低贷款利率、高存贷利差与房价

文章研究了我国利率对房价的影响,但与以往研究不同,文章重点考察了贷款利率和存贷款利差与房价的关系。研究表明,我国1998年以来贷款利率持续走低和存贷款利差持续扩大对于房价的上涨有着明显的推动作用。在贷款利率下降的同时,存贷款利差不断扩大,激励金融机构增加对房地产等领域的贷款,从而进一步刺激了房价的上涨。文章发现,缩小存贷款利率差对房价产生的影响要远远大于提高贷款利率的影响,而且模型回归还表明房价变化有着很强的惯性。根据以上分析我们认为,要抑制房价过度上涨需要从两个方面采取措施：一是在提高贷款利率的同时,缩小存贷款利率差;二是坚持调控政策,打破房价上涨的预期。     

Polygamy In Family Court: A Resource For Judges Dealing With An Unfamiliar Family Structure

Cases concerning polygamous households can present difficult challenges for family courts. Though a growing number of Americans practice polygamy, the lifestyle still remains shrouded in mystery. Many polygamists are religious (and sometimes racial) minorities that have suffered from discrimination. The most influential judicial precedents concerning polygamy come from the nineteenth century and are tinged with religious and racial stereotypes, which can make judges uncomfortable with citing those decisions. There is a need for reliable, unprejudiced, and up‐to‐date information about polygamy that judges can cite while maintaining an image of objectivity and impartiality. This Article seeks to provide that resource. It provides information about the evolutionary influences that shape polygamy, how polygamy is practiced in the modern world, and common problems affecting polygamous households that judges should be aware of.     

对我国适足住房权的探究

我国1997年签署并于2001年加入的《经济、社会和文化权利国际公约》规定了公民的适足住宅权,适足住宅权包含使用权的法律保护、力所能及的价格、乐舍安居、适足的独处居室、适足的空间、适足的安全、适足的照明和通风、适足的基本基础设施及就业和基本设备的合适地点——一切费用合情合理等方面,但是我国现阶段对于适足住宅权的保障却存在很多不足,应对该权利在法律上的构建提出一些改进的建议。     

论大学生心理健康的社会支持系统及其构建

文章首先对社会支持的内涵进行了界定,并分析了三种作用模型中社会支持对大学生心理健康的影响机制。文章认为,来自学校的社会支持是大学生社会支持系统的主要构成要素,学校必须帮助大学生构建包括专业教师、管理人员、心理咨询员以及同伴这四类人员提供的社会支持系统。     

英国消除未成年贫困政策及对我国的启示

未成年贫困是英国的一个较为严重的社会问题,为了消除未成年贫困现象,英国政府在促进父母就业,为家庭提供援助,针对子女进行补贴以及提供子女照顾和教育服务等方面制定并实施了一系列政策,降低了未成年贫困率,对我国发展子女保障事业,促进社会公正具有一定的借鉴意义。     

城市房地产价格空间结构研究前沿动态————基于城市经济学的视角

本文从城市经济学的视角出发,梳理了城市房地产价格空间结构的理论演进脉络和实证研究,为国内开展房地产价格空间结构研究提供借鉴。研究指出城市房地产价格空间结构研究通常是通过估算价格梯度（竞租曲线斜率）来衡量的。国外城市经济学者在三类假设（单中心假设,多中心假设,对城市空间结构不事先假设）三大方法（早期的负指数函数模型、特征价格模型和改进的重复销售模型）下展开价格梯度估算研究的。最后对国内的研究进行了评论和展望。     

Bullying and fear of victimization: Do supportive adults in school make a difference in adolescents’ perceptions of safety?

This study examines the role played by a limited number of fear-of-crime correlates in structuring variations in fear of violent victimization expressed by a nationally representative sample of U.S. adolescents who participated in the 2013 National Crime Victimization Survey School Crime Supplement. Results show that both male and female adolescents who experienced bullying victimization also felt a higher level of fear of victimization at school and elsewhere. Conversely, adolescents who received emotional support at school from teachers and other adults were significantly less likely to be fearful. When controlling for the selected predictors, female adolescents were not more fearful than their male counterparts. Additionally, findings indicate that, especially for male adolescents, a positive school climate has the capacity to moderate the effect of bullying victimization on one’s fear of crime.     

Does caregiver abuse history relate to caregiver focus,support, and attendance at follow-up sessions in a child advocacy setting?

Utilizing quantitative and qualitative clinical service data collected at a Child Advocacy Center, the present study investigated whether caregiver history (history of childhood abuse or adult victimization, mental health treatment history) was associated with caregiver focus and attendance at a scheduled follow-up appointment. Results of mixed method analyses indicated that caregiver history of abuse was positively associated with caregivers being supportive/protective. Other than a history of prior service-related problems, our study did not identify any predictors of attendance at follow-up sessions. This and other findings are discussed in the context of engaging caregivers in child welfare services.     

Learning,Negotiating, and Surviving in Child Welfare: Social Capitalization Among Recently Hired Workers

In the child welfare workplace, accessible relationships and support, although understudied, are vital to worker success. Using telephone interviews with a statewide sample of recently hired, frontline workers (N = 38), this study applied a social capital framework to consider support functionality or capitalization. Findings highlight that, although nearly all workers recognized the importance of instrumental and expressive support, many workers did not capitalize on support. Agencies may benefit from an atmosphere focused on collective interests rather than individual survival. Policy can promote supportive atmospheres through providing agencies with the ability and time to foster recently hired workers’ skills.     

Distant relatives? Demographic determinants of long-term developments in intergenerational proximity,The Netherlands 1650–1899

In this paper, we investigate what late timing of marriage combined with neo-locality in early modern Western Europe actually implied for the likelihood of upward intergenerational support. In our analysis of genealogical data from the Netherlands (1650–1899) we show that due to high marriage ages and small spousal age gaps, life cycles of children and their parents were going through difficult periods at the same time, with the elderly as potential victims. To some extent, the risk of ‘hardship’ was compensated for by relatively small geographical distances between the parental and children’s households, allowing for exchange of support. We discuss our outcomes in the broader context of alternative options and elderly care arrangements that were developed from the early modern period onwards.
