1979～2012年中国有关朝鲜半岛问题的研究状况--基于“中国知网”相关文献的分析

本文以“中国知网”收录的有关朝鲜半岛问题的学术文献为研究对象,考察1979 ～2012年中国学界对朝鲜半岛问题的研究状况.在指标上,本文选取论文发表数量的年代分布、论文选题的主题分布、论文发文量居前6位的作者分布、论文发文量居前10位的单位分布、论文发文量居前10位的期刊分布、有关韩国研究和朝鲜研究的变迁对比这6个指标.通过对这些指标的详细考察,结论部分对1979 ～2012年中国有关朝鲜半岛问题研究的趋势和状况进行了基本描述,并从机制建设、研究方法革新、研究侧重点加强等几个层面提出了下一步研究时的建议.     

Introducing the Great Successor: North Korean English language news coverage of Kim Jong Un 2010–2011

How did North Korea initially frame coverage of the “Great Successor” Kim Jong Un for an international audience? This paper argues that North Korea's daily English language news reports, while commonly dismissed as purely propaganda, provides potential insights into such framing. Through automated content analysis of daily news reports from 2010 through 2011 coupled with regression analysis, this analysis both suggests an increased focus on Kim Jong Un's formal positions and less on his pedigree.     

Performing ethnic relations in Russia's North Caucasus: regional spectacles in Stavropol’ krai

Using materials gathered during fieldwork carried out in Russia in 2008 and 2009, this paper examines the ‘Day of Stavropol’ krai 2009’ celebration and links it to debates on ethnic relations, identity and nationalism in post-Soviet Russia. It is argued that celebrations, festivals, parades and other ‘spectacles’ are significant, yet often overlooked, influences on ethnic relations. Although authorities at national and regional scale play a prominent role in governing ethnic relations, it is often the case that they revert to Soviet-era practices – such as the ‘folklorization’ of ethnic groups – and produce a narrative that proclaims the ‘eternal harmony’ of ethnic relations. Given widespread ethnic tensions that exist in Russia, such a representation of ethnic relations is far from the reality lived by people in everyday life. Thus, this paper explores how citizens' understandings of ethnic relations relates to that portrayed by state authorities.     

体系转换理论视角下的朝鲜半岛安全问题

体系结构主要包括权力分配和"交往力度"两个变量。在东北亚区域权力结构失衡的条件下,实现整个地区由消极的权力结构向积极的权力结构的转换,是由两个相互叠加的进程共同构建的。一个是东北亚地区各国交往力度加深并逐渐建立积极的体系结构的过程;另一个就是在区域各国自制的条件下朝韩两国的合作过程。     

国际安全态势分析(2010-2015)

"国际安全态势感知指数"研究结合相关指标,对全球近二百个国家近二十年来的安全态势进行了定量分析,是大数据同国际关系研究相结合的一次有意义的尝试,也为国际安全研究开辟了一条崭新的道路。该项研究将一些因素(如武装部队人数、军费支出和去往一个国家的旅游人数等)视为安全的先行指标,这些指标的变化反映一个国家的安全态势的变化。因此,通过衡量这些指标就可以观察出不同国家的安全态势。通过这种分析,该项研究对各个国家在不同时间段(二十年、十年、五年)的安全状况进行了排名,从而可以区分出世界上最安全以及最不安全的国家。结合该项研究的部分成果对2010-2015年的国际安全态势进行解读,可从主要大国、地区和区域三个层次分析不同安全态势产生的原因。不过,"国际安全态势感知指数"也存在不足:一是该感知指数的研究结果所呈现的是一种相关性关系而不是因果性关系,该研究只能表明相关指标和国家的安全态势感知之间存在着一定的关联性,但并不能证明这些指标的变化导致了国家的安全态势感知的变化;二是该项研究所显示的部分结果同学术界传统的认知并不相符。     

2011年韩国政治外交述评与展望

2011年韩国的政治外交出现了不少新的变化。＂安哲秀现象＂的出现打破了长期以来保守和进步两派左右韩国政治的格局,韩国社会开始形成超越保守与进步理念的＂第三势力＂。朴槿惠、韩明淑等一批女性政治家活跃于韩国政坛,备受瞩目。韩国在继续强化韩美同盟关系的同时,进一步加强与中国的外交关系。为了克服国际金融危机的影响,韩国大力开展FTA外交,并取得了显著成果。2012年是韩国大选之年,韩国各种政治势力正在积极整合力量,希望在选举中谋求自己的利益最大化。韩国政府将继续调整与大国的关系,开展多边外交,并积极推进与中国和日本的FTA谈判。     

Impact of plastic wrapping on carcass decomposition and arthropod colonisation in northern Africa during spring

The effect of plastic wrapping on decomposition rate and carrion fauna of rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus L.) was examined in spring in a semi-urban area in North Algeria. All decomposition stages were observed in all carcasses, with the same durations in the control but different durations in the wrapped carcasses. Decomposition of the carcasses in the plastic wrapping was significantly slower than that of the exposed ones. A total of 12,516 specimens, belonging to 36 families and 69 species, were morphologically identified. Thirteen species of forensic relevance were also identified at the molecular level using the cytochrome c oxidase I (COI) barcode region, and the sequences were submitted to online databases. Wrapping had a significant effect on species composition (χ² = 569.269, df = 55, p < 0.001). Higher species richness, abundance, and diversity were found in the control group. No significant difference in species abundance was observed between the treatments. The plastic wrap did not influence the accessibility of carcasses to insects, nor did it delay the arrival of necrophagous flies. This study provides basic information on the decomposition and arthropod colonisation of wrapped remains and contributes to the literature on North African carrion fauna.     

中国的韩国政治研究现状述评——基于《韩国研究论丛》与《当代韩国》的比较分析(1996～2010)

中韩建交20年来,中国的韩国学研究得到"全方位、多领域"飞速发展。本文以1996~2010年间在《当代韩国》和《韩国研究论丛》刊载的论文为样本,对国内学界韩国政治研究现状及趋势作初步的评价。结果显示:韩国政治研究已在国内韩国学研究中占主流地位;研究者从我国国情出发,把对方经验"化为我用"当做研究的根本目的。但总体上,尚存在理论化研究缺失,多主题发展失衡,文献研究为主,论文规范性较低等问题。     

South African foreign policy in the post-Mbeki period

President Thabo Mbeki's resignation in September 2008 six months before the expected end of his term was triggered by the recall issued by the ANC National Executive Committee. It is highly unlikely that any major changes in foreign policy will be made by the caretaker government of President Kgalema Motlanthe before the 2009 elections. However, the significant changes in the domestic political environment signal the start of a new era in South Africa's transformation — what might be called the ‘post post-apartheid period’. This paper explores what those changes might entail, especially in the realm of foreign policy. After reflecting on the legacy of Mbeki's foreign policy, the paper considers the potential implications of the relevant resolutions agreed at the December 2007 ANC National Conference in Polokwane. Constraints on South African foreign policy towards the African continent are considered, especially with regard to perception versus reality of its economic and political hegemony as well as its complex identity as a nation. In light of this analysis and the inevitable impact of the current global economic crisis, the paper concludes with a series of recommendations for a new vision and agenda for South Africa's foreign policy under the government to be elected in 2009.
