企业、高管及员工三方视角的和谐劳动关系影响因素实证研究 —— 基于广东省国家级和谐劳动关系综合实验区的调查

研究选取广东省佛山市顺德区国家级和谐劳动关系综合试验区 162 家制造业企业为样本 , 分别 从企业、高管和员工三个层面来研究和谐劳动关系的影响因素。研究结果表明：企业管理规章制度不健全、民 主管理及民主制度化建设不足、解决劳动争议方式过于集中和单一、内部沟通渠道不够畅通是当前劳动关系存 在的主要问题。而劳动合同、薪酬水平、企业组织投诉受理、安全保护、劳动行政部门投诉受理、劳动环境等 6 个影响因素对和谐劳动关系有显着影响。据此,提出了提高劳动合同质量、改善工作环境、进一步提高员工待遇、 畅通员工诉求渠道、加强劳动争议调解网络体系建设、充分发挥党群组织和工会的作用、发挥社会组织的作用 等改善劳动关系的具体建议。     

从祖国接受和反思现代性——以日据时期台湾作家的祖国之旅为中心的考察

日据时期台湾作家的祖国之旅不仅增强了他们的民族认同感,而且具有扩大视野,从祖国接受现代文明成分的意义。赖和兄弟从其厦门经验中认知医治国人精神病症的重要性;谢春木对于“现代化”兼具“接受”和“反思”两端,发现中国大陆作为半殖民地,与台湾一样存在着殖民性与现代性的纠葛与悖论。大陆经验使台湾作家更多从五四新文学中吸取营养,促进了台湾新文学的兴起和发展,如周定山与中国现代文学三大主题和鲁迅风格有相当的契合;王白渊在“艺术”和“革命”之间最终选择了后者,而这是诸多中国现代文学作家的共同“宿命”。     

“80后”青少年热衷恐怖灵异类作品现象初探及其对策思考

近年来,恐怖灵异类作品在大学校园日趋盛行,“恐怖灵异文化”已成为“80后”青少年追逐的“另类时尚”,其对“80后”青少年身心健康的影响不容忽视。本文在调查恐怖灵异类作品对“80后”青少年影响的基础上,对该现象成因进行了分析,并初步提出了合理化建议。     

Influencing the Penal Agenda? The Justice Select Committee and ‘Transforming Justice’, 2010–15

This article assesses the policy influence of the House of Commons Justice Select Committee, established to oversee the work of the Ministry of Justice following its creation a decade ago. The committee has, from the outset, overseen many contentious policy and legislative developments in the penal field, although none so extensive as those introduced following the formation of the Conservative–Liberal Democrat coalition government in 2010. Despite the newsworthy nature of its business, the committee has, to some extent, operated in the shadows of its high‐profile sister, the Home Affairs Select Committee, and has received surprisingly limited attention from criminologists and political scientists alike. Forming part of a wider investigation into the work of the committee, this article examines the extent to which it was able to influence penal developments during the coalition years. This period is of particular interest given that it heralded the end of the New Labour administration and welcomed the ‘fresh thinking’ of a coalition leadership keen to emphasise its progressive attitude towards law and order. While the committee was able to influence the direction of penal policy on several occasions, this mostly occurred as a result of its proactive or niche inquiries. The committee had less impact when conducting inquiries that assessed the government's flagship policy agenda, however. Such findings brought into question the ability of the committee to influence the most significant justice transformations in this era of new penal governance.     

The Rise of the Far Right in Europe and the Refugee Crisis

The rise of the far right in Europe has captured the attention of the international community in recent years.Its specific features are:an unprecedentedly strong influence,an obvious trend towards the moderate line,horizontal collaboration to expand its reach,and a very adept use of social media networks.The refugee crisis has given the far right an historical opportunity.The rise has also had a profound effect on European politics;it has deepened the political divide inside EU member states,and shaken up the traditional political values and the foundation of the union.The rise of the far right will likely not change Europe's political landscape,but problems of EU governance over its handling of the refugee crisis cannot be ignored.     

香港政党政治的发展现状及其政治影响

香港的政党政治是伴随着港英时期政治体制改革而逐步形成的,并以中国恢复对香港行使主权为时间界限分为萌芽雏形和发展稳定两个阶段。政党政治在香港发挥了重要的政治功能,并对香港的政治生活产生了深远的政治影响。新世纪新阶段,“一国两制”条件下,香港政党政治只有坚持在符合香港实际的基础上循序渐进,发挥优势,避免不利因素的影响,才能获得更好的发展。     

和平与认同：小觑越南河内华族的民族认同感

移民及少数民族的民族认同感变化已成为全球感兴趣的课题，并越来越受重视。中华民族是世界上最大的民族群体，二战结束后，中国移民民族认同感变化的现象引起了学者们的关注，人们开始从社会学角度研究此现象。早期研究主要针对半世纪前生活在东南亚地区、在当地被视为少数民族的华族。本文的研究对象是目前西方学者很少涉及的越南河内的“华族”。我们认为，和其他东南亚国家不同，中越之间特有的历史、文化以及政治关系对越南华族认同感的改变有着很大的影响。     

美国高调拉近与东盟关系及其影响

受阿富汗和伊拉克战争等问题的牵制,美国对东南亚地区事务无暇过多顾及。虽然美国通过反恐加强了与一些东盟国家的合作,但在东南亚的影响却在削弱。然而,2009年以来,奥巴马政府采取了一系列外交动作,高调重返东南亚。美国此举对今后中国与东盟国家关系会带来多大影响尚待观察。
