简论魏晋玄学与文学之关系

魏晋玄学作为中国思想文化史上影响颇大的思潮之一,对文学产生了不可低估的作用。宏观方面,“清通简要”的玄学特征开启了一代新的文风,并促进了文学与玄学的结合;微观方面,玄学对诗歌、文艺理论等文学领域的渗透,形成了这一时期独特的文学现象。     

Structuring dissident desire: representations of same-sex prison contact in contemporary South African culture

The figure of the prisoner, particularly as associated with the Numbers gangs in South African prison gangs, is both a hyper-masculine and (homo-)eroticized character. Prison allows for a state of being queer that, through its subject having already been criminalised, and escapes the stigma of feminization associated with it in the hierarchically gendered society outside of prison. Through the structure of the gang and in the confines of the prison, same-sex desire is at the centre of criminality and masculinity. At the same time, prison allows a space in which same-sex desire is countenanced; it thus becomes a literary setting fraught with same-sex eroticism. This essay considers the extent to which the masculinities of prison have become conflated with notions of an eroticized homosexual threat and the politics and fates of such threat inside and outside the jail walls. It reads a film (Proteus, 2003), non-fiction text (The Number, 2010, by Jonny Steinberg), short fiction (by Jan van Tonder), and play (Tertius Kapp’s Rooiland, 2013).     

文学伦理学批评视野中的“文学观”追问

作为一种新批评样式而出现的文学伦理学批评,其理论建构必须围绕文学的本质、功能与价值而展开,这是文学批评学科建设自身逻辑展开的要求。伦理学批评的出现与后续发展既要考虑社会生活中伦理道德的现状,也要指明它们应该发展的方向,这也从另一个侧面回应了“文学既来源于生活又必须高于生活”的科学论断,而对于伦理道德状况的认识也最终将服务于我们自身生活的和谐追求。     

Debating Latin American Aesthetic Theory. Beatriz Sarlo on the Autonomy of Art

For quite some time, Beatriz Sarlo has been at the forefront of the debate over the possibility of ascertaining the aesthetic value of art. The Argentine critic's dismissal of value‐neutral approaches to art has been often criticised as a repackaging of the aestheticist tradition inherited from the European Enlightenment. Using Sarlo's own critical practice – a selection of Sarlo's key texts on Argentine literature written since 1980 – as a testing ground for her theoretical insights I argue in favour of re‐evaluating Sarlo's project as an aporetic discourse with positive implications for cultural politics that should be refined rather than abandoned.     

The triad of scientific publication: Reading,writing, and reviewing

A workshop on scientific publication was presented at the 2013 ISFG conference by the author, who has written four widely used textbooks and 150 peer-reviewed articles and invited book chapters. 我国公用事业政府监管的文献述评

我国公用事业政府监管的研究总体上可分为两大领域:一是公用事业政府监管的基本理论;二是我国公用事业政府监管的实践研究。其中,公用事业政府监管的基本理论包括公用事业监管的内涵及其原因探究;公用事业政府监管的实践研究则包括"我国相关实践的系统总结与审视"、"国外相关实践经验的介绍与总结"、"构建科学高效的公用事业监管体系"三大部分。     

青少年成长的社会环境问题研究综述

转型期社会环境对青少年成长的影响深刻而复杂，学界对青少年成长的社会环境问题给予了高度关注。研究集中表现在社会环境的概念及要素、转型期青少年成长的社会环境的特征、转型期社会环境对青少年成长的影响、青少年成长的社会环境优化策略四个方面。青少年成长环境的本质属性和社会环境对青少年成长的影响机制，应是青少年成长的社会环境问题研究中有待深化的两个方面。     

殖民地左翼文学刊物的坚持与溃败：《台湾新文学》（1935—1937）之文化生产研究

日据台湾最重要的左翼文学刊物《台湾新文学》诞生于日本殖民统治政策逐步收紧的20世纪30年代中后期,此时的政治话语论述要求文学活动同质化并参与政治翼赞,逼迫文学活动适应政权对文化的需要而作出转型。《台湾新文学》在殖民强权所制造的＂文化繁荣＂中无意助力,只能勉力维持,在有限的文化资源里坚持将左翼理念暗中传递,与读者达到声应一致的目的。通过将台湾20世纪30年代以左翼文学刊物发行为主的文化生产惨淡经营的现状与彼时中国大陆左翼文学生产盛况进行对比,可以体悟到《台湾新文学》作为殖民话语论述强势压迫下的左翼抵殖民能量的难能可贵,并对刊物所达到的左翼文学成就有新的认识。     

引咎辞职研究述评

近几年我国学者研究“引咎辞职”的非常多。众多学者对“引咎辞职”的研究从时间纵向角度看，它是紧密和现实联系在一起的。“引咎辞职”理论在我国学界的研究是不断深入的，研究的角度是不断拓展的，研究的思维是越趋理性的。     

民间文艺著作权保护的现实可行路径之思考

民间文艺的著作权保护不应囿于理论瓶颈，可转变思维，本着实用主义，首先从对代表性传承人的著作权保护入手，传承人享有了著作权保护，就意味着民间文艺实际也得到了著作权的有效保护；其次，代表性传承人以外的本国传承传播者的著作权保护也是对民间文艺有效保护的途径之一；最后，政府应承担对民间文艺著作权保护的重任，这与著作权制度并不违背。
