后现代精神观照下教师角色的重新审视

后现代主要并非指的是一种时态。而更是一种思想态度和意识。根据后现代基本精神，通过追溯教师角色形成的社会背景，重新审视教育过程中目前被广泛认可的教师角色。以一种全面的，多元化、多层次的视角反思教师在教育过程中的地位和作用，以实现教师角色新的转换和超越，即主要教师应从二元对立中的主体身份，转换为共生关系中的“对话”；从单纯的知识传递，走向创造性活动的思想和引导；从真理的掌握、知识的权威和学生的改造，墨迹为知识的解读，平等的对话。     

Baltic Theater 1995–2005: Processes and Trends

During the decade from 1995 to 2005 theater in the Baltic region widened its repertory borders, created a new system of management and renewed its artistic language. It lost its ideological significance and intellectual leadership. The new system of contracts gave more freedom to theater managers in changing the inner structure of theaters, and in forming smaller and more dynamic theater companies. The self-identifying process appeared in all three Baltic theaters, as seen in such productions as Alvis Hermanis's Latvian Stories (2004), Priit Pedajas’ performance of Andres Kivirahk's Estonian Funeral (2002) and Rimas Tuminas’ production of Marius Iva?kevi?ius’ Madagaskaras (2004).     

心理学视域的集体记忆研究

集体记忆研究是社会学、历史学、文化人类学的一个重要课题.而近几年来,研究者不断强调人类记忆的社会性特征,重视吸收来自于社会学的记忆研究成果;深刻反思个体心理学对于记忆研究的弊端,积极促进记忆研究的文化转向;主张采纳后现代心理学思想的建构与叙事性观点,勇于借鉴后现代式的研究路径,这些做法促使集体记忆成为心理学界不可忽略的研究主题.目前,在心理学领域内,与集体记忆相关的诸多研究已经逐渐展开,但心理学研究集体记忆也存在着概念解释、方法选择以及具体操作等多方面的挑战.     

Empirical evidence for AMBER alert as crime control theater: a comparison of student and community samples

While the AMBER Alert system is intended to facilitate the rescue of abducted children, it has practical and psychological limitations. Participants indicated their emotions and perceptions about Alerts before and after reading a vignette that manipulated details about a child abduction. Results indicate that the Alert system fits some criteria of Crime Control Theater (CCT). CCT polices are emotion-based legal actions that appear to address crime but fail to do so and have unintended consequences. Participants experienced panic about child abduction and believed the system is an effective tool which should be used no matter the unintended consequences. Emotions and panic positively related to perceptions of the system. Still, perceptions were not particularly positive, indicating that some participants recognize the system's limitations. Female and community participants generally had more positive perceptions than males and students, especially when experiencing high emotions or panic. Reading about an abduction reduced emotions overall and led to more positive perceptions (but only in the ‘AMBER Alert success’ condition). Reading about an ‘Alert failure’ did not affect perceptions. Results highlight the role of emotion in shaping perceptions of the system. As with other CCT policies, lawmakers should rely less on community sentiment and more on science when adopting legislation.     

后现代法学对现代法学的批判

后现代法学是后现代哲学思潮在法学领域的运用,它是对后工业资本主义社会中的法律的自治性、普遍性、一元性等传统观念进行的批判,激发了人们对许多社会问题的反思。后现代法学不是“虚无主义”,也不是一种否定法律的力量,它为我们对社会问题的反思提供了很多建设性的意见。     

Biometrics,e-identity and the balance between security and privacy： A case study of Passenger Name Record （PNR） system

The proposal of European Commission for a Framework Decision on the use of Passenger Name Record （PNR） data for law enforcement purposes, specially combating terrorism, raises new security and privacy issues such as the compatibility with the proporsionality principle. Aftermath of the September 11 attacks a new political-law status of ＂war＂ against the so-called unlawful combatants of the ＂enemy is established. Some measures against terrorism may seem reasonable in a situation of war although they would never be acceptable in a time of piece.     

论后现代教育理论与法科学生创新目标的耦合

法科学生在法治国语境下竟然不能适应社会、甚至大量学生不能就业,不能不令人汗颜。传统的法学教育模式在知识化、国际化、网络化以及权利话语时代显得落伍和被动,而只有后现代教育理论才能承载起创新、发展与和谐的历史使命,因此,它与法科学生创新能力培养的要求具有一定的耦合性。为了克服不断发展的社会与普适性的标准化教学冲突、理论与实践脱节以及人文精神缺乏等弊病,我们可以通过多元的"视角主义"、强化实践性教学、培养人文精神和社会责任感等途径推动推动法学教育的创新。     

后现代主义能否为心理学提供新的精神资源

作为后现代主义化重要组成部分的后现代心理学，不仅在反思现代主义心理学的基础性前提方面提供了批判性的精神资源，而且在社会认识论、方法论和实践应用等方面取得了一定的元理论建设性成就。后现代主义对当代心理学的贡献主要表现在对现代科学公共知识的进一步约束和完善上。在实质性的知识贡献方面，社会建构主义这一后现代心理学的核心假设丰富了认识论和反映论，其中也存在着很多潜在的危险。
