`The Capabilities Approach', `The Imaginary Domain', and `Asymmetrical Reciprocity': Feminist Perspectives on Equality and Justice

In this article the author revisits the question of how feminist theory/theories could address questions regarding universalism, sameness, difference, and the quest for justice. She reconsiders the quest for justice and equality for women and the (im) possibilities of a feminist perspective on justice and a feminist `community'. The three feminist theorists that she discusses are Martha Nussbaum, Drucilla Cornell, and Iris Marion Young. Nussbaum is closer to a liberal defense of universal values – Cornell and Young stand critical of liberalism and focus on sublimity, dignity, and asymmetrical reciprocity. The author supports the perspective of the latter two theorists and applies these perspectives to aspects of South African equality jurisprudence. She also considers critically the extent to which the Draft Protocol to the African Charter on Human and People's Rights on the Rights of Women in Africa breaks with liberal universalism and sameness. To the end she supports a notion of` slowing down' in order to protect women's freedom and dignity, to approach each other with wonder and respect. <正> 某男,60岁。某日酒后(经测定血中乙醇量120mg/ml)服鼠药及安眠药被及时送往医院,抢救无效死亡。因家属认为其死因有疑,遂解剖,取胃及内容物、肝组织送检。     

顶空气相色谱法测定生物组织中的一氧化碳

本文主要研究用顼空气相色谱法测定生物检材中的一氧化碳。分析一个样品只需三分钟即可完成。本法不但适用于血样检材,而且适用于生物组织,甚至腐败生物检材,对于血液样品的最小检测量为50μl,变异系数为0.023。本文研究的方法已成功地应用于法庭科学一氧化碳中毒案件的检验。并描述了贮存的方法。     

尿中三唑苯二氮(艹卓)及其主要代谢物,1-羟甲基三唑苯二氮(艹卓)的EI/CI/MS鉴定

本文在综合文献的基础上,建立了尿中三唑苯二氮(艹卓)及其主要代谢物的鉴定方法。本法以20ml尿样,在PH为9时,用乙醚提取。提取物用无水硫酸钠脱水,K、D、浓缩到0.5ml,固体进样杆直接进行EI/CI/MS分析;质谱分析在Finnigan Mat 1020 GC/MS/DS仪上进行。EI、CI源,甲烷作反应气,源室压力0.35吒。2ul样品由固体进样杆进样,其温度程序:初温60℃,以120℃/min速率升温到350℃。所建立的分析方法快速、灵敏,口服给药量为0.5mg时,可检出尿中1—羟甲基三唑苯二氮(艹卓)。     

农药复配投毒在水样中检出1例

１９９８年５月３日，某镇罗某某家水井被投毒，经对水井里水（以下简称“水样”）提取化验，检出水样里含溴氰菊酯（又名“敌杀死”）和甲胺磷两种农药成份。仪器与药品使用日本岛津气相色谱－质谱联用仪（GC／MS）；高效板（青岛海洋化工厂）；敌杀死（溴氰菊酯）（成都海宁化工有限公司）；甲胺磷（昆明农药厂）。取水样５００ml，加入２～５g活性炭，用力振荡１５～２０min，过滤、弃去水液，取滤纸上存留的活性炭于蒸发皿中，加入无水硫酸钠研磨至干沙状，加入丙酮浸泡过夜。取上清液加入２％硫酸钠溶液稀释５～６倍，于５０℃水浴挥…     

Early epidermal changes in heat- and electrically injured pig skin. II. An electron microscopic study

In order to find methods applicable for disclosing electrical torture, pig skin was exposed to heat and electricity under controlled circumstances. Biopsies for electron microscopy were obtained immediately after exposure. In heat lesions the nuclei were slightly distorted, sometimes with broken nuclear membranes. The tonofilaments were clumped, intracellular oedema was present and cell membranes were ruptured between desmosomes. In electrical lesions the nuclei were usually enlarged with strongly condensed chromatin. Some nuclei were composed of fine, evenly dispersed granular material. The cytoplasm appeared homogeneous, in large magnification finely granular. Cell borders could sometimes be identified located in situ. In the stratum corneum, which appeared normal in heat lesions, single or several cells or large areas had an electron-dense appearance. The difference in ultrastructure of heat and electrical lesions makes it probable that electricity has a specific action on epidermal cells.     

用五氟苄基溴对五氯酚进行衍生化的方法

目的五氟苄基溴(PFBBr)衍生化试剂对五氯酚进行衍生化研究。方法运用GC/MS、GC/ECD印证分析衍生化产物。结果改变了五氯酚的挥发性,提高检测灵敏度,在本文控制的实验条件下,五氯酚-PFBBr衍生物的检测限可达1pg。结论为检测微量五氯酚提供了一种有效手段。     

Case Comment: The Legality of ‘Kettling’ after Austin

This case comment considers the European Court of Human Rights decision of Austin v United Kingdom (2012) 55 EHRR 14. Austin claimed, unsuccessfully, that police kettling at a public protest in London amounted to a violation of her right to liberty under Article 5 of the European Convention of Human Rights. This case comment suggests that the court took an unexpected and unorthodox approach to the issue of ‘deprivation’ within Article 5. This decision may come to undermine the protections afforded by Article 5 and extend the current exceptions to Article 5 to an indefinite range of situations.     

村民介入公共产品供给的实践逻辑——对江苏Y市某村修路活动的过程／事件分析

近10年来，伴随着我国乡村社会的全面转型，某些区域的村民通过集体行动介入当地农村公共产品供给的现象时有发生。奥尔森“集体行动的逻辑”以及公共选择理论均对集体行动的达成机理做出了解释。然而，发生在中国农村的集体行动，其达成还具有自身独特的实践逻辑。本文以江苏某村修路事件为个案，采用和借鉴“过程／事件”分析法，在关注、描述和分析事件及其过程的基础上，对其中的逻辑进行动态的解释；同时，以参与式观察和非结构访谈的方式，发掘乡村精英入主村落治理的可能性，村民在日常生活中对家族、村落等传统因素的认知，尤其是这些传统因素及村落舆论对村民造成群体性压力的程度。最后，文章试图通过深入探讨村民集体行动中的个体行为逻辑和心理反应，并从可能性及制约因素角度简要概括该地区村民介入公共产品供给的实践逻辑，以此呈现我国转型期村落治理的本土资源。     

Modification Methods of Blank Pistols in Turkey in 2006

Abstract:  This study describes the modification methods of blank cartridge firing pistols in Turkey. We have examined cases submitted to the Aydın Regional Criminal Laboratory of Turkey in 2006. In total, 95 modified pistols and 300 modified cartridges were examined. The blank cartridge firing pistols are guns which look similar to "real" pistols, however, there are blockages in their barrel in order to prevent the discharge of a bullet. However, as a result of simple modifications, these pistols can be easily converted into "real" firearms. Studied modification methods are removing the obstruction from the barrel, removing the partial obstruction from the barrel, sleeving a smaller diameter tube into the original barrel, using a replacement barrel, and rifling the original barrel. Special cartridges for these modified pistols are also produced. These modified pistols and cartridges were evaluated in respect of the converting methods.
