关于SARS的灾害社会学反思

SARS在表现形式上是猝不及防的重大灾害,实质上是国人对疫病等灾害缺乏必要的准备。反思SARS,应当构建在正常运作中能够应对公共危机的社会机制,从对灾害的回应转为对灾害的风险管理,并把这种风险管理整合到政府和社会的日常管理中,在危机时刻稳定社会经济秩序并整合社会资源,科学应对并有效化解风险。     

论传染病防治犯罪

“非典型性肺炎”的肆虐引起大家对于与传染病防治有关的犯罪的重视。传染病防治犯罪目前只是一个学理上的概念 ,还没有作为一类犯罪在我国刑法中加以规定。从刑法理论上看 ,该类犯罪有自身的特征。我国刑法根据现实需要 ,对危害人体健康和生命安全的传染病防治犯罪行为做出了一些规定。与其他国家关于传染病防治犯罪的立法相比较而言 ,我国的立法有其优越性的一面 ,但也存在缺陷与不足 ,有待修订刑法时进一步加以完善     

几种不同胶带粘面上潜在手印显现方法的比较研究

本文以胶带粘面上指纹显现的基本原理为基础,以胶带客体性质为路线,通过对常用的胶带上潜在手印显现方法,包括碳素墨水显现法、“502”胶显现法、粘性表面指纹显现剂法、紫外灯下观察等各种方法的应用效果进行了测定,得出了不同种类胶带客体上的潜在手印的最佳显现工艺,希望对公安实践工作带来帮助。     

王蓬长篇小说中的陕南乡土人情

Japanization of Modern Chinese Buzzwords——A case study of the word “yan”

Recently, the number of new words and buzzwords in Chinese borrowed from Japanese has exceeded vocabulary from other languages including English and French etc., showing a obvious trend of Japanization. Most of these new words were firstly borrowed, adapted and used by the young and later quickly spread via the Internet, among which some are frequently used by the mainstream media and finally accepted by the public with fixed connotation. Since most of these words are not included in dictionaries, they often cause communication difficulty and misunderstanding between people of different ages and social groups. Meanwhile, these new words and buzzwords become the target of severe criticism due to their clear Japanese characteristics and the widespread belief that they are the result of cultural invasion. With a case study of the word “yan”, this paper attempts to explore the Japanization of new words and buzzwords popular in modern China and the causes behind this trend to promote proper understanding of this trend so that it can provide help on proper use of modern Chinese language.     

《中华人民共和国集会游行示威法》的实施困境及对策探讨

我国《集会游行示威法》颁布已多年,但在现实中却鲜有获批准的合法的集会游行示威,大部分集会游行示威陷入合宪但违法的境地。这与《集会游行示威法》对公民集会游行示威权的限制过严有关,也与主管机关在执行过程中维稳的思维误区以及角色错位有关。要改变这一现状既要正确认识集会游行示威的制度化对民主政治的健全和社会稳定所具有的积极作用、修订《集会游行示威法》以保障公民集会游行示威的基本权利,又要明确公安机关事前依法审批、事中有效管理和事后依法追惩的角色职责。     

基层检察人员分类管理改革之探索

检察人员分类管理改革是司法体制改革的重要内容。本文从落实依法治国战略推进司法体制改革的大背景出发,结合基层检察机关的具体特点,仅就基层检察人员分类管理过程中的若干问题进行探索思考。     

Social Responsibility in the Concept of the Social Enterprise as a Cognitive System

Abstract

The new concept of social responsibility is strongly linked to the idea of the social enterprise as a living system, that is, a system capable of regenerating itself by producing “knowledge” and “trust” resources. Nevertheless, these resources can only spring from a tight relationship with the reference environment in which the enterprise operates. This paper aims at making some first considerations on the relationship between social responsibility and the environment, and upon how the environment may develop in symbiosis with the “living company.”     

Comparing deep-end confinement in England & Wales and Norway

Extreme forms of custody represent the boundary points of state power. The configuration of the most restrictive corners of prison systems, and what goes on within them, is highly instructive in exposing the objectives, limits, and implications of state coercion at its most severe. Based on data collected in England & Wales and Norway, this article has two main aims. The first is to explore the degree to which “deep-end” confinement differs between jurisdictions with different penal philosophies. The second is to understand how the most extreme form of confinement in each jurisdiction differs from the more typical carceral experiences within each system and its overall penal ethos. Empirically, then, the article seeks to shine light into the deepest dominions of both prison systems, illuminating the experiential texture of extreme forms of imprisonment. It concludes by asking what can be inferred about Nordic exceptionalism, and about deep-end confinement more generally, by analyzing these domains.
