目的地品牌化国外文献综述

由于经济全球化和地区经济竞争的加剧,在世界范围内兴起目的地品牌化。国外关于目的地品牌的理论研究已有所成就。本人在收集国外相关研究文献的基础上,对国外目的地品牌化研究的内涵、起源,目的地品牌化的管理、研究不足方面存在的以及未来的发展方向等进行了系统的分析和评述,以期为我国区域品牌的研究及其实践提供参考和借鉴。     

A.H. Tammsaare’s Truth and Justice as a Postcolonial Bildungsroman

A.H. Tammsaare’s pentalogy Truth and Justice is considered a central text in Estonian culture, perceived virtually as a second national epic. The article analyzes it from the perspective of comparative genre studies. It is discussed as an idiosyncratic example of Bildungsroman, a genre narrativizing modernizing change focusing on the lives of everyday individuals, thus symbolically domesticating and humanizing the global developments of modernization. The emplotment of Tammsaare’s novel is comparatively discussed against the background of the Western European Bildungsroman on the one hand and of non-European postcolonial Bildungsroman on the other. The analysis enables to gain new insight into the reception and cultural working-through of the belated rapid modernization in Estonia. It also helps to explain the canonical position of Tammsaare’s novel in Estonian literature: The novel is a poetic tour de force that forges a both intra- and internationally acceptable model of modern Estonia.     

Listening to melancholia: Alice Walker's Meridian

ABSTRACT

Alice Walker's second novel, Meridian (1976), explores both the ways in which racist societies initiate and exacerbate melancholia and how this psychological dynamic can and must be overcome. The novel posits not a simple ‘cure’ but rather a process of questioning and learning from the past and one's painful attachments to it. In this way it negotiates scholarly concerns about psychoanalytic theory, as manifest particularly in literary criticism and critical race studies. Far from normalizing a form of identity focused on the past, this experimental novel depicts psychological transformation as an effort that requires the willingness to untangle the relationships involved in one's present, one's past and broader systems of social injustice.     

面对疼痛的自己:女性文学视域下的女性与生育

作为生育主体,女性对生育疼痛的认知,代表着她对自我与外在的理解和处理。当女性介入历史文本的书写,这种独特深刻的性别体验必然成为她们思考和表达的基点。女性文本在孕育这一偶然个体生活事件中对性别角色的体验式叙事,让我们看到女性从无意识的生育工具到主动的生命创造主体的巨大变化;生育体验与女性主体意识、生命意识觉醒之间的互动关系。女性只有获得精神的解放,在人格心理上真正独立,才能以人的立场而不是女人的立场穿越疼痛之门,成为健全的人的母亲。     

去殖民性进程中的战后初期台湾文学

1945年8月至1950年3月是战后台湾文学重建的重要开启时期,其去殖民性的进程在国民党当局的政治框架中,由台湾本省作家和大陆来台作家在台湾文学传统和中国新文学传统的艰难延续中展开。复杂的政治干预使去殖民性被当局简化为接受大陆政府统治,但台湾作家在认同中华文化上并未“失语”,他们仍以源自“民族精神”的“向心力”,顽强“回归”中国文学,并和大陆作家一起,以对战后台湾现实的深切关怀,延续、丰富了日据时期形成的台湾文学传统,其中根植于台湾的左翼文学思潮发挥了尤为积极的建设作用,提供了战后中国左翼文学的在野形态。     

Trends in police research: a cross-sectional analysis of the 2010-2014 literature

ABSTRACT

This review provides a cross-sectional analysis of the police literature for years 2000 to 2014. It represents the ninth special feature review of police research published in Police Practice and Research: An International Journal. The study reports on trends over time in police literature according to substantive categories, publication medium, and methodological typology. The study also relies on findings from prior police research reviews as a basis for a discussion of the long-term patterns of police research over time from 2000 to 2014. A topically organized bibliography of the 2010 to 2014 police literature reviewed is also provided.     

沪港台三地文学类畅销书价值取向的社会学分析

价值取向是指导人行动与判断的信念,它可以隐匿于个体或群体的社会行动,也可以呈现于社会公开的文本之中.价值取向主要包括对人自身、人与他人、人与社会以及人与自然等四个层面.从沪港台三地文学畅销书所反映的价值取向可以看出,上海侧重于人与人的价值取向的传递,香港着重于人与社会的渲染,而台湾则相对诉求对人自身品质的张扬,三地对人与自然的关系都涉及甚少.这种价值取向的差异在很大程度上受三地不同的政治、经济、文化与教育体制的影响.

对我国法学教学研究而言,法律与文学相结合是一种有效的教学、研究的进路与方法,在法学教学研究中将法律与文学相结合具有相当的意义.     

批评的界限:语文分野中的文化选择--关于"汉语批评"的相关思考

批评是理论的实践方式。批评的特点在于表达言说者的态度、观点乃至情感和立场。人类的言说 ,包括了授、受两方 ,并根基于特定的语文约定。在这种约定下 ,言说双方便结成了内外有别的语言共同体 :在内 ,词语相通 ,言说分享 ;及外 ,则筑起语言的分野乃至文化的边界。以这样的观点来看 ,所谓“汉语批评”不过是人类古往今来的多种文化边界之一。     

Humiliation,Manipulation, and Control: Evidence of Centrality in Domestic Violence Against an Adult Partner

This paper describes two related studies. Study 1 is a literature review of existing adult partner domestic violence assessment scales. Results of the review revealed that the scales varied on the available amount of empirical evidence for validity and reliability. More importantly, results showed that the content of the scales focused most heavily on the physical abuse aspects of domestic violence. Study 2 is a factor analysis performed on the results of 64 items taken from the Artemis Intake Questionnaire, a clinically relevant tool constructed by treatment providers used in working with the victims of domestic violence. Results indicate that reported humiliation and blame of the victim accounted for the largest amount of variance, followed by controlling the victim, and then physical violence. Results of this factor analysis suggest that greater emphasis must be put on factors other than physical violence in the construction of future domestic violence scales.
