试论成人高校的历史地位

在我国, ２０世纪８０年代中期发展起来的成人高校是否完成了历史使命？这是教育改革中争论的一个问题。成人高校只是完成了阶段性的历史任务,正在迎来新的、更为重大和艰巨的历史使命。这可以从当代社会需求、教育发展趋势、高等教育对象结构的变化及我国高等教育的现状几个方面说明。面临成人高校新的历史使命,应对成人高校的历史地位和作用问题形成共识,成人高校更要形成自身的办学特点,发挥办学优势,通过自身努力将中国的成人高等教育推进到一个新的发展阶段。

IN northeastern Sichuan Province,diminutive Bazhong City exudes a pastoral sparkle and tranquility.It makes one wish to blend in with its unique natural environment.A walk through Bazhong,it is said,is like a hazy drizzle that awakens people’s memories.The picturesque city,resembling a Monet oil painting,lies inlaid within the southern foothills of the towering and extensive Daba Mountains.Situated at the center of three large cities of Chengdu,Chongqing and Xi’an,Bazhong also sits along the dividing line between south and north China.Covering 12,000 square kilometers,the city combines both the grandeur of northern China and the warmth of southern China,with distinctive vistas of mountains and rivers,as well as places of historical and cultural allure.It has also been a historical channel for cultural exchanges between north and south China,witness to the Qin and Han dynasties,the Three Kingdoms,and the Red Army.People here easily sense the pulse and echoes of history.

Changing Attitudes to the Past: Lieux de Mémoire and Contested Histories

What societies choose to remember about the Past can pose challenges for professional gatekeepers in museums, archives and statutory bodies charged with managing national heritage. Recent examples examined in this article include the inauguration of the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, the 2016 Capability Brown Festival, changing attitudes towards poppies and the Rhodes Must Fall movement. These are explored through establishing a taxonomy of the eight functions that lieux de mémoire fulfil in the course of reflecting the Past to the Present. Drawing attention to the way in which the imperialism of the Past is buried beneath the pristine lawns of Capability Brown's gardens in the Present, this article concludes by warning that lieux de mémoire can provide an aesthetic veneer, glossing over aspects of the Past that societies, or elites within those societies, would, for their own purposes, rather forget.     

A cluster and its trajectory: evidence from the history of the French Champagne production cluster

This article explores historical and contemporary evolutions within the French Champagne cluster. Its purpose is to demonstrate how the study of rural dynamics in the knowledge economy could be improved through an analysis of its history. Our theoretical contribution includes an analysis of the French Champagne cluster’s trajectory with the aim of illustrating the perspectives of human capital and knowledge-based cluster theory. A narrative historical methodology was carried out within a mature cluster. The paper empirically relates the labour and workforce history of Champagne from the twelfth century onwards in order to show the role of the local entrepreneurial context in the cluster’s longitudinal development. The evolutionary dynamics of the champagne-producing cluster can be understood through the lens of four historical sequences: an institutional sequence, a technological sequence, an industrialisation sequence and a territorial sequence. The cluster’s recent development highlights the increasing importance of a creative class that followed the demographic reversal within its specific rural area.

在科学与意识形态的关系方面,有学者认为二者是截然对立的,主要是因为科学是一种理性的、可证实的客观存在,其真理性不受人们的价值观和信仰影响;意识形态却是一种价值判断,包含了人的情感、心理因素等。马克思强调我们要辩证地看待两者关系,同时也强调科学与意识形态的区别是相对的,不是绝对的。从这种意义上讲,科学执行了意识形态的功能,但由于科学是社会性和自然性的统一,其社会性又不能完全取代自然属性,所以,两者不能等同。

在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中,人与自然不是现代科学观中的＂我-它＂关系,而是感性地表现为＂我-你＂、＂我-我＂的存在状态。对此,学术界往往解读为青年马克思的人本主义批判或费尔巴哈的自然主义残余。然而,当我们在理论上将其置于哲学存在论变革的视阈下,在实践上将其纳入私有财产积极扬弃的运动中,我们发现,这实际上已经是唯物史观的表达。在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中,历史唯物主义的基本原则被表达为人与自然在劳动中的对象性生成,自然界、社会和人的活动构成一部交互生成的总体性历史;人与自然的统一是现实生活的任务,现实生活为自然界的解放同时也是人的解放开辟道路。
