普乐林注射液合辨证治疗缺血性脑卒中临床观察

目的 :观察普乐林注射液合辨证治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法 :5 6例缺血性脑卒中患者分为治疗组 (30例 )和对照组 (2 6例 ) ,治疗组采用普乐林注射液合辨证治疗 ,对照组采用进口脑活素加辨证治疗。疗程均为 14d。结果 :治疗组显效率达 80 .0 % ,对照组显效率为 6 1.5 4% ,两组显效率比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;但治疗组在消除眩晕、肢体麻木方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :普乐林注射液合辨证治疗对缺血性脑卒中有良好疗效     

The history of family and community life through the study of civil registers: Paros in the 20th century

A plenitude of information can be shed on family history and community life by studying civil registers. The case study here is the island of Paros in the period 1894–1997. This period of one century saw the transformation of the insular rural society to one dominated by the third-sector economy and the passage from illiteracy to total literacy. These structural socio-economic changes influenced the timing at which people were procreating, marrying and even dying. The labour-intensive hard work in the fields, as well as religious regulations, had shaped a highly seasonal pattern in conceptions and consequently in births, which was in action well into the first half of the twentieth century, but is attenuating as we approach the present day. Marriage remains a seasonal phenomenon in the examined population (although not to the extent it used to be) because the canon rules of the Orthodox Church are still determining the timing of weddings. Mortality was highly seasonal for infants and children up to the 1940s, revealing that certain diseases (mainly diarrhoea and contagious diseases) were striking at certain periods of the year, while adult mortality presents a different seasonal pattern. Causes of death, which are available from civil registers, were used to explain the seasonal variations of deaths. Civil registers are also used to study the famine which struck the island (along with the rest of Greece) in 1941–42 as a direct effect of the Second World War.     

改革开放后我国社会利益分化与重组的特征、 原因及影响分析

改革开放前,高度整体性是我国社会利益结构的一大特点,即社会利益格局高度一元化、整体化.这一特点忽略了社会主义初级阶段的现实国情,也掩盖了社会成员利益需求的差异性与多元性的现实状况.随着市场经济体制的建立,势必要对之前的利益结构进行调整,形成符合市场经济规律和原则的新利益结构、格局和关系.这对于经济社会的进一步全面发展和改革的进一步深化具有一定的积极作用,但社会利益过度分化会阻碍经济、社会的发展甚至会激化各种社会矛盾,阻碍改革进程,因此,必须引起相关部门的重视.

犬Mnx1基因过表达载体的构建及其对脂肪间充质干细胞向胰岛β细胞分化的影响

本研究旨在构建犬Mnx1基因腺病毒过表达载体,并探究Mnx1基因过表达对犬脂肪间充质干细胞向胰岛β细胞方向分化的影响。本试验构建了腺病毒重组表达载体pAD-Mnx1,经293A细胞包装扩增后产生具有感染性的重组腺病毒,将其按感染复数(MOI)100感染犬ADSCs后,分别在第3、6、9、12和15天观察绿色荧光蛋白的表达情况、细胞形态变化和胰岛β细胞发育相关基因的表达情况。结果显示,ADSCs在感染后24 h出现绿色荧光,形态无显著变化;Mnx1基因表达可激发胰十二指肠同源盒1(Pdx1)基因、神经元素3(Ngn3)基因、肌腱膜纤维肉瘤癌基因同源物A(Mafa)基因、NK2同源盒2(Nkx2.2)基因、NK6同源盒1(Nkx6.1)基因、神经分化因子1(Neurod1)基因、成对合基因4(Pax4)和GATA结合蛋白4(Gata4)基因等内源性基因的表达。结果证实,腺病毒介导的过表达载体pAD-Mnx1可在犬ADSCs超表达Mnx1基因,从而诱导犬ADSCs向胰岛前体细胞分化,具有进一步诱导犬ADSCs形成胰岛β细胞的可能。     

The Frontal Sinus Cavity Exhibits Sexual Dimorphism in 3D Cone‐beam CT Images and can be Used for Sex Determination

Few studies have assessed the use of the frontal sinus cavities for sex differentiation. In this study, a new methodology was used to assess the reliability of CBCT images of the frontal sinus cavity for determining sex based on the sexual dimorphism found in this anatomical structure. The survey sample consisted of 130 scans that were reconstructed three‐dimensionally. 3D images of the cavity volume in the frontal, lateral, and basal views were exported in TIFF. The following variables were measured in a second program: area, perimeter, bounding rectangle, ellipse fit, circularity, aspect ratio, roundness, solidity, and Feret's diameter. The methodology demonstrated the existence of sexual dimorphism with an accuracy of 80.0% in the logistic regression model. The basal view had the greatest explanatory power in the final model. This methodology may be used as an alternative way of determining a reliable biological profile during the analysis of skeletal remains.

《大元通制》渊源考辨

由于人们对《元史·刑法志》一段简要而含混记述的误读,造成了法律史上的一桩“悬案”,即《大元通制》渊源之谜。本文从追溯元代前期艰难的修律立法历程入手,结合当时社会政治生态环境,对《大元通制》的本原作了详尽的探索。《大元通制》是世祖以降数十年修订律书的摸索与奋斗的产物,而仁宗“延祜律书草案”则是《大元通制》凭据的直接蓝本。本文对《大元通制》“难产”的缘由进行了剖析,认为延(?)、至治年间,仗恃兴圣太后权势的“后党”保守派与皇帝为首的“帝党”改革派之间激烈政争,是《大元通制》难产的主要原因。
