城市新建社区共同体营造的路径分析

The realization of the community is our eternal goal to pursue. Because of the speedy development of modernization, the traditional life community has begun to collapse gradually. As the main form of inhabitation for urban population, whether can we arouse the awakening of the community is the core issue discussed in this paper. By exploring the “New Neighborhoods” of H community in Suzhou Industrial Park, we have found the possibilities of the returning of the new city community. And it has also inspired us a lot in terms of goals, organizations, promotions, activities, orders, and so on. Studies have shown that the community should awaken and reconstruct the neighborhood. Relationship being a starting point, the service concepts, mobilization strategies and ability cultivations of the community workers are the main efforts of the community development. Returning to human nature should be the final home of the community.     

浅析经济建设与生态建设的内在联系——以全面实施永续发展战略为视角

党的十八大确立的经济、政治、文化、社会、生态建设"五位一体"的总体布局,是一个相互联系、相互促进的有机整体。本文认为,生态建设与经济建设是"五位一体"总体布局中最重要的一对关系。充分理解两大建设之间的内在联系,对全面实施永续发展战略,促进现代化建设各个环节、各个方面全面协调可持续发展等具有重大的现实意义。     

中日关系视角下的我国青年政治教育发展探究

日本地震折射出了我国部分青年在中日关系上非理性的政治心态,其深层次原因在于长期形成的历史积怨。只有超越历史,理性的审视中日关系,才能推动中日关系进一步发展。这也给我国政治教育提出了新的要求,需要对当代青年加强国际政治教育和国际理解教育,注重冲突式和体验式教育方法的运用,并不断优化政治教育的网络环境。     

Drug Views

Abstract

Substance abuse is a significant social problem and political issue. Students at a Midwestern university were surveyed on their drug views. The findings suggest that race is a statistically significant factor on students' views toward drugs. White students were more likely than non-Whites to view drugs as a pressing social issue, to consider drug use as a character weakness, and to support a punitive response to drug use. In contrast, non-Whites were more likely than Whites to view drug abuse as an illness, to support treatment as a response, to be tolerant of marijuana use, and to support legalization of marijuana. Both groups of students considered alcohol a dangerous drug. Differences associated with race remained statistically significant in multivariate analysis after controlling for age, academic standing, political affiliation, and religiosity.     

冷战后影响中日关系的结构性因素检验

在影响中日关系的众多因素中，结构性因素是非常重要的。文章在梳理了之前学者对中日关系影响因素研究的基础上，选取了几项论及比较集中的影响因素进行检验，并对其进行了概念操作化，将其定量为可以分析的具体指标。在数据的选用上，文章选择了1991年-2011年中日关系及各项影响指标的相关数据，并分别对每项指标进行二元回归分析。研究发现，影响中日关系的结构性矛盾是现实存在的，东亚格局的变化和中国的崛起都会使中日关系下降，而中美关系的改善不仅不能使中日关系得到改善，反而会加剧中日之间的矛盾和对抗，这一点与许多学者提出的“日本在对华战略上跟随美国脚步”的观点相反。     

实习大学生的法律身份及其适用

关于实习大学生的法律身份和法律适用，由于立法未有明确规定，理论界出现了实习大学生是否属于劳动者以及大学生实习属于劳动关系还是劳务关系的争论。笔者从劳动者主体界定标准和劳动法立法目的的视角考察，认为符合条件的大学生实习应纳入劳动法的保护范畴。同时，借鉴德国和美国的相关制度，在具体适用上给予特殊的制度安排。     

Security cooperation in and with Asia: towards a pragmatic turn in the EU’s security policy?

ABSTRACT

Since the adoption of the first EU-Asia Strategy in 1994, there has been persistent scepticism about the EU’s ability to play a significant role in Asian security. Yet, since the release of the 2012 Updated East Asia Policy Guidelines, the EU has declared its intent to make greater practical contributions to Asian security. Against these premises, this article attempts to reflect on the evolution of the EU’s security approach to Asia, with the ultimate goal of analysing to what degree, it represents a continuation or a departure from former EU policies in the region. In scrutinising these developments, this article argues that in light of the strategic changes, that have occurred in Europe and in Asia, the EU has started to revise its security approach to the region in more pragmatic terms. The pragmatic character of the EU is seen as looking into the changes of the content of the security discourse, which appears increasingly depoliticised and, into the new practices of cooperation, which unlike in the past, seek to empower local actors, are sensitive to local needs and, call for greater security collaboration between the EU and Asian countries, to cope with regional and global challenges.     

构建中国与土耳其新型战略合作关系

中国和土耳其两国在1971年建立外交关系,但在20世纪七八十年代冷战的背景下,中土关系处于一种低水平状态。冷战结束后,两国关系的发展出现了前所未有的势头。2010年10月,中国和土耳其宣布正式建立和发展战略合作关系。这种战略合作关系并非空洞的外交辞令,而是具有丰富的实质性内容。作为两个发展中的地区大国,中国和土耳其双方均着眼于未来,希望在国际舞台上发挥与各自政治、经济和军事力量相称的作用。在埃及、利比亚、叙利亚等阿拉伯国家发生剧烈动荡后,土耳其在中东地区的重要性更进一步凸显。随着中东和中亚在中国对外战略中地位的上升,土耳其在中国外交中的地位会更加重要。     

Study on Large Shareholders and Corporate Governance

On the subject of large shareholders and corporate governance under multiple shareholders structure, this paper conducts a systematic review and comments on the multiple large shareholders, the check and balance ownership between them and the relation between them. The results show that firstly, the reason of imbalance of the check and balance ownership in the multiple large shareholder structure is the cognitive confusion of “relationship of large shareholders”; secondly, consideration of the governance of microcosmic body, particularly the second largest shareholder is an effective breakthrough point to balance the check and balance ownership.     

澳大利亚与东南亚关系研究述论

随着澳大利亚白皮书明确将其与美国、日本、中国和印尼的关系列为最为重要的四大外交关系,学术界日益重视对澳大利亚对外关系和外交决策的研究。本文对近年来我国学术界对澳大利亚与东南亚关系的研究进行回顾和评析,并提出一些学术设想。
