发掘民俗文化资源 促进资源县旅游产业发展

资源县少数民族文化资源丰富,但是目前对文化与旅游资源的开发与利用还停留在初级阶段,存在许多困难与问题。我们要从更新观念、加强规划、突出特色、准确定位,加大投入等方面促进资源县民俗文化的发掘与利用,以促进旅游产业的发展。

庄子的风俗论及其美学影响

在先秦诸子中,庄子率先从自然主义原则出发,揭示了风俗的群体性特征,同时又充分肯定群体之同中所包容的个体差异,且在自然人性论基础上,反对礼乐教化而提出以“不教”之方式实现“成教易俗”。其基本原则与独特观念为汉魏思想家反思儒家“移风易俗,莫善于乐”之主张提供了理论基础,并最终使音乐摆脱政治意识形态附庸地位,对汉魏音乐艺术之“自觉”精神的形成产生了重要影响。

利用多媒体手段进行音乐教学,可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效率,但也容易使人走入误区,从而影响教学效果。音乐教师不仅要有扎实的音乐知识和基本功,还必须熟悉和掌握多媒体教学手段,将多媒体教学教育资源和传统教学法有机结合起来,充分发挥多媒体的功能,从而进一步优化课堂教学。

民间法研究的理论基础是民间法研究得以展开并深入发展之根基,因此有必要对民间法研究的理论基础进行一番考量。文章将民间法研究的理论基础置于多元框架下考量,分别从政治国家与市民社会、大传统与小传统、形式正义与实质正义、法律教义学有效性与社会学有效性等方面展开相应的探讨。文章认为,在寻求政治国家与市民社会的良性架构、大传统与小传统的理性沟通、形式正义与实质正义的动态平衡、法律教义学有效性与社会学有效性的适度兼容中,彰显了民间法研究的理论价值及其实践意义。     

Omnivorous Cultural Policy: The Case of Concerts Norway

This article uses the case of Concerts Norway to analyze how the agency of esthetics is changing and expanding within a cultural policy institution. Concerts Norway has provided concerts to all age groups and all parts of the country for nearly fifty?years. The ambition of the institution has been to ensure that all Norwegian citizens have had access to quality music. The article describes how these cultural policy ambitions entail a general esthetic agency, and how different kinds of musical genres have been given agency through the work of the institution, thereby representing a seemingly omnipotent and increasingly omnivorous cultural policy.     

Broadcasting Badness: Violence,Identity, and Performance in the Online Gang Rap Scene

This study contributes to an emerging literature both detailing Internet usage among street gangs and gang members and exploring how street life is presented in underground rap music. We present a content and cultural analysis of 78 rap videos posted on YouTube by gang members in Buffalo, New York, between 2009 and the first few months of 2015. Violence was the most dominant and consistent theme in the videos. We find that online space operates like a virtual street corner enabling individuals and groups to perform social and collective gang identities that emphasize and exaggerate their capacities for lethal violence. Online gang rap videos use violent imagery, revisit violent events, and reference gang conflicts to enhance both gang myth-making and social or collective identity development.

以明代四大奇书传说中提到的"马”为切入点,采用民俗学的方法,重点分析民间传说中的"马”话语,研究这个话语所传达的华北民间文化的认同意识.在亚太地区,如在东亚、东北亚和南亚,"马”词汇里还包裹着一层层的其他文化含义,如农耕民俗、马背民俗、阶层等级、佛教信仰、动物民俗等,这些民间风俗和民间信仰,在亚太各国的文化交流史上,也是一个值得注意的现象,近年正在引起亚洲民俗学者的重视.而在我国明代四大奇书的传说中,早已表现出了这样诸多的文化因素.     

Music Preferences,Personality Style,and Developmental Issues of Adolescents

The purpose of this study was to examine the personality characteristics and developmental issues of 3 groups of adolescent music listeners: those preferring light qualities of music, those preferring heavy qualities of music, and those who had eclectic preferences for music qualities. One hundred sixty-four adolescents completed an age-appropriate personality inventory and a systematic measure of music listening preference. The findings indicate that each of the 3 music preference groups is inclined to demonstrate a unique profile of personality dimensions and developmental issues. Those preferring heavy or light music qualities indicated at least moderate difficulty in negotiating several distinct domains of personality and/or developmental issues; those with more eclectic music preferences did not indicate similar difficulty. Thus, there was considerable support for the general hypothesis that adolescents prefer listening to music that reflects specific personalities and the developmental issues with which they are dealing.
