共青团组织创立与当代青年的使命

90年前,在中国共产党的正确领导下,诞生了一个全新的以马克思列宁主义为行动指南的中国优秀青年组织——中国共产主义青年团。中国共产主义青年团的诞生,给中国青年带来了深刻、久远的影响,而且也使得中国青年有了自己的组织。当代青年要以共青团组织的历史精神承载起民族复兴的重任。     

What does it mean to suffer loss? Haxton v Philips Electronics

In Haxton v Philips Electronics the Court of Appeal considered whether a widow could recover the diminution in value of her dependency claim following the defendant's tortious reduction of her life expectancy. The note outlines the development of the common law, demonstrating that Haxton is novel but not unorthodox, and tests whether Haxton's principles can provide a sound foundation for future cases. Positing three hypothetical scenarios, it argues that the disparity in outcome, rather than indicating a lack of unifying principle, as was suggested in Jobling v Associated Dairies, may be explained by combining Austin's division between primary and secondary rights with Gardner and Stevens' contributions as to how they are protected. Restitutio in integrum requires consideration of the reasons and values underlying the right in question and these are discernible in the jurisprudence. The note also considers whether Haxton could have been decided on the basis that a defendant should not profit from its own wrongdoing.     

COMT基因与精神分裂症患者暴力攻击行为关联性的研究进展

精神分裂症患者的暴力攻击行为发生率高于一般人群,暴力攻击行为在某些方面具有显著的遗传倾向性,与精神分裂症患者暴力攻击行为研究最多的是儿茶酚氧位甲基转移酶（catechol-O-methyltrans-ferase , COMT ）基因。本文从COMT Val158Met 和COMT Ala72Ser 的SNP 多态性、COMT 基因单倍型、COMT基因启动子区DNA甲基化等方面对COMT基因变异与精神分裂症患者暴力攻击行为的相关性研究进行综述,并提出精神分裂症患者暴力攻击行为的遗传学研究方向。     

多巴胺受体基因遗传多态性与精神分裂症的关联及法医学意义

精神分裂症是一种常见的多因子参与的复杂疾病,司法精神病学鉴定中对精神分裂症的涉及甚多,但无有效的生物学鉴定指标。研究表明,多巴胺神经递质功能紊乱可能在精神分裂症的发生及其主要症状中发挥重要作用。本文综述了多巴胺受体的分类、基因结构以及近年来关于多巴胺受体基因遗传多态性与精神分裂症的关联研究及其法医学意义。     

外伤性癫痫及其法医学评定进展

外伤性癫痫(post traumatic epilepsy,PTE)是指颅脑损伤后的癫痫性发作,影像学检查可见器质性病变,脑电图检查可见异常脑电波与颅脑损伤部位一致。外伤后癫痫发生率低,案例报道较少,患者易夸大病情,给法医学鉴定增加难度。本文就外伤性癫痫流行病学、发病机制、临床治疗、法医学鉴定等方面的现状进行综述。     

University mission and academic freedom: Are they irreconcilable?

Educational freedom, rightly understood, depends upon the freedom to shape - and (for individuals) to choose to study in or teach in - distinctive educational institutions. This implies an obligation upon faculty who have chosen to commit themselves to such an institution to teach in a way that engages positively with its educational project. Policies which provide scope and encouragement for schools and universities to represent distinctive and coherent viewpoints are an essential condition of educational freedom in a pluralistic society. These issues are discussed with reference to the ‘values project‘ of Free University in Amsterdam and to debates, in the Netherlands and the United States, over the distinctive character of schools.
