanism analysis of initial contact.

我国的少年司法制度从产生至今已有近三十年的发展。[1]在这过程中,各地司法机关始终从国家未来、民族希望的高度,从促进未成年人健康成长出发,探索并建立了一系列独特的工作机制,为涉罪未成年人提供了有效的法律保护,体现了我国少年司法刑罚轻缓化的趋势和"教育、挽救"未成年犯罪人,促使其顺利实现再社会化的价值取向。修改后的《刑事诉讼法》对未成年人案件刑事诉讼程序的特别规定,使这些创新工作机制最终确立了下来,为完善具有中国特色的少年司法制度提供了法律保障。
