比较文学学科的"死亡"与"再生"

传统意义上的比较文学学科在经历了多次"危机"之后其衰落之趋势是无可挽回的,但这种衰落恰恰为其"再生"奠定了内在的基础,此也即比较文学学科内部的反拨.在这方面,包括中国学者在内的东方和第三世界学者将对一门新的比较文学学科的"再生"有所作为.比较文学的最高境界是世界文学阶段.那种为比较而比较的牵强比附式的"比较文学"确实应该死亡,而一种新的融入了文化研究和世界文学成分的比较文学学科将在这其中获得再生.     

台湾新文学中的“陈三五娘”

20世纪20年代,作为闽台地方文化载体的"陈三五娘"故事开始成为新文学作家的素材.佐藤春夫的<星>虽然重在人性描写,却难免流露身为日本作家的殖民者意绪.后续的台湾新文学创作,有的针对佐藤的舛误,强调了人物的忠烈民族精神(如章君榖的小说);有的借以显露台湾民性特征及特殊政治环境下的民众心态(如张深切的电影剧本).吕诉上<现代陈三五娘>以方言俗语增添乡土色彩,并以人物的强烈抗争性体现封建束缚较为薄弱的边缘地区的地域特色.施叔青<行过洛津>重在表现粗砺生动、充满活力的移民社会与僵化的道德教条之间的对立和矛盾,揭示封建士大夫对于鲜活灵动的民间文学的窒息和扭曲.这些作品提示了闽、台之间的文化联系,以及闽台地方文化以其个性特征和活力对于中华文化整体的丰富.     

谈大学语文的定位

明确课程定位是大学语文教学目前面临的主要问题.大学语文应从自身的特点出发,走出"人文素质教育"这种宽泛的目标所带来的困扰.要通过文学形式传承中华民族的语言文化,提高学生本国语文的理解、欣赏和表达能力.让学生进一步认识中国文学,提高欣赏水平;深化汉语母语教育,提高表达水平;强化语文教育的情感培养、人生引导作用,实现育人的最终目标.     

观念的探险——论中国文艺学的理论创新

当代中国文艺学由于滞后于西方文艺理论而出现了以西方理论的引进,介绍代替创新的倾向,或要求回到传统文论来抵制西方文论的侵入,其症结在于一种“时差”的焦虑;提倡中西会通也无法解决创新问题,因为这只能在区分同异的基础上进行理论整合;发现问题,提出问题能力的缺失是理论缺乏创新的根本原因,有必要从偏重描述,阐释的理论走向范导性的“以言行事”的理论,即从先验的角度进行理论建构,为文艺“立法”,创造出新的文艺学体系。     

公安文学主题与创新

扬善惩恶是公安文学的传统主题.半个多世纪以来的公安文学创作,首先是在"惩恶"这一范畴作了尽情发挥,对"假丑恶"进行鞭挞和惩治.更重要的是,它能在继承传统的基础上对主题有所拓展和创新,特别表现在将警察还原为人,对警察人性中"真善美"的一面进行了全方位、多视角、深层次的挖掘与褒扬.     

Ethical issues in child and adolescent forensic psychiatry: a review

Ethical challenges in child and adolescent forensic psychiatry arise, on the one hand, from the dilemmas commonly faced in forensic psychiatry with adult patients, such as the dual role of the forensic psychiatrist, questions of criminal responsibility, autonomy and competence and involuntary treatment, and, on the other, from the immaturity and dependent position of the minor. Child and adolescent forensic psychiatry deals with minors involved in crime, not only as offenders, but also as victims. In this review, we attempt to describe ethical challenges in child and adolescent psychiatry using as a frame of reference the principles of biomedical ethics according to Beauchamp and Childress.     

文学VS政治:帕慕克的文学思想探源

帕慕克以创作闻名世界,而其文学思想尤其是有关"文学与政治"的论述独树一帜,迄今尚未引起学界重视。本文参照其创作实践,并将相关论述与当代西方文论进行广泛比较发现:首先,帕慕克将"文学与政治"问题作出解说;其次,他提出另一种文学的政治性,并讨论了非西方的压迫社会的文学与政治的悖论关系,提醒人们文学批评与研究不能忽视文学作品的虚构性此一重要特点;最后,他重新定义"文学与政治"的关系,尽力创设一种超越文学与政治二元对立框架的阅读文学的方法框架,加深我们对殖民与后殖民文学的理解和研究。     

伪满洲国校园文化背景中的女性新文学及其存在语境

本文通过伪满洲国时期女子校园刊物《萃文季刊》和官方综合性期刊《新满洲》的女学生新文学现象,阐释日本文化殖民对殖民地青年女性渗透和毒害的演进。"五四"新文化运动生发的追求平等、自由和婚姻自主的"新女性"观,在殖民主义奴化教育下异化为国家民族性质的"贤妻良母主义"。"贤妻良母主义"是战时体制下日本军国主义推行的日本"妇德"在伪满洲国的移植。摇篮期的殖民地女性文学在五四新思想的自由理念和殖民地"国民精神"等历史"酵素"的作用下,承载了沉重而复杂的精神向度,使满洲青年女性的精神趋向由"五四"新文化影响的个体本位转向了殖民地"家国"本位的历史变异。考察伪满洲国校园女性文学现象,对于我们认识日本侵华时期对中国占领区实施殖民奴化教育和文化侵略具有重要的现实意义。     

The New Chum girl: Upending Colonial Clichés in Lilian Turner's Emigration Novel

This essay analyses Lilian Turner's Three New Chum Girls (1910) to show how settler authors played with colonial clichés as part of a critical reaction to shifting imperialist and nationalist ideologies at the turn of the century. In particular, Turner redefines the derogatory colonial term “new chum”—commonly used to describe a recent emigrant in the settler colonies—to suggest what the welcome of new arrivals ought to be like. Yet if her deliberate reworking of stereotypes consequently contains an element of wish-fulfilment, the narrative also offers a startlingly stark portrayal of settler life. Emigration, Turner contends in the novel, is neither easy nor a solution to problems at home. Nor does settler Australia provide a convenient space for fortune-seeking sojourns. Turner thus dismantles two clusters of common clichés: emigration as a pat ending in fiction and settlers' return to the homeland as an equally expedient plot twist. The self-irony that runs through much of her intertextual rewriting of both metropolitan fiction and male-coded settler writing reveals how emigration and return were being imagined and written about differently in the settler colonies and how Turner was utilising the exposure of false expectations to promote her vision of a welcoming settler community.     

Governing public–private partnerships: A systematic review of case study literature

Governance plays a critical role in determining the success and failure of public–private partnerships (PPPs). We conducted a systematic review of case study literature on PPP governance and developed a governance framework consisting of 21 issues in four groups: institutional, organizational, contractual, and managerial. Then, we investigate the dynamics of governance issues, including the relative importance, interrelationships, and connections with PPP success and failure. Results suggest that PPPs should emphasize cooperation, trust, communication, capability, risk allocation and sharing, competition, and transparency in their governance. We also found that the governance practice of emphasizing dominant and direct factors and ignoring recessive and indirect ones has hindered PPPs’ success.
