柔嫩艾美球虫抗药株第二代裂殖子的双向电泳图谱比较

对实验室诱导的柔嫩艾美球虫马杜拉霉素、地克珠利抗药株及其同母源敏感株第二代裂殖子的蛋白质进行双向电泳 ,构建了稳定的双向电泳图谱。经Imagemaster 2DElite软件分析 ,敏感株和抗药株平均可分离 90 0个点 ;以敏感株平均胶作为参考胶 ,抗药株平均胶与之比较 ,得到差异蛋白质斑点 ,其中地克珠利抗药株和马杜拉霉素抗药株各有 4个表达差异点。这些差异表达的蛋白质可能参与了球虫抗药性产生的过程。

IMAGES OF DANGER AND CULPABILITY: RACIAL STEREOTYPING,CASE PROCESSING,AND CRIMINAL SENTENCING*

In this paper we argue that the meaning of race in criminal justice decision making will vary depending on other offender and offense characteristics, and that differences in treatment within races may therefore be as large as differences between races. We find that, among adult drug offenders from Washington State, those white offenders who most closely resemble the stereotype of a dangerous drug offender receive significantly harsher treatment than other white offending groups, while among black offenders, it is the defendants who least resemble a dangerous drug offender who receive substantially different—in this case, less punitive—treatment than other black offenders. That is, the exceptions are made for the most serious and the least serious offenders. We discuss the implications of these findings.     

Swiss Air Traffic Policy: Noise between Berne and Berlin

This article looks at the negotiations between Switzerland and Germany on air traffic regulation with the help of negotiation analysis tools. A number of factors pre‐eminent in the literature on negotiation processes and outcomes are presented and critically assessed. In particular arguments of “power”, which are often insufficiently explored in analysing interstate cooperation, are brought back into the picture. The article argues that structural power best explains the negotiation results while domestic politics and information asymmetries both account for non‐ratification of the treaty. Institutionalist arguments on the constraining effects of international norms and institutions as well as explanations focusing on negotiation skills are of minor importance. Moreover, the nature of the Swiss intra‐governmental setting at the federal level did not encourage the Swiss negotiators to exploit all means during the different stages of the bargaining process. The article concludes by illuminating a number of policy observations in the broader context of Swiss foreign relations and indicating avenues for further research.

《道路交通安全法》第73条将交通事故责任认定书仅作为处理交通事故的证据,在法学理论上会产生冲突,在司法实践中已造成混乱。解决的办法主要是:把公安交通部门做出的交通事故认定作为具体行政行为来对待;检察院对此类案件在规定的时间里没有公诉的,即转为自诉,走自诉程序;建立被害人的国家赔偿制度,以保护被害人的合法权益。     

论民族地区吸毒与艾滋病预防现状研究之必要性

我国政府一直十分重视开展吸毒与艾滋病预防的工作,拨专款并设立专门机构对全国受毒品和艾滋病危害较重的地区特别是民族地区进行监测和治理。但是鉴于目前所使用的减低危害的有效措施在民族地区实施有诸多困难,并且这些有效措施与我国现行的法律和政策有抵触的地方。因此,对民族地区进行吸毒与艾滋病预防现状研究,应立足于我国民族地区禁毒斗争实际,借鉴其他国家的成功经验,创建中国特色的减低注射吸毒和艾滋病危害有效措施体系。     

A Growth Curve Analysis of the Joint Influences of Parenting Affect,Child Characteristics and Deviant Peers on Adolescent Illicit Drug Use

This study purports that parental rejection and warmth are critical to the development of adolescent drug use, and investigates a model that also considers children's vulnerability and deviant peer affiliations. It tests mediation through the proximal risk factor of deviant peers. Poisson growth curve modeling was used to examine participants from the Canadian National Longitudinal Survey of Children and Youth (NLSCY; N=2194) over 4 waves. Results indicated that parental rejection was positively related to drug use, whereas parental warmth was negatively related to it. Both effects were significant when child ADHD symptoms were taken into account. Parental rejection and warmth had differential effects over time. Deviant peer affiliations were positively associated with drug use, did not have a differential influence over time, and did not mediate the other effects. There was significant between-individual (level 2) variability in drug use. Results are discussed in light of adolescent perceptions of parent-child relationships.
