商业化时代的女性身体写作——来自大学生的认识

20世纪90年代以来,“身体写作”逐渐成为国内文学评论与研究界十分关注的一个热点问题,且更多地与女性作家、女性写作紧密联系在一起。相比而言,从读者的角度对“女性身体写作”现象予以关照的研究则鲜有涉及。本文以“从文化社会学视角看女性身体写作及相关文化现象”课题调查结果为基础,试图展示当代大学生读者对“女性身体写作”的认识与思考。

中国帝王文学是一种独立于中国文学主流但又起着特殊作用的文学类群 ,应当从文学自身本质规律出发来进行解析。作为一种文学类群 ,它是一种十分独特而又悠久的客观存在。这种畸形的阳刚文学的产生是中国特有的现象。它有着突出的特征 :政治化极强的文学内容 ,唯我独尊的个体精神心理 ,主体表现的阳刚雄壮 ,符合艺术本质的自我表现等     

论续写作品的著作权保护

续写作品的特性有:对原作品的依附性,包括对原作内容和篇名上的依附性、名气上的依附性;自身的独创性:独创性是其最本质的特征,是续写者独立思考独立创新的结果,续写作品与原作品之间有实质性差异,与原作品是可以分离的。续写作品是对原作品的合理使用,并没有侵犯原作者的著作权,应当受到著作权法的保护。     

试述《妈祖文化千年史编》的意义和内容

妈祖文化历史源远流长,文献浩如烟海。妈祖文化的资料搜集、整理和编纂工作与妈祖文化研究的发展相比较而言是滞后的。为了解决这种矛盾状况,《妈祖文化千年史编》课题组整理、编辑了《妈祖文化千年史编》系列丛书。文章就这系列丛书的目的、意义和内容作了较为翔实的叙述,指出了《妈祖文化千年史编》的重要价值。

侦探小说特有的诸多类型表征,在1950-1970年代的中国小说中泯灭、变易,纯粹的侦探小说文类在这一时段内走向消亡。作为民国侦探小说的代表,程小青的后期创作从"侦探"变为"反特"。直至完全终止。     

Ambiguous activists. Estonia's model of cultural autonomy as interpreted by two of its founders: Werner Hasselblatt and Ewald Ammende

Abstract

Baltic Germans who were active on behalf of especially German minorities throughout Europe during the 1920s have already found some recognition in especially German-language studies. Now they are receiving a wider coverage. Two of these men, Werner Hasselblatt and Ewald Ammende, came from Estonia and played a part in the development of the cultural autonomy legislation enacted in 1925. Traditionally this has been counted a positive contribution to the management of Europe's minorities during the inter-war period. During the 1930s at the latest, however, both Hasselblatt and Ammende drifted towards German National Socialism. Through an investigation of the ideas of these men, this paper attempts to interpret lives which helped to create apparently progressive legislation in the 1920s, but which compromised with a dreadful political movement soon afterwards. What were the motives behind their actions?     

Environment and Energy: The Baltic Sea Gas Pipeline

Germany and Russia have agreed to build the Nord Stream gas pipeline. The 1,200 kilometers-long structure will run from Vyborg, Russia to Greifswald, Germany traversing the Baltic Sea. The Baltic countries, Finland, Poland and Sweden, have expressed concerns about the project. At issue is the environmental impact of the project as well as the energy, political, and socioeconomic implications.     

Family Formation in the Baltic Countries: A Transformation in the Legacy of state socialism

This article examines the transformation of nuptiality patterns in the Baltic countries since the late 1960s, in the context of long-term trends. The aim of the study is to compare the entry into first conjugal union in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and analyze the position of the Baltic countries in a broader European perspective. The analyses employ microdata from national surveys conducted in the framework of the European Family and Fertility Surveys program. Our main results on the timing and mode of union formation show that in Estonia and Latvia the shift from direct marriage to cohabitation started well before the fall of the state socialist regime, and followed a trajectory close to Scandinavian countries. In Lithuania, on the other hand, the change in the pattern of union formation has been much slower. The article discusses the factors underlying the observed similarities and dissimilarities in union formation.     

The file on operation “Priboi”: A re-assessment of the mass deportations of 1949

Abstract

Using information from documents found in the Russian State Military Archives, this article discusses the organization and execution of the Soviet mass deportations from the Baltic States in March 1949 — code-named Operation “Priboi” by the USSR MVD. These findings are presented for the first time in English, in the context both of established historiographical interpretations and recent literature on the deportations. The aim is to encourage a scholarly reassessment of Operation “Priboi” as a crime against humanity perpetrated by the Soviet occupation regime, but supported by indigenous collaborators to a far greater degree than previously assumed.
