格头村苗族原始宗教信仰与习惯法关系研究

格头村的习惯法是历史上的苗族习惯法延续和演变的结果。苗族原始宗教信仰中的守寨树崇拜、日常生活禁忌等内容中有很多规范属于以宗教禁忌形式表现出来的习惯法内容。通过“议榔”制定榔规的过程是通过举行仪式请神帮忙,借助于神的力量保证议定的习惯法内容的实施。宗教中的神秘力量是保证习惯法实施的重要权威。     

Armed conflict,land grabs and primitive accumulation in Colombia: micro processes,macro trends and the puzzles in between

Armed conflict is widely believed to disrupt agricultural production and ‘reverse’ development, but it may also involve the violent transformation of rural economies from subsistence to commercial agriculture. The case of Las Pavas, an estate in northern Colombia, provides further evidence that armed conflict created opportunities for violent land grabs and the expansion of commercial agriculture in Colombia. However, aggregate data suggest that primitive accumulation may be only part of the story behind the massive scale of forced displacement and dispossession. A research strategy that accounts for the diversity of subnational contexts, processes and outcomes is needed.     

英国宪政传统的历史成因

原始图腾的符号学阐释

图腾是初民社会集团意识的辨识标志,是一定的初民群体赖以从经验连续体或物我不分的环境中界定自身的工具。图腾的载体是可感知的实物,图腾的信奉者所诉求的是从这一可感知的具体载体指涉或关联到不可感知的抽象观念。特定的图腾与指涉的观念之间未必具有逻辑或物理意义上的根据,但一旦被有关初民社会所接受,就具有不可逆的文化规范性。图腾符号的生命力很大程度上有赖于神话话语、宗教仪式、原始绘画等不同种类的符号系统的元符号学演绎。     

体育犯罪样态演化研究

人类体育犯罪史经历了原始体育犯罪样态、古代体育犯罪样态、近代体育犯罪样态和现代体育犯罪样态。在犯罪学视域下,原始体育犯罪主要有体育暴力犯罪;古代体育犯罪新增了体育赌博犯罪、体育欺诈犯罪、操纵体育比赛犯罪等新类型;近代体育犯罪又增加体育中的歧视犯罪和使用兴奋剂犯罪类型;现代体育犯罪形态则呈现向广度和纵深发展的新趋势。     

战后德国养老金制度变迁对我国的启示

事实上,中德两国养老保障制度都正在经历从现收现付向半基金积累模式的转变,也面临人口老龄化等相似状况。尽管德国养老金制度的改革过程缓慢,但所积累的经验使其在改革中充分关注了各利益群体的声音,使得每一代人都能够在较为稳定的政策中享受到养老金待遇,这一点对于我国目前正在变革中的养老保险制度而言尤为值得借鉴。     

产业集聚的市场因素考察

影响产业集聚的因素包括地方需求、产品差别化、市场关联和贸易成本。这四个因素的共同特点是与市场密切相关,既包括要素市场,也包括最终消费品市场,还包括中间投入品市场。在不完全竞争、贸易成本、产业内和产业间联系这样的市场机制中,集聚力与分散力之间存在一种平衡。考察这些因素的作用,可以帮助人们正确认识经济一体化对产业迁徙的影响,以及中枢型产业和“集聚租”对于区域经济的作用。     

Lehman Brothers in the Dutch offshore financial centre: the role of shadow banking in increasing leverage and facilitating debt

Credit intermediation outside the regular banking system, or shadow banking, has increased immensely over the past decade. This paper situates this increase against the backdrop of the structural problem of overaccumulation, and thus the absence of profitable reinvestment opportunities in the production sphere, in addition to the scarcity of high-quality collaterals. Zooming in on Europe’s offshore world and Dutch conduit structures in particular, the paper illustrates, on the basis of the Amsterdam-based Lehman Brothers subsidiary (and others), how shadow banking enables regular banks to increase leverage and take on excessive debt. It will be argued that the continued expansion of debt at the systemic level, inter alia facilitated by shadow banking, heralds the prospect of a crisis far more dramatic than the one we are currently witnessing.     

“Flexible” capital accumulation in Islamic State social media

This article explores online social media produced by the neo-jihadist group “Islamic State” (IS) from a political-economic perspective. Using a framework developed by anthropologist David Harvey, it examines how IS social media operates within depoliticised neoliberal environments characterised by “flexible” regimes of capital accumulation. It explicates how IS acquires political-economic capital by evoking “spectacle”, “fashion” and a “commodification of cultural forms”. Drawing from Christian Fuchs’ informational theory, the article also considers the roles of agency and competition in accumulation processes where “knowledge and technology reinforce each other”. By revealing how IS both constitutes and is constituted by its flexible approach to social media, the article seeks to illuminate avenues for better understanding neo-jihadist ideations.
