健商与高职女教师体育生活方式构建

社会进步与时代的迅猛发展,尤其是高职教育不断变化的严峻形势,给高职女教师的职业发展带来许多矛盾与冲突,工作中的疏离和困惑等消极情绪导致其身心健康每况愈下。必须从其行为和生活方式入手,把科学的体育锻炼作为一种重要的生活方式,不断提高其自我保健意识、建立系统完整的保健方法,将健康的权利、责任与命运掌握在自己的手中,保障身心的和谐与健康。     

益气养阴解毒方联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌22例

目的 观察益气养阴解毒方联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 选择符合纳入标准的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者22 例,采用益气养阴解毒方联合化疗治疗2个疗程,观察治疗前后临床主要症状变化情况,生存质量改变等指标。结果 治疗后部分患者神疲乏力、食欲不振、口干、心烦失眠、咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、气促等症状改善明显（P<0.05）,治疗后KPS评分较治疗前提高（P<0.05）,毒性及不良反应发生率低。结论 对于中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,益气养阴解毒方可有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量。     

犀黄丸对火毒血瘀型鼻咽癌放射治疗患者生活质量的影响

目的 观察犀黄丸对火毒血瘀型鼻咽癌放射治疗患者生活质量的影响。方法 将60例鼻咽癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组仅接受放射治疗,实验组加用犀黄丸口服。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分,比较两组患者生活质量改善情况及不良反应。结果 两组患者治疗后中医证候积分均显著降低（P<0.05）,实验组中医证候积分下降程度大于对照组（P<0.05）;实验组患者生活质量的改善优于对照组（P<0.05）;实验组总不良反应率（50.00%）与对照组（73.33%）比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 犀黄丸可改善鼻咽癌患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量,减少放射治疗的不良反应。     

清肾颗粒合复方α 酮酸治疗慢性肾衰竭湿热证疗效观察

目的 观察清肾颗粒联合复方α-酮酸对非透析期慢性肾衰竭（chronic renal failure,CRF）湿热证患者生活质量的改善作用。方法 将102例非透析期CRF患者随机分为常规组、对照组和治疗组,分别给予基础治疗、基础治疗联合复方α-酮酸、基础治疗联合复方α-酮酸和清肾颗粒,疗程12周,观察治疗前后血清肌酐（serum creatinine,SCr）、清蛋白（albumin,Alb）、肾小球滤过率（glomerular filtration rate,GFR）及主要中医症状变化,并采用肾病生活质量简表1.3版（kidney disease quality of life short form,version 1.3,KDQOL-SF TM1.3）评价治疗前后患者的生活质量。结果 治疗组在升高Alb方面显著优于常规组（P<0.01）,在降低中医证候积分方面显著优于常规组和对照组（P<0.01）,治疗组在升高KDQOL-SF TM1.3量表各维度评分及其总分方面显著优于常规组（P<0.05,或P<0.01）,对照组仅在升高SF 36（KDQOL-SF TM1.3量表维度）评分方面显著优于常规组（P<0.05）。多元逐步回归分析发现年龄、GFR、中医证候积分和Alb对生活质量的影响较大。结论 清肾颗粒联合复方α-酮酸在延缓肾衰竭进展的同时,对CRF湿热证患者生活质量具有较好改善作用。     

慢性心衰中西医结合生存质量量表与SF-36量表的效度对比研究

目的 简明健康状况量表（以下简称SF 36量表）为标准参照,评价慢性心衰中西医结合生存质量量表的效度。方法 采用横断面调查方法,在北京市5家医院内纳入63名慢性心力衰竭住院患者,在患者知情同意基础上采用慢性心衰中西医结合生存质量量表、SF-36量表调查其生存质量,对慢性心衰中西医结合生存质量量表的效度进行评价。结果 相关系数法、逐步回归分析证实慢性心衰中西医结合生存质量量表具有较好的内容效度,因子分析显示其具有良好的结构效度,以SF-36量表作为标准参照显示其具有良好的标准效度（r=0.79,P＜0.01）。结论 慢性心衰中西医结合生存质量量表具有较好的效度,可以作为心衰中西医结合生存质量的评价工具。

A Life in Pictures: Looking for Elizabeth Senior

This essay follows the author’s search for forgotten art historian Elizabeth Senior (1910–41). Using a quest narrative, it traces the process undertaken to piece together the life story of a remarkable young woman, including Internet research, visits to archives and correspondence with family members. Killed at just aged 30 by a bomb during the Blitz in 1941, Senior left a quite substantial body of editorial work and writing. Editress for the inaugural volumes in Allen Lane’s King Penguin series, Senior also wrote multiple reviews for the Burlington Magazine and the British Museum Quarterly, as well as her own art historical books on portraits of Henry VIII and his wives, and on portraits of Christ (co-authored with Ernst Kitzinger). A collaborator and friend to many Jewish émigré art historians, including The Story of Art author Ernst Gombrich, Senior played an important role in facilitating the safe passage of many fleeing the Nazis for England in the 1930s and 1940s. Unmarried at the time of her death, Senior was survived by a 10-week-old baby, whom she had stashed under a table for safety when a bomb landed on her flat.     

Model villages in the neoliberal era: the Millennium Development Goals and the colonization of everyday life

What explains the recent re-emergence of ‘model village’-style social experiments, and what does this tell us about the contradictions of neoliberal development? This paper focuses on two experiments of this kind – the Millennium Villages Project in sub-Saharan Africa and the Rural Cities Project in southern Mexico – both of which aim to achieve the Millennium Development Goals through an integrated set of interventions at the village level. Drawing on Henri Lefebvre's work on the colonization of everyday life, I argue that the Millennium Development Goals function in these cases to facilitate and legitimate the production of social reality based on a naturalised vision of market society. These utopian projects embody the paradoxical character of neoliberalization, demonstrating the necessarily social production of the supposedly natural order on which neoliberalism is discursively premised, while reproducing the strategies of social engineering that the neoliberal project is rhetorically oriented against.     

The East China Sea Issue: Japan-China Talks for Oil and Gas

Japan and China argued for oil and gas in the East China Sea. The issue flared up in 2003. Between 2004 and 2007 the two sides held 11 rounds of official talks in order to resolve the issue. They sought demarcation of the sea and joint development in the disputed area. The gap between positions remained wide. China claims its continental shelf; Japan proposes a median line. By closely monitoring different rounds of talks, remarks, developments, maneuvers, negotiators and dates, it is possible to construct a broad picture of the issue to measure progress and predict outcomes. It is found that improving relations not only facilitate negotiations but somehow exert pressure for a settlement. The general relationship did affect the pace of talks, which could produce a partial solution.
