“80后”青少年热衷恐怖灵异类作品现象初探及其对策思考

近年来,恐怖灵异类作品在大学校园日趋盛行,“恐怖灵异文化”已成为“80后”青少年追逐的“另类时尚”,其对“80后”青少年身心健康的影响不容忽视。本文在调查恐怖灵异类作品对“80后”青少年影响的基础上,对该现象成因进行了分析,并初步提出了合理化建议。

正确认识网络对青少年的影响

网络对青少年的正面影响是 :有助于青少年掌握现代科学文化知识 ;有助于培养和树立青少年的现代观念 ;有助于青少年建立新型的社会关系。负面影响是 :可能使青少年对现实认识发生扭曲 ,由于网络中灰色化信息泛滥 ,使得青少年的人生观、价值观受到冲击 ,因此 ,我们必须加强网络文明建设。     

DO PARENTS MATTER IN CREATING SELF‐CONTROL IN THEIR CHILDREN? A GENETICALLY INFORMED TEST OF GOTTFREDSON AND HIRSCHI'S THEORY OF LOW SELF‐CONTROL*

Gottfredson and Hirschi's general theory of crime (1990) has generated an abundance of research testing the proposition that low self‐control is the main cause of crime and analogous behaviors. Less empirical work, however, has examined the factors that give rise to low self‐control. Gottfredson and Hirschi suggest that parents are the sole contributors for either fostering or thwarting low self‐control in their children, explicitly discounting the possibility that genetics may play a key role. Yet genetic research has shown that ADHD and other deficits in the frontostriatal system are highly heritable. Our research thus tests whether “parents matter” in creating low self‐control once genetic influences are taken into account. Using a sample of twin children we find that parenting measures have a weak and inconsistent effect. We address the conceptual and methodological issues associated with the failure to address genetic influences in parenting studies.

经济全球化是当今时代的标志。目前西方发达资本主义国家在经济全球化进程中居于强势地位,给中国的政治文化造成双重影响。一方面为中国政治文化的发展提供了有利空间条件和丰富的文化资源,另一方面也从政治心理和政治思想两个层面对我国政治文化产生负面影响。面对这种情况,我们要有自己的核心价值取向,要以全球性和本土性交融互动为路径取向,加快经济建设,坚持党的领导,推动中国政治文化的发展。     

Wives are Told: Don't Blame the Bank, Sue Your Solicitor: Royal Bank of Scotland v. Etridge (No. 2) and other appeals [1998] 4 All E.R. 705

This case note considers the Court of Appeal decision in Royal Bank of Scotland v. Etridge (No. 2) and other appeals [1998] 4 All E.R. 705. It concerns the familiar scenario of a wife jointly mortgaging (or providing a guarantee for a mortgage of) the family home in order to secure financial support for a business run by her husband. The House of Lords decision in Barclays Bank v O'Brien [1994] A.C. 180 has given rise to a range of litigation in this area, and the spotlight has now moved from the banks to an examination of the quality of advice given by solicitors. The banks have heeded the warnings in O'Brien and now insist that wives are told to obtain independent legal advice. It will be seen that, following Etridge, if the bank tells the solicitor to give the wife legal advice upon undertaking the transaction, that will be sufficient to protect the bank, notwithstanding that the advice was either inadequate or even not actually given. The onus to ensure that proper advice is given is shifted squarely on to the solicitor. The note concludes that the decision is indicative of the shift of judicial opinion against wives seeking to avoid charges over matrimonial homes and in favour of banks. Parental and Peer Influences on Adolescent Drug Use in Korea

The analysis and findings reported here are from a self-report questionnaire survey of a sample of 1,035 high school students in Pusan, a metropolitan area of South Korea. Multiple regression and path analyses reveal that, for all types of drug behavior among these adolescents, the influence of parental variables was generally less than the influence of the peer variables. Even in South Korean society, where the stability and authority of the family is greater than in American society, peers have a greater influence than do parents on adolescents’ engaging in or refraining from deviant behavior. The findings conform more to the expectations of social learning theory than to those of social bonding theory, and generally replicate findings from research on adolescent drug use in the United States. Further research is clearly needed, but the findings here suggest that the social processes of substance use among adolescents and the theoretical explanations focusing on those processes are not confined to western societies.

浅议政治经济化对当代中国政治的影响

在社会主义市场经济快速发展的大环境下,经济已经渗透到了政治的方方面面,而且对政治的影响也在日益增强,政治经济化已经成为当代中国政治的基本特征。为了满足日益提高的社会经济发展水平的需求,促进中国政治和政治经济化的快速发展,我们必须看到政治经济化对当代中国政治的影响,从而为提高我国整体经济实力打下坚实的基础。     

社会转型对统一战线的影响、 影响机理及应对策略研究

统一战线一直是中国共产党在革命、改革和建设等各个时期的关键议题,是我国社会主义民主政治建设的重要内容。统一战线寓于社会转型之中并深受社会转型的影响。迄今为止,中国近现代共经历了三次大的社会转型,三次社会转型的主题不同,产生的动因不同,对我国统一战线产生的阶段性影响也有所差异。我国现处于第三次社会转型期,中国社会在价值体系、经济环境、组织基础、利益格局等方面的转型造成了我国统战阶层的多元化、统战结构的复杂化、统战地位的强势化及统战力量的分散化,也使得我国统战工作面临新的问题。对此,我国各级统战部门在开展统战工作的过程中,必须积极创新统战工作理论、建立利益协调机制、拓宽政治参与渠道、搭建互动沟通平台。     

台湾集团企业转型发展对经济转型的影响

20世纪80年代中期至20世纪末,是台湾集团企业转型发展的重要时期。主要表现为,一是在制造业领域加快技术密集型产业发展;二是服务业逐步成为其最重要的经营领域;三是加速开拓海外及大陆市场,注重全球化运营。导致这种发展变化的主要原因在于台湾内外经营环境发生了巨大变迁,而同时台湾当局采取积极的扶持政策措施。集团企业的转型发展使其自身获取了新的成长空间,经济实力急剧扩张,更重要的是,对促进台湾产业结构升级与经济体制的转变发挥了主导性或重大的作用,并推动两岸经贸关系的升级。
