群体性治安事件处置过程中的战术运用

群体性治安事件是我国当前一个突出的社会问题,灵活运用各种战术手段,并结合各种队形及装备的使用,是公安机关处置群体性治安事件的关键。

交通肇事罪罪名及司法解释评析

交通肇事罪作为一种常见多发的犯罪,极具社会危害性,要正确地理解该罪的犯罪构成及司法解释,就应该掌握交通肇事罪的构成要件,加重犯罪的构成,了解对于交通肇事罪司法解释中存在的问题:一是主体之扩大对于打击犯罪有无帮助,二是与非交通运输人员成立共犯是否合理,三是“不能赔偿之数额”是否违反公平原则,四是法定刑升格是否有利于打击犯罪。     

以港口业合作促进东北亚区域经济一体化

区域经济一体化已成为各国适应经济全球化的优先选择,而东北亚区域经济一体化发展缓慢。海运是完成国际贸易的主要手段,东北亚地区各国对外贸易总量的85%以上依靠水运完成,港口业对城市和区域发展的重要性更加突出。因此,应充分发挥东北亚地区港口业合作对区域经济一体化的作用,优化港口组群结构,增强合作机制,构建区域物流网络体系,形成良性循环,共同促进东北亚港口业,推进区域一体化进程。     

英美法系国家环境刑法与环境犯罪探究

一些环境保护先进国家, 如美国、德国、日本等,自 ２０世纪 ５０年代先后以刑法典、单行刑法和附属刑法的方式加强对环境犯罪的制裁。国际社会为保护人类环境加强国际间的协作亦付出了较大的努力。而属于普通法系判例法的国家．其制裁环境犯罪的突出特点,就是采用附属刑法的方式规定环境刑罚条款,使各类环境刑罚条款皆寄生于行政法之内。     

Privadentiality: Developing a Coherent Framework for Establishing Communication Protections in Family and Child Protection Dispute Resolution Methods

The emergence of innovative family and child protection dispute resolution (DR) methods has resulted in a varying array of communication protections. Review of these communication protections in the United States reveals a lack of consistency and clarity within each form of DR, and no clear policy to guide the development of the different communication protections across the spectrum of DR methods. This article proposes a new term, privadentiality, to describe communication protections which may be provided for a wide range of DR methods and a framework for categorizing DR methods in order to develop more consistent and appropriate communication protections across the spectrum of DR. This article concludes with recommendations to improve party and professional understanding of DR communication protections; protect families from escalating conflict; promote the integrity of DR methods; and enable courts to appropriately review and, where appropriate, approve DR outcomes.

Any discussions about specialized helping environments for children or young people would be incomplete without reference to the relationships found between practices in group care centers and schools. This involves thinking of a child's total environment as a curriculum for teaching competencies and learning outcomes important to daily living. The task involves making a conscious effort to deal with a child's functioning in the present, thereby avoiding diagnostic conclusions that emphasize difficulties in one area of their life as the cause of learning problems.

The Gender Gap in Ideology

Over the past few decades, a gender gap has emerged in the mass public in ideological self-placement. While most men and women moved in the conservative direction, another segment of women retained their liberal self-identifications. A gender gap also exists in how men and women define their ideology. Which issues are linked to ideological identities is conditioned by gender and time period. Finally, ideological identities are structure by nonpolitical values as well as political issues. Religiosity and religious beliefs have come to increasingly shape Americans’ ideological identities, with some differences across the two sexes.
