文学欣赏与文学创作有着密切的关系,它们互为条件,互相影响。文学创作的质量影响文学欣赏的发生;文学欣赏是文学创作的延伸,反过来又促进文学创作的发展。     

Double Lives, Double Narratives: Tracing the Story of the Family in Rousseau, the Swiss Civil Code and the Fathers’ Rights Debates

A recent parliamentary postulate in Switzerland calling for joint custody as the legal norm argues that fathers are discriminated against in Swiss divorce law. This postulate has incited a debate which circles around issues of equality, the role of fathers and mothers, and the good of the child. Our article, uniting approaches from literature, cultural studies, and science and technology studies, examines the arguments sparked by the debate with a view to different takes on gender and family. In doing so, it traces the roots of contemporary Swiss family law in the Rousseauian narrative of family life in Emile ou de l’education; it explores the manner in which scientific knowledge is marshaled to lend political legitimacy to current debate; and it asks finally how narrative bridges the gap between public discourse and lived experience.

Modern slavery: A literature review using bibliometric analysis and the nexus of governance

This article reviews and analyses the empirical and theoretical literature on modern slavery, a topic that has received substantial attention in recent years. A qualitative and quantitative meta-literature review was carried out on modern slavery literature published between 1999 and 2021. A total of 280 works on the topic were analysed using citation analysis (Harzing's Publish or Perish and VOSviewer software) and content analysis. Several noteworthy aspects in the literature were identified, specifically the topics, articles, authors, journals, institutions, countries, co-authorship networks, and research streams. The research streams fall into three categories: 1) an overview and growth of modern slavery, 2) modern slavery and theories, and 3) modern slavery and country behaviour. The review and analyses led to the development of 15 research questions for future research. In addition, two views about current research on modern slavery were established: 1) the assertion that modern slavery is not exclusive to specific nations, jurisdictions, or periods, and 2) despite the numerous areas of accounting research on modern slavery, there is still a lack of studies on the topic. This study is the first to use inclusive mapping to empirically evaluate modern slavery.     

当代公安文学主体多样性的生成及其原因

公安文学是中国当代文学艺术的重要组成部分,发轫于二十世纪五十年代,“文革”中遭到压制,改革开放后获得复苏和发展。伴随着社会环境及文学环境的变迁,公安文学作品中的人物主体性也呈现多样性发展。五十年代公安文学作品中主体单一,多为“高大全”的人民警察形象。八十年代后,警察形象的构成走向多元与多向,时常表现为带有人性弱点的英雄形象。进入九十年代,公安文学的主体范畴进一步扩大,一方面警察形象在公安文学作品中的比重减小,另一方面,与案件相关的各色人物,包括灰色人物和犯罪嫌疑人的比重不断增加。公安文学作品中的主体多样性不仅是社会与历史交汇碰撞下的公安文学特殊性质的合理展现,同时也体现出社会现代化进程和社会文化环境的变迁力量。     

Urbanizing the Iranian public: text,Tehran and 1922

By using the heuristic device of transpatialization and the methodology of urban cultural studies, this article argues that the 1922 serialized novel Tehrān-e Makhuf (Dreadful Tehran) by Seyyed Mortaza Moshfeq-e Kazemi (1902–1978), with its distinctly urban modes of imagination and production, at once reflected and propelled a process that can be termed the urbanization of the Iranian public. The article analyses the literary techniques with which Moshfeq contributed to this process; the circumstances and context in which the novel was produced; and the ideological change reflected in the author and his work. The article thus sheds light on a crucial stage in modern Iranian history by unravelling some of the socio-spatial intertwinements that made that history.     

侦探小说,百年中国文学中的特殊现象

二十世纪的中国文学异彩纷呈 ,新的文化造就新的文学观念和表现手法 ,也孕育新的文学样式。中国侦探小说就是诸多新的文学样式中的一种 ,它脱胎于中国古代传统公案小说 ,发端于西方现代侦探小说的译介 ,经历了二十世纪初叶、中期和世纪末三个繁荣期。第一个繁荣期从题材、形象塑造到表现手法模仿西方侦探小说的痕迹明显 ;第二个繁荣期题材极为单一 ,侦探形象由智慧化身的个体转化为大众化的群体 ;第三个繁荣期题材涉及社会生活各个领域 ,作品的社会性、思想性更加强化。     

文学人类学:中西交流中的兼容与发展

文学人类学,顾名思义就是文学和人类学两个不同学科的交叉与结合.20世纪后半期以来,文学人类学既是西方文学与人类学界一批前沿学者的积极主张,亦是一种逐渐向其他学科领域扩展、渗透的新理论和新方法,同时又是一种影响广泛的重要流派.近半个世纪以来,文学人类学则成为了中国文学和人类学研究领域的一个新的分支,并正对人文研究中的其他学科产生着日益深广的影响.     

浅析延安文艺的思想政治教育功能

延安文艺是文艺思想政治教育功能发挥的典型:一是发挥了政治动员功能,在实现社会认同、动员群众参加革命方面起到了重要的作用;二是发挥了激励功能,为经济建设提供了强有力的精神动力;三是发挥了价值引领功能,在满足社会精神建构需要的同时有力地促进了人民大众思想道德素质的提升;四是发挥了社会协调功能,为陕甘宁边区局部执政区域社会事业的发展提供了智力支持。当前,文艺作品出现过度娱乐化倾向,削弱了文艺应有的教育功能,借鉴发挥延安文艺思想政治教育功能的历史经验,有利于提高文艺作品的思想性,实现文艺作品的育人功能。     

反思与弃绝：“保钓”视野下唐文标的现代诗创作

唐文标早年颇具现代色彩的新诗创作中，就已潜藏着对现代主义抽象的超越、救赎精神的疑虑反思，并隐约可见现实关切、社会实践等思想特质，这为其后来参与“保钓”等左翼实践并最终与现代诗彻底决裂，埋下了思想的种子。在经受20世纪60年代后期欧美社会运动和“保钓”运动洗礼后，他将左翼的精神和理想带至台湾，其对现代诗的发难重新激起台湾思想文化上的左翼现实批判精神。因此，联系唐文标早期的现代诗创作活动，全面考察其左翼文学思想的发展历程，才能更深入把握左翼革命理想中激荡的种种对现实、历史、民族的深切寄托。     

Queering the World or Worlding the Queer? New Readings of Anna Kavan’s Who Are You?

Abstract

This essay explores world-literary and queer approaches to Anna Kavan’s little discussed 1963 novel Who Are You?. It argues that world-literary scholarship demonstrates the centrality of white colonial masculinity to capitalist modernity, while a queer reading highlights the anxious performativity at the heart of such power. The most distinctive feature of Kavan’s text is its unusual format, whereby the story is told once, in detail, before immediately being retold, in more concise fashion and with some adjustments. What both fields add to the analysis of this formal deviation is a shared concern with the failings of normative order—whether that be the bourgeois, heteropatriarchal family or the capitalist system itself—and, in turn, the relationship of such failure to narrative disjuncture.
