夷夏之争渊源考——兼论东夷有虞氏在民族发展史上的重要贡献

夷夏之争的源头可以追溯到五帝时代。五帝时代前期,涿鹿之战揭开了夷夏纷争的序幕。五帝时代后期,尧舜、舜禹时,夷夏实力相当,表现为夷夏首领联合执政;禹益二头执政十年后,夷夏联合执政的局面被打破,最终夏启独处天下共主的地位。有虞氏是东夷集团中最为显著的一支。在民族发展史上,有虞氏在物质文明、制度文明、精神文明等方面都作出了重要贡献。

20世纪90年代初我国经受了由于苏联解体给我国民族统一带来的严峻考验。与苏联历史发展不同的是,中华多民族、多宗教形成的历史同中华文明的历史发展存在着有机的统一。我国现阶段民族和宗教问题中存在着两类不同性质的矛盾。目前我国民族和宗教问题在总体上存在意识形态滞后于民族和宗教问题的发展现实。为了正确处理和解决我国现阶段民族和宗教问题,需要在战略上高度重视,建立科学的决策体制,完善相关法制建设,正确区分和处理不同性质的民族和宗教矛盾,树立新型的民族观,迎接21世纪中华民族的伟大复兴。     

会计信息失真与会计主管委派制的探讨

会计信息是进行投资决策及宏观经济调控的依据,会计信息的失真将会带来严重的经济问题和社会问题。造成会计信息失真的主要原因是会计信息的不对称性,直接原因则是企业过于追求自身利益。在集团财务管理中实行会计主管委派制是加强财务监管和提高会计信息质量的关键。     

德宏州新型毒品滥用群体特点分析

通过对德宏州110名新型毒品滥用者进行调查,就其群体性特点与传统毒品滥用群体作了初步比较分析,提出新型毒品滥用群体性的三个特点———年龄“低龄化”、职业“特殊化”和群体“转换化”,有助于我们对新型毒品的预防和控制,使我们的工作更具有针对性和实效性。     

Conspiracism In and Around Libya

Abstract

The idea that there is one cohesive Islamist movement with a clearly defined plan to conquer power in Libya is a deeply flawed argument. It is one that, among other causes, is at the basis of the current divisions in the country and its civil strife. The Islamist movement in Libya, on the contrary, is a highly heterogeneous reality. Understanding this divisiveness is fundamental to the elaboration of a strategy for reunification and the establishment of law and order. Such a strategy should be based on the principle of incorporating those Islamists who accept the democratic process and isolating the more extremist ones.     

The political phenotype of the disgust sensitive: Correlates of a new abbreviated measure of disgust sensitivity

The fields of political psychology and election studies often live separate lives. One reason has been the difficulty of including long psychological question batteries in the high-quality, representative samples that are the hallmark of election studies. In this study, we examine a novel one-item measure of psychological differences in sensitivity to one particular emotion: disgust. We demonstrate that disgust sensitivity serves as a foundational political difference that colors a very large range of social and political attitudes and behaviors: including ideology, political engagement, reactions towards outgroups, support for government intervention, behavior during a pandemic, and vote choice.

群体性事件是目前在改革和发展过程中各种错综复杂的社会矛盾不断演变激化的结果。是一种超出现行社会规范的行为。如何正确认识和处置群体性事件,已成为我们必须重视和解决的一大课题。群体性事件的研究有助于社会稳定和提升政府的执政能力。境外专家对群体性事件的研究多集中在群体性事件的性质、类型、产生的原因等方面;而境内诸多学者、专家对群体性事件产生的原因、特点、表现形式和处置对策都做过一些有益的分析和研究。     

The New Zealand Family Group Conference Confidentiality Protections: Lessons Learned and an Application in U.S. Child Welfare Systems

With the adoption of statutes, policies and administrative guidance since the late 1980s, statutory child welfare agencies around the world have been implementing practice approaches to resolving and addressing child abuse and neglect concerns that involve extended family systems in decision making and planning. One such approach is the family group conference (FGC), enshrined in New Zealand law. This article provides a historical context and describes numerous provisions of the family group conference that protect participants and the proceedings. It then describes applications of FGC‐like approaches in the United States where practice models and policies—not laws—guide the implementation of such approaches.
