爱国教育制度法治化研究

进入新时代后,我国思想意识形态领域斗争日趋复杂激烈,推进爱国教育法治化势在必行.我国目前已初步形成以宪法为核心,涵盖五大领域的爱国教育制度体系,但总体上法治化程度较低.推进爱国教育全面纳入法治轨道是提升爱国教育实效和应对新思想新挑战的必然要求.美俄德等西方发达国家在爱国主义领域的法治实践为我国爱国教育法治化提供了重要借鉴.对此,建议国家立法机构以当前高涨的爱国热情为契机,适时探索制定爱国教育基于法,提纲见领.在此基础上,完善爱国教育法律体系和党内法规体系,优化爱国教育组织、运行和监督机制,进一步推进爱国教育法治化.     

绵羊痘病毒E3L基因在Vero细胞中的表达

为了构建组成型表达绵羊痘病毒E3蛋白的真核表达载体,并检测E3蛋白在Vero细胞中瞬时表达的情况,将绵羊痘病毒E3L基因亚克隆至pcDNA3.1(+)表达载体,构建重组质粒pcDNA3.1(+)-E3L,经酶切和测序鉴定正确后转染至Vero细胞,利用Western-blot和间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)对E3蛋白的表达水平进行鉴定。结果显示,转染后第48小时可检测到E3L基因高水平的表达。这一研究结果为进一步研究绵羊痘病毒E3蛋白的生物学功能奠定了基础。     

DART-TOFMS法检测发射药中的硝化甘油和Ⅱ号中定剂

目的建立一种快速检测发射药中主要成分硝化甘油（NG）、Ⅱ号中定剂（C2）的方法。方法采用实时直接分析飞行时间质谱技术（DART-TOFMS）,在正负离子模式下,通过特征分子离子精确质量数进行检材中NG和C2的定性分析。结果 NG的检测限为0.044mg/L,C2的检测限为0.0032 mg/L,检测时间仅在1min以内。结论该方法无需样品前处理和预分离,且具有快速、不受样品存在形态限制等优点,已用于案件检验,为案件的快速侦破发挥了重要的作用。     

民法总则的使命及其应规范之内涵——以中国民法总则草案为探讨中心

所有现代欧陆民法法典,不论是法国民法典、德国民法典,抑或是继承两民法典之法典以及参考两民法典之法典,均设有民法总则之规定。中国最近有制定民法总则的计划,并已提出建议稿,但此前已经有了9个单行之民法法律规范,构建了松散型的民法典体例,而民法总则属于一体型民法典之构成部分,这就需要对以往民法法律规范重新整合。结合中国民法总则草案建议稿,对民法总则应加以规范之内容,以及法律原则、权利能力和行为能力、法人、民事客体、法律事实、民事责任等具体规范加以分析探讨,以期为制定科学合理的民法总则提供参考。
