东南亚地区汉语教学现状及发展途径

目前国际汉语教学的相关研究主要集中在教学法方面,缺少将东南亚地区国家的汉语教学放入政治、经济、文化发展的大环境中进行综合研究。本文通过研究东南亚地区汉语教学的现状和存在问题,提出加大推广及扩大影响力等相关对策。

A fresh start I: Education rights in South Africa

In this first part of a two-part article education rights as protected by the South African Constitution are analysed. As background, the education rights protected by section 32 of the interim Constitution and the case law that arose from that provision are discussed. Section 29 of the 1996 Constitution is then discussed with reference to the right to basic and further education, the right to education in the language of one's choice, and the right to private education. Mention is also made of the way in which religious observances maybe conducted in schools. This first part of the article concludes with the observation that the education rights in the Constitution form the basis and the spearhead of the fresh start South Africa has made in education. The Politics of Land Acquisition in Haryana: Managing Dominant Caste Interests in the Name of Development

ABSTRACT

Anti-Special Economic Zone (SEZ) mobilisation in Haryana failed to generate a mass movement. This is despite the political strength of farmers and their deep resentment of the government’s policy to build up land reserves for industrial purposes. This article argues that there are two main reasons for this outcome. First, the state government put in place a series of significant policies to compensate landowners and give them a stake in the industrial project, primarily through payment of an “annuity.” Second, the main anti-SEZ movements were led by dominant landowning castes who did not incorporate the concerns of landless labourers and tenant farmers who faced equally or even more dire consequences from the government’s land acquisition policy. Moreover, mobilisation relied on traditional caste institutions such as khap panchayats and farmer unions strongly associated with Jats, rather than adopting a more broad-based approach. Entrenched caste animosity and pre-existing conflicts of interest between landed Jats and Dalits, who have traditionally worked as agricultural labourers, further explain the limited scope of the mobilisation among rural groups. The analysis underscores how hierarchical relations shape social movements, define the claims they make and ultimately impact their effectiveness.

在二十世纪初期文化民族主义的大背景下比较了章太炎与连雅堂的语文思想,指出了章太炎"以国粹激动种姓"的语文思想与连雅堂"发扬种姓"、"继绝存亡"的文学观的相同思想背景,并结合大陆与台湾语文运动的具体语境分析了章、连二人与大陆及台湾新语文运动的互动关系.     

言语歧义探究

歧义是英语ambiguty的汉译,它反映了语言的形式与内容(意义)的矛盾这一普遍事实,研究歧义可以考察同一语言形式表达多种语义内容的可能性,考察表面相同的形式实质上的差异性,从而深化对语言形式与内容的种种对应关系的认识。     

蒙古语中问候语的文化内涵

蒙古语的问候语蕴含着蒙古族文化特点,一是体现了对他人及其所处的自然环境(包括牲畜)、生存状态的关怀;二是体现了对生活在自然界所有生命的终极关怀(生和死);三是体现了在人与自然的互动过程中,自然赋予人的心灵体验,并以各种形式慰藉人们的心灵(忌讳、赞美等)。蒙古语问候的语言形式背后体现了蒙古人对生命价值、生活的认识以及长期积累的智慧。     

论赃物的善意取得——兼评《物权法》(草案)第112条

根据《中华人民共和国物权法》(草案)第112条的规定,赃物限制适用善意取得制度。但是,从善意取得制度重在保护交易安全的价值取向出发,用构成要件控制其运用,借鉴国外的立法例,赃物应该完全适用善意取得制度。

在跨国并购大潮下,民族经济面临生存危机,保护民族经济问题日显突出。本在重新界定“民族经济”概念和分析我国民族经济面临风险的基础上,着重提出“外资有限并购论”以及切实可行的保护措施。     

确认环境知情权的可能性、必要性和可行性分析

环境保护的组织方式和人身保护的特点决定了,公众获得越多的环境信息就越有利于实现环境保护的目的。而我国现行环境法律缺少环境信息公开的规定。随着我国国民经济和环境法律的发展,公众对于环境危害的认知水平和保护自我与公共环境的权利意识大大增强,公众的环境意识已逐渐成熟,因而在相关环境立法和公众参与机制长足发展的基础上,应尽快制订关于环境知情权的法律规范。
